Wow this Walmart has PROOF Alcoholic ice cream!! I love this store. Cant wait to relax in my chair and eat this delicious ice cream!! Im treating myself! Thank you Walmart for getting adult ice cream!

I go to Walmart for things I cant find anywhere else the Ormond Beach store is clean and organized... I buy these two items from Walmart and one of them which is the dental care for cats is a spectacular product... My one cat butterscotch always had problems with his gums they would be red and irritated... Ever since I bought this product I just add a capful to his water... Overtime, that I have been giving him this product his gums are healthier and healthier... The natural Care flea and tick product is great you just spray it on your pet... I usually take my hands and rub it through their fur and get it on their skin it cleans their fur kills the fleas and any ticks... And their fur smells pepperminty fresh... These are just a couple of my go to products from Walmart.

Walmart.com is awesome cuz it is so nice to be able to order online and go to the curbside pickup. Nice way to go shopping without having to shop at the store. And it makes it even better to not have to wait for delivery. The employees have a wonderful customer service experience and I highly recommend Walmart to everyone.

Nice store but they didnt have the brand of animal food we normally purchase at other walmart locations.

My grandson and I went to Walmart to pick out school uniform shorts. In the size we needed we found five pair quickly I moved on to socks and other things. The Walmart workers in that section of the store were very helpful and pleasant. We were home within an hour or so. Thank you Walmart for making our school shopping fun and easy!

Five stars for customer service! I went to this location in search of a patio set, but the one I wanted was out on display. Julian was sent to help us take the set out of the garden section in a cart, but he sat down to disassemble the entire table so that it would fit in our car! He surpassed our expectations for customer service at a Walmart, and we were so happy he was willing to help us purchase the set we wanted. Julian deserves a round of applause and a raise!

Our favorite Walmart. Fast and friendly service with so many wonderful personal willing to stop what they are doing to help. Elderly gentlemen greets you while helping you wipe down youre buggie for safety reasons. Hats off to management!

This Walmart seems to have everything you could possibly need, including all your groceries, lawn and garden, and a tire center. Pretty clean store throughout. Honestly my only gripe about the place is that for anyone visiting the area there is not much of a visible Walmart entrance sign. Technically its there, but it is hidden very low to the ground, and set back from the main road of Granada which leads into it..... easy to miss the entrance / turn.

5 star price but the inventory on they thin side.

Store needs to be more presentable. Employees need to be more accessible incase a customer needs some attention. Employees need to be more more courteous to the customer. Remember its the customer who keeps you in business.

Very crowded, self checkout was 40 people deep, 2 registers manned with long lines. They didnt even have the spice I went in for.

My biggest issue is not enough open actual cashiers. I am slightly handicapped and usually have my grandma with me to. I cant do self check out. Also you need more handicapped carts. Publix and Winndixie have more than you.

This store is sometimes poorly staffed at the registers leading to backups at both self and serviced checkouts. Also, watch out for folks pulling into driving lanes without looking. Otherwise this Walmart is a great store to shop at.

I know there is a problem with the supply chain at the moment, but I went to Publix yesterday and did not have an issue finding anything. All of the shelves were bare at this Walmart. I hate Walmart anyway, not sure why I went in the first place but you can pick up some chocolate beer. 🤢🤢🤢

An ok store, could be cleaner and less cluttered. We needed an electric cart, and had to go all over the store to find one. The greeter at the door was busy on his cell phone. Not many people wearing masks. Prices are better than most grocery stores, so we shop there.

I like Walmart i always find what Im looking for but there is one thing i didnt care for all registers have been made self checkouts and i am handicap with less mobility in my limbs and i almost threw everything in my cart on the counter and rode out on the handicap cart i was driving because it was difficult for me to get everything i purchased on the conveyor belt i said i cant do this and an employee finally came up and replied yes you can. In turn he began to assist me with loading and ringing my order up. I spent many hundreds of dollars there that day and you think the store would have a handicap checkout and someone to assist that person. I did receive help with loading my purchases in my car.

I dont mind this Walmart. But at this trip I witnessed a manager of a department being very rude to an employee just because the employee asked a question and was helping me with items that were in the back. Bravo to the employee for keeping their cool and thank you for helping me. Shame on the department manager for being so rude and hurtful.

