I ordered a racing arcade game from these guys. Communication was excellent. I always got a prompt response to all emails. They set me up with white glove delivery service and they did a great job setting everything up. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a home arcade to use these guys!!

Run away! The item shipped was very poorly restored and their customer service is truly reprehensible...would not own up to any of their issues. Had to do a credit card charge back and send the unit back.Addendum: folloiwng their response you see their service? We told them to arrange for pick up right away. THEY did nothing but threaten us. WE sent them reminders to pick it up. No response. WE never tried to sell it...it sat in our garage. FInally, at years end they contacted us and arranged for shipping back. They LIE they blame everything on the customer...like I said. RUN AWAY there are lots of other reputable dealers out there.

Hello all.Quite simply, Ive had nothing but excellent service,prompt responses to my queries and worries, and received my 4slot Snk Mvs standup(with games of my choice of available) on time and in perfect condition. Not sure what some of those negative reviews are about but my experience was awesome.

This place engages in “bait and switch”. They list games on their site that they don’t actually have in stock. If you order a game they don’t have in stock or can’t get, they still take your money then call back trying to switch you to a different game they do have. Stay away from this company if you wish to avoid such aggravation.
