Recently dropped off a pile of stuff that needed to be wrapped and shipped. So pleased with the care that was taken by the staff at handling this project! Everything arrived in NY in perfect condition. Thank you!

Not much help, very tough to do business with, do not recommend

Driver didnt bother to knock when attempting to deliver a package that needed a signature. Therefore we had no idea he was here, even though WE WERE HOME. Customer service was no help and said I would have to wait till delivery next day even though I called immediately after finding the note (were talking a few minutes later.) Zero stars.

FedEx is the worst. I wont order anything from companies that I know use fedex.

Tried printing a movie screenshot from YouTube to make a friends birthday card, but the elderly clerk refused to print it, saying I was violating federal regulations by trying to reprint professional photos. He didnt seem to know what YouTube was. Come on, Fedex. Can you train your people to have some understanding of the 21st century? I went down the street to a competitor and got it done without an issue.

Im certain there are friendly people with a pen to borrow. Pam was working the register today and there were no other customers and unable to provide pen to write address.

Pam and George are rude and oblivious. After standing at the counter for several minutes George finally acknowledged my existence to tell me to talk to Pam. Im just trying to pack a box and Pam is giving me the run around.

Beth, George, Andy and Pam, theyre very helpful, I cannot complaint at all, Keep up the good work !

Ive tried other places. I always come back to Fedex. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Im done with other places.

Not good service all the way around today. Between their driver for Oshkosh, whom has no idea if the customers are actually home or not to deliver a package that needs signing, to the Appleton Office and them not letting me know what was going on with my package, to the Oshkosh office laughing at me with the delivery driver, for their mistake! I will ask for any other delivery services but them. Terrible.

Just to send a 4 page fax cost almost 10 bucks. Talk about stealing from the community. They should really put the prices where everybody can see them. Not just say a few bucks because a few bucks what I thought was for the hole fax not just a page!!!!!! Get new employees to help. The one lady thought it was funny that I thought it was so much a bit disrespectful
