I been asked to leave this place because i refused to give up my backpack to the casher... no one have to give up anything to casher just because you dont trust us. plus you got camera everywhere in the store and you wanna me give up my backpack ha you funny!

Great location, nice workers, good place to get necessities when youre downtown dwelling and dont have wheels.

These stores have really upped their game! The remodeled stores and great new selection including the addition to many Dollar Tree items not to mention a friendly staff make this a welcome addition to my neighborhood. The improved grocery Dept is a lifesaver

Ive always enjoyed shopping at this store. The prices are great and the staff have been most helpful.Onto my observations; The store layout is very straightforward, its similar to a larger grocery store but things are streamlined (which one would expect) but their choice in what products to carry given their limited floor space has rarely left me not finding those things I needed. I only show cased a couple of products but its best to go in there yourself and see what they have.If youre not sure, make sure and call ahead and ask them if there is something you have questions about. The hold times are pretty reasonable if you do call and customer service is very knowledgeable.The one and only critique I have is that the store doesnt look very clean. In their defense, all the Family Dollar stores Ive been to have the same look. Im sure that its not their intention (corporate) but if you walk into a Walmart lets say; the tiles are bright white, the fluorescent lamps are bright white and you just feel like its newer.Definitely pay them a visit and dont be shy - become a regular, check out their reg tag sales and grab a flyer.

Always friendly employees

Upon walking in this morning, I was immediately told that I can not shop with my purse. Strange that when Im dressed for the day and wearing makeup the same manager doesnt even check my ID for certain purchases. The regional manager would not even speak to me. I went to the Sawyer st location where I was treated very well. I was a customer at this location for 12 years.

I. Was at the main Street store and was very dissatisfied with the store itself. Needs to be better organized the one i I go to on Sawyer street is by far the best of the two in Oshkosh. The only problem with Sawyer street is the best person Mary was moved to main Street. Five stars for Sawyer Street

This place is absolutely ridiculous! They follow you around this store like you are all thieves! Women beware whatever it is you use for a purse will be subject to a search! What an unbelievable experience for a regular customer who is ANYTHING but a thief! Highly disappointed in your customer service! How sick! I will be sure to cross you off my list of places I shop.

Its nice store but there one worker he is sooo slow and smell like B.o. other then that I love going in the store

Prices may be great, but I think they really need to clean up the store. The floors are disgustingly filthy. Probably havent been swept or mopped in months. Which makes me hesitant to purchase any food or baby items due to the dirt.The last time I was there I was treated very rudely by the cashier. I had gone in to get a litter scoop and not seeing any on the shelves asked if they were still carrying them. I was told yes. So I inquired if they possibly had any in the back. I was told rather rudely that if you dont see it on the shelf, obviously then we are out of litter scoops right now. Common sense lady.If this is how Family Dollar treats their potential customers, I will be taking my money and my business elsewhere!

I rarely shop there anymore. I have a problem with the language the employees use when talking to each other. They need to keep the foul talk out of the business and out on the street ( which is pretty sad to even talk like that anyway). There werent any particular employees, because over the years I have seen many faces, and there was no professionalism with the majority of them. I cannot say this about current employees because it has been I while since I have been in there.

Just your typical Family Dollar store. Nice place to find something for your home, yard, pet, kids, or even yourself. Clerks are fairly friendly.

Went in for a small gift bag. They were in the front of the store so in and out in 10 min.

They have workers there that direspect the customers and single people out with disability i am talking to a lawyer to put a lawsuit against the store to accuses me and my girlfriend for stealing cause she walks in the store with a different purse Everytime and to have the manager to tell my woman to shut her mouth, that was the last straw that in no way customer service that was wrong in every way possible

Very helpful manager, and great prices

Very dirty, unorganized store, most isles have items on floor and out of place. The cashier was more worried about children and if they were stealing candy instead of helping paying customers, to find out the other worker was watching them and said the kids put the candy back and were not stealing, so in end cashier was just harassing the children for no reason as they were just deciding what they wanted with limited cash and then she smashed my chips by putting heavy items on top off them.

Poorly marked prices misrepresented prices. Its not a clean store and some of the staff needs better training in store policys and general politeness.

Slow service, when there is a line they dont bother getting an extra person out. it can be hard finding specific items, could use some tidying up here and there.

Cheap prices. Cant go wrong with that.

Dont expect them to open on time! They didnt open till 815 this morning and my daughter was almost late for school! I watched many customers drive away just in that short period of time! Not good for business!
