Honestly, my go-to place whenever Im doing a project, or simply to restock on my threads and any other materials! I did wish they had more cosplay kits and more sizes of the EVA foam but its still a great store with good people that are willing to help!

Cashier was very friendly and helpful. I was there (oshkosh) on 9/3 around 11a. Found everything I was looking for and had sales prices and coupons. Did way better price and quality compared to hobby lobby!

I never seem to find what Im looking for there. A lot of bare shelves. I dont know if its because theyre just starting to put out summer decor or if they just havent restocked anything.

When did prices get do high on fabrics and patterns? Cheaper to buy already made these days. Over half the store is arts and crafts. Not impressed.

Oshkosh, WI location - The last few times we have been into the store, Janet (the manager) has been so cold and rude not only to customers but employees as well. Never once were we greeted with a smile or a nice hello. She makes it seem like an inconvenience that she is at work and having to help you (we cannot cut our own fabric, so obviously someone needs to help) and when asked if a certain item was on sale her response was I dont know, scan it, I cannot possibly know every sale in my store. WOW! Horrible customer service at its finest! Id rather drive 25 minutes to the other location for better (more friendly) service!

Great products for all crafters out there.

Enjoy shopping here but wish they had a much larger stock of apparel fabric (knits, thermal kits, etc.). You have to go to their other stores for that or shop online, but do check at this store first as they do have some apparel fabric. They also have upholstery fabric, remnants, large sale section, craft supplies, & home decor! (I would have rated at 4.5 if that option existed.)

Was looking for items for a costume. Bot CV only where the employees helpful the women that where shopping also helped me get all the right materials.

Great sales the day I was there. I do think shopping at this store cost more than other craft stores. I can find things at this store that I cant at others. Also, there is such a great variety of fabric.

Great place for sewing and quilting. Lots jewelry crafts, the one thing I was looking for was through a coupon that was sent to me... A wooden planter, that they didnt have. I asked and because of the store size and other reasons, they did not and will not get those in. Otherwise great store!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with answer questions regarding my project questions. The assortment of fabrics is great and I love the clearance section. I never have problems with using coupons, Ive even had the cashier remind me of a coupon!

My 4yo and I recently visited to get some jewerly making supplies. I also used the Buy Online, Pickup in Store option for a Christmas gift so I could sneak it without him noticing. I hadn’t received my “it’s ready” email but we were on our way. I gave them a quick call, they immediately filled the order, and even wrapped it in their fragile item paper before putting it in a bag to be sure it was disguised. Thanks for the great customer service and going that extra little step beyond!

They seem to have items that Id like to buy for projects, at decent prices, and I dont feel dirty supporting them; unlike hobby lobby. Personal opinion there.Sometimes hard to find items in the aisles, but the staff is prompt and friendly.

There is a good selection of various craft and sewing materials. It would be nice if they carried a better selection of sewing machines. They run lots of discounts, but the higher priced items (sewing machines, overlocks, irons, etc.) are never included in the discounts.

You can spend lots of time there wandering, looking at all the great stuff. Be careful, it can add up quickly

Ive never had any problems at this location. Staff is friendly, have what i need, and ring up takes 5 minutes max. Today my experience was not very good. Got what I need, got there at 11, had work at 1130, but usually its pretty speedy, so i had plenty of time. One person on register, pretty normal, but she was having personal conversations with this customer. i was in line for 10 minutes. I had to leave my stuff i needed because i had to go to work. The woman she was checking out gave the employee a gift for the employees daughter, and the employee gad her write a note for the daughter. Unprofessional.

Went for dmc floss and they dont have all colors. Also asked how to order online nut unable to do that as the site does not list colors by number and only have limited ones. Have to get from hobby lobby or order from herrshners.

My aunt and grandma absolutely love Joann Fabrics. I love walking the aisles and finding the trinkets and doodads for my own personal scrapbooking and designing.

I love living within 3 miles of a Joanns fabric store. Everything I need for the 4 or 5 different projects I have going on at one time, is just an added bonus!

Lady at the cutting desk was helpful without being fake overly excited.

Horrible customer service. Bullied my friend to the point of tears when she went to pick up her online order with me. They had sent her an email hours before clearly saying her order was really for pickup. It was not ready and the worker instead argued with my friend insinuating that she was stupid or had read the wrong email (There were two emails) and was very mean about it. Did not even get her order correct. My friend ordered two different fleeces and some poly pellets - Was handed one fleece piece and poly fil (not at all the same thing). Very disappointed in this store that I used to enjoy.
