Yes there will be wait time in line or on the phone. BECAUSE they dont rush their patients!When its your turn, they wont rush you either.The entire staff is helpful, caring, thorough and polite.They have patiently helped me get better prices, refills, proper billing, the correct better meds. They even let you check out a few items there. They text when rx is ready.

If you time it right, the wait isnt very long.

Although the staff has settled down since opening. Just when this massive place became doable to manage through. The way the pharmacy seems to have adjusted for the worse as time goes on. The time frame for the pharmacy is ridiculously long. They change your refills with different brands without even talking to you first. My cost for the 2nd time they have changed it, both times raising my costs. Now I cannot afford to purchase my high blood pressure meds. I changed to Walmart for their $4.00 price on my meds. Now they claim the companies no longe sell those meds. Well looks like if I am going to pay for a competent pharmacist Iwill go to one.

They are doing a amazing job 🙌 Im always treated with respect and they have went above to accommodate my needs. The staff and the pharmacists here are amazing

I personally cant stand this pharmacy. Nothing was ever filled on time. One time, they gave my ready prescription to someone else. Acted like it wasnt a big deal. Then I had to wait hours to get a new one!! Not ok!! I refuse to use this pharmacy. Rude as hell too.

Longest wait! I ordered my meds when I had 4 left... it took them 5 days fill it. Went 1 day without my medication. Everytime I called them they would tell me itll be ready in 1 hr went there twice and nothing. Finally changed to a different pharmacy.

I never have any issues because I use mobile express.Update: mobile express hasn’t worked for me in months. I’ve been playing waiting games with the staff...I’m over it. My business and time and valued elsewhere.

If you can go anywhere else you should. Jaylene is the only nice person that works there. Prescriptions are always late, consultations take much longer than they say, and some of their staff (Carlo the pharmacist) are completely unprofessional and frankly rude. If you can go ANYWHERE ELSE for your prescriptions save yourself the stress and just do so.

If there was a 0 star option or negative star that is the review I would give them. This place seems to have no sense of urgency. They take FOREVER for prescriptions to be filled. Every time I have gone in calling prior to make sure the medication is done I still have to wait for it at least 30 minutes. 5+ employees and yet nothing gets done in a timely matter. Last time I was in to pick up prescriptions I ended up calling my doctor while I was there to send the medication to the Raleys pharmacy instead and within 5 minutes received a call that the medication was ready to go. I honestly do not know what takes so long but obviously sense of urgency and customer experience is not something they strive for. So if you are wanting to take care of your loved ones with getting timely medication I would highly recommend going anywhere but here unless you have nothing to do with your life and want to waste an hour minimum waiting while they employees just do nothing.

The staff are rude, and never have your prescriptions ready in time. The pharmacist himself has given me wrong prescriptions twice, and each time tried to blame me or my insurance. Hate this place.

I have TriCare so its about the only place I can go. Every time, they are late on fills. They tell us 30 minutes, and 2 hours of shopping later its still not done. Im pretty sure theyre just trying to get you to shop and buy stuff. We called in twice in the past to let them know we would come in at the end of the day, and when we got there it wasnt ready yet. Terrible. Excellent example of Walmarts commitment to customer service.

Brand new, clean, big grocery store, doesnt really have a big garden department thought it would be big, but seem smaller than the last Wal-Mart store here. Bead selection is not big. As big as it is and for being brand new thought there would be more varietys.

The pharmacy has friendly staff and are always willing to help. Plus, prices are so much more reasonable than CVS!

Im changing my pharmacy, I ran out of a medication i was taking and my doctor refilled it for me and said i could pick it up that day and walmart said it was too early and that i couldnt pick up until the 24th, so i waited until today (the 24th) and called to see if it was ready and they told me i could pick it up in 35 mins so i called about an hour later to if it was ready and they told me to was too early and that i cant pick up until the 28th. what the hell walmart? since i ran out of that med i havent been able to sleep hardly, i get between 3 & 5 hours of sleep added up over a course of several hours and then im awake for 30 hours or more. thanks a lot walmart, thanks for caring about peoples health you f***** ****** ****** *** **** **********!!!!!

Called more than 3 hours after perscription called in, told it would be ready 45 min to an hour. Showed up 3 hours later and still not ready. Mom has to get hers here or mail order. I will NEVER make them my pharmacy.

By far the worst Pharmacy Ive ever been to and the slowest.
