If I could give zero stars I would. I needed a new battery for my key fog and the guy behind the counter tells me “you gotta open that”. UM SIR how? With my magic screw driver?? I stood there trying to open it with my fingers which is freaking impossible. I ended up saying I’ll google the battery used and do it at home the he proceeded to use A SCREWDRIVER. Terrible customer service!!

Really?!? 12:30 in a Sunday and doors are locked?!? Not a sign on the door or anything explaining why - just a dude counting money at the register ignoring me outside the window?I guess your business is so good you don’t need customers.

This glue is the worst It is gooey and dries with a nasty grey tint to it. It is messy and gets on everything!!!!

Hours incorrect, here at 7pm says open till 10pm not a holiday today. Wasted 20 mins of my day.

Great selection of auto parts. Very nice, but mostly friendly staff. Good repertoire of items available. Good location, and decent hours of availability.

First time at this particular AutoZone and let me tell you about how great their customer’s service is; I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The guy working there helped me pick the best equipments for my car and he even installed the battery for me. The Cashier was very pleasant and smiled through the transaction, very rare to see in this time of the pandemic. I will definitely come back. No wonder AutoZone is #1 in Auto Parts Shops. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE for helping girls like me that know nothing about cars.

Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to Advanced Auto Parts, 100X better service. This place rarely pics up the phone.Nobody ever wants to help and you always have to wait to checkout for some reason even though you are the only one in the store.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked. I just wish they had a full selection of LED bulbs (headlight, etc.). Theres no point anymore to replace a burned out lightbulb with a similar old fashioned incandescent bulb. LED light bulbs cost about the same online.

The staff is good and helpful, but the stocked supplies are poor quality vs. what I would want for a top German sports car. I guess its fine if you are tinkering on your Ford or Chevy, but not for the top makes.

Not a friendly group here. Prices can be 40% higher than Walmart for exact same product.

Helpful place. Good selection of products but not a lot of replacement parts in stock for cars other than Hondas or Toyotas. Lots of oil, filters, and washing materials to choose from.

Quick and cheapish. Staff is always nice and usually knowledgeable.

Well stocked - better than Bridge Auto (in Elmsford, NY) dont know about parts for DIY, but many useful supplys, tools, batteries for everything. Helpfull staff, short lines. Also reclaim for used oil etc.

I picked up the wrong wiper blades and they couldnt have been nicer taking them back and getting me the correct blades.

I dont know if the positive reviewers have been to this store or not. The store Ive been to usually has 1 or 2 cash registers open and theres a 10-15 minute wait every single time.Theres no one around when you have a question, EVER.One of the managers has had a runny nose for about 3 years now.Service is terrible.This is the worst auto parts store in the area.The best thing about this store are the hours.

Really knowlgable dudes (and dudettes) at auto zone. I was looking for an obsucre shaft for my dads antique corvette. They took their time to find it and had it shipped for pickup. They made me and my old man happy. Cannot ask for more. Thanks!

3 starts, to divide 2 different experiences i had here, one worth 5 stars, and one worth zero. I know that some places (and people) have bad days, but sometime it may be better to stay home if you are having a bad day. More than ever if you need to deal with customers face to face.The bottom line, they took care of my problem, but it cost me some phone calls and complains...
