Very convenient and organized pharmacy, providing many of the items that one may often times not find in one single store. Staff have for the most part been helpful and friendly. I have been coming to this place for about a year now, and Inhave had no issues. There is a photography section, a Citibank atm, a cologne section, propane gas, and many of the health related products tou expect a pharmacy to have (except now for cigarettes). Of the many experiences experiences here, I have only positive things to share. I definitely believe they should include more organic, and earth friendly products.

Cal from the pharmacy (manager) has no common sense, needs a lesson in customer service, and is rude as can be. Avoid using this pharmacy if you want your meds in stock and distributed as your doctor prescribes. Cal is a sorry excuse for a manager.

Frank Pennichio is a shift leader that creates his own policies at the Walgreens in Ossining. My sister was purchasing cigarettes and I was in the the store with her and he asked for my ID although I was not purchasing anything. I am 38 years old, I proceeded to leave the store and he would not let my sister make her purchase. On several occasions I have witnessed other customers purchase alcohol and cigarettes, and they were accompanied by another adult and both parties were not IDd. He went as far as to say do you want me to call the police I said sure. When Officer Marone and Encarnicion arrived they asked him to see they policy as well and no where did it state that ANYONE WITH SOMEONE PURCHASING CIGARETTES OR ALCOHOL NEEDS TO SHOW ID IN ADDITION TO THE PURCHASER. IT STATES THAT ANY ONE PURCHASING CIGARETTES MUST HAVE A VALID ID AND MUST BE OVER 18. I HONESTLY BELIEVE HIS ACTIONS WERE RACIALLY MOTIVATED. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS WALGREENS EVER AGAIN. I REALLY DONT EVEN WANT TO LEAVE 1 STAR, IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST THIS WITH OUT DOING SO.

Commons sense doesnt apply in this store. You could be double of their age and they act like Judge Dredd. When they ask for an id they think you are going to ride a beer or a cigarette pack. I thought an id means identification not driver license, so if you are a tourist with passport or other ids forget about buying those items. Walgreens in Ossining must be another country inside USA and we didnt know.
