Nothing but a terrible experience here. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. First they did not help my husband find a good ring style, I thought you go to jewelry stores for help when you dont know where to start. They then gave him the wrong size ring and to follow they sizes it wrong for me and failed to tell me. The card company they go through is awful and caused so many problems. The system was constantly down and caused our credit to get red flagged for a late fee. If I could return the ring and start over I would in a heartbeat. All I wanted was a beautiful wedding ring to show off, instead I have a ring that is way to small and doesnt fit. I will never give my business to Kay Jewelers again and I will be sure to advise people to go else where.

I will no longer bother you,This is what I will tell people and will publish.NOT HAPPY WITH KAYOn October 2017 I purchased an engagement ring for 5879.30, on 12/22/2017 I stopped by the outlet store to shop for more jewelry and was told the ring had an additional discount available. My trade on the first purchase was 2939.65, with the reduced price my new trade value was 2099.75. I asked what happens to the difference of my trade, (since the return of the trade was unavailable due to company policy); I was told to bad you lose the difference. Company customer service says return the new ring and select new merchandise to fit the trade,(I could have traded other jewelry in to amount to the new total. The engagement ring was already given so they know returning can’t happen. If the trade was available I could have removed part of it to decrease the trade value. So I guess KAY JEWELERS stole almost 900.00 from me thru their highly publicized trade policy. Stay away from buying anything from them eventually they will steal from you.

I needed to buy a wedding band to match my fiancées engagement ring but the unique shape of her ring made it difficult to find your run-of-the-mill band. I was certain that Id have to go the expensive route and have one custom made. Much to my delight, the folks at the Kay Outlet in Oshkosh showed me a beautiful band that had nearly the same shape as her engagement ring. They then explained in detail how it would be resized to her finger size, molded to meet the contours of the engagement ring, and look like it was meant to go with her ring. Im extremely impressed with the service I received as well as the cost, which was considerably less than what I was quoted by other jewelers that wanted to make a custom band.

We ordered a ring and was told it would be sized and ready to just be picked up!! We traveled over an hour and THEY NEVER SIZED IT!!! So now we still have to wait 2 more weeks!!!😡😡

Ive looked at several different jewelry stores and was never satisfied. Until I went to Kay Jewelers, by far the most friendly and workable place.

The store itself is great but I called because I had a question about the ring some lady named de answered the phone she was very rude and rushed me I dont know if she was busy or with a customer since she didnt even explain why she was in such a rush seems as if my call wasnt important...I had a question about my warranty and I couldnt even finish spelling my fiance name because she cut me short didnt even tell me she would call me bck just said ok Ill take a look bye. WOW very rude if I based my opinion just because of her I would not go back there ..just writing this review because someone really needs to talk to her (management wise)this is not the first time Ive had this kind of interaction with her with the same reaults...
