Carried the wraps i had been unable to find locally. Did not have a large selection of hookah tobacco tho. Only fits half of my needs. Will return. Staff was nice. Next to some nice businesses as well. I hit the trio...smoke shop, smoothie, and a slice😂.

Never had any issues with this place until today. Customer service is usually great and products/selection are pretty good, but the return policy is horrible. I bough 3 of the Posh XL disposable vapes yesterday and when I opened one of them it was leaking and wouldn’t even work. When I tried to exchange it today, I was told “They could not take it back because I didn’t open the product in the store in front of the cashier.” What kind of policy is that? So after spending a total of $66 yesterday, I am now out $22 because of this. Needless to say I am not very happy and will not be coming back. Take your business elsewhere!

I went in to buy a glass weed pipe a little over a month ago and the kid working behind the counter was super cool and helped me right away. Its a fairly nice looking pipe for the price. Definitely would recommend a trip.

Went here because they carried a CBD product not available anywhere close. Didn’t do much research before hand on prices and got a bit of sticker shock when the product was $20 only to find that you can get it for $7 online. I know all about over head but that’s robbery. Then I get home only to find that the product is 2 years old. Needless to say I won’t be going back and check you dates if you go there.

After my recent purchase this shop deserves 5 stars. I enjoy the many many options and quality is a must for me.

I have bought tons of pieces from here im a bit of a collector. Probably in the realm of 30 or so pieces over the last 5 years or so. Best quality for the best prices and the best service Ive found. The only place I trust when I buy a new piece.

I just bought a puff bar there and it was not real. It doesn’t work. I checked online code and says it’s not real. I called and they said no returns and hung up on me. I called 3 times and I was hung up on each time.

Kid working the counter blatantly ignored me and started helping his friend check out even though I was at the counter first. And than started taking about weed prices to his friend. Never going back and its the closest store to my house and now Im gonna find a new one. Then when I confronted him about it he flat out lied to my face. I set my stuff down and commented on the curious George grinder to my husband behind me that justed paid. And then this guy sets his stuff down on the counter as he is talking to the sells guy. Completley ignoring the fact that Im right there.Husband went back to pay because we realized it didnt come off the card and there was miscommunication. The other customer is a regular and and is one of those customers. And he was trying to get him out. Im glad the he apologized. And Im sorry I blew up. I just kept getting disrespected all day with my height and I lost it.

This place has the BEST selection in my area. Ive been coming here for a year now and the employees have always been super nice to me. Anytime I want something that I know they stock, I go to them over any other tobacco store.Next time you have the desire/need to go to a tobacco/head shop, I would 10/10 would recommend that you check this place out.Here are my pros and cons...Pros:They have tons of parking, its near everything, the prices are great, the shop is clean and they have things I have *never* seen at any shops that Ive visited in this area.And I cant think of a single con, which is why I recommend this place to all my family, friends and fellow cannabis pilot program patients whenever they are looking for anything tobacco/headshop related.

I would like to say that the service was horrible. Choose a product was handed something completely different then what I handed to them. I asked for a return policy. They told me they do not do any rerun policy even after admitting it was an employee fault. I would not go here they have terrible costumer service.

They stayed open for 17 minutes for me. Any business that will go out of their way for a $5 sale is a place i will gladly give my business too! Very knowledgeable about their product and freindly service!! 5 stars

Honestly the best smoke shop in the entire naperville area ive been to possibly every smoke shop within 45 minutes of my home and a ton in chicago. This place is worth the 35 minute drive for me every time the owner is a great guy always trying to give you good deals with quality products. i have known this establishment and the owner for around 5 years total only one time i have had a issue with a product THAT WAS NOT THE OWNERS FAULT many people have bad idea that the owner of the store is why the product is bad but it could have been damaged in transit or any number of things. The owner did a phenomenal job at giving me a good deal for the issue at hand if there is any problems you might have with a product in the store PLEASE just tell them about it they are extremely nice reasonable people that are very willing to help you out.Dont trust the other stores. tobacco on route 34 in masons square is the place to be.