Well there is no leadership front the CEO of Wally world all the way down to the management. Theyre leaving nerf guns that kids open up out on the shelves. Way past the day they were opened up.I got shot inside because of this. That place sure is watching for thieves but the security is not there for your safety not the safety of the employees which have almost no standards. If competition like in pro sports existed in the work place. I wouldnt be getting shot at walmart. I wouldve outworked any GM they have in this country and bought a house while those ambitionless, no leadership, no standard, complacent people that really are whos the leader everywhere would be in my shoes. They wouldnt get shot at Walmart though.This is not a safe place! They do not care!

Pretty much the same as every other Walmart. It is disappointing that they still let unruly unmarked pets enter the store to bark at my service dog and pee all over the place but Walmart could care less about their shoppers so they wont do anything

1 checkout open and 1 express checkout open both with long lines. So, I decided to use self checkout which is not a favorite. Of course, I needed help with an item, I couldnt understand the associate who came to assist. I dont think he could understand me either as he said youre confusing me. Instead of answering my question he was finishing my purchase before I put my debit card in. I wasnt sure I was checked out correctly so I asked at customer service and they were wonderful. They answered all my questions. I only shop at this store when I absolutely have to.

In and out quickly, I needed help and ask an associate who was happy to help me.

I have no complaints about this walmart other then employees should always be polite not so rude and try help sometime I know some customers cant be rude but just breath and keep line going

Today was the first time that I tried curbside pick up anywhere. I was very pleasantly surprised! It was easy and orderly. Because this was kinda a test, I ordered from many different departments, not just groceries. Everything was great! There were a few replacements but that was 👌. I approved them. I will do this again!

Its Walmart...You get what you expect and pay for. I do normally grocery shop but at the Holly Hill Neighborhood Market Walmart and also try to go later on like 10, theres almost always barely anyone there at that time. So for that particular place around that particular time, its great.

I had my J&J Vaccine appointment on last Tuesday early morning. At that time only 2 staff was working there. Pharmacist and Pharmacy Assistant were very kind and helpful. Noticed how nicely they were dealing with an elderly customer who had lack of paperwork/ identification with him. They were answering all of my husbands questions in detail. Cleaning, organizing, and guidance were excellent. I think you guys owe a raise from management for the quality work and also for promoting the Walmart name. Thanks.

This is a fairly large Walmart. Thats about the only positive thing about it. I would say that my biggest issue with this Walmart is that they consistently have a lack of cashiers. They have plenty of self-service check-outs, but when you have a completely filled shopping cart, that REALLY annoys the people behind you (even though its not your fault) Typically there is 1-2 cashiers and the rest are self-serve.The other issue is the type of customers that shop there. They simply DO NOT CARE about the fact that theres a pandemic. If you are a person that masks up, and practices social distancing due to current up-tic in COVID-19 cases, dont go to this one - no rules in place.

Long wait to checkout. Over 45 minutes in line. Will not use self checkout. I dont work for Walmart! This scenario happens every shopping trip. Will shop elsewhere rather than wait or do self check.

I live here. (almost) best prices and Ok quality if you need to save money. One of the smaller Walmarts but they have a little of everything. The parking lot is a good place to go if you want dings on thecside of you car do to the tight spaces. The people who work there are hit and miss. Some friendly, some will ignore or push you out of the way (yes this happened to me) but i go back because of the prices, easy returns, and conveniant. Tip do not buy the cheap goodyear tires here they are made just for Walmart and are awful. Tip. When it comes to food, their store brand is usually just as good if not better than the name brands.

So many tags are wrong here so its hard to find prices for items. They taped up my birdseed an employee cut while opening the crate so it spilled in my car when they could have cleaned it out and wrote it off. They did a shoddy job and apparently this happens often. Its an alright walmart.

I love love love walmart, there is so much to get with in each department. I can spend hours walking around just checking out new stuff.

People that work there are surprisingly helpful and had a nice man take 5 minutes to help me find small squirt bottles .

They’re NEVER STOCKED.. shelves are always empty! If it wasn’t for the Walmart app you’d be in trouble because no one knows where anything is. The Walmart app is sometimes accurate. Limited Stock basically means OUT OF STOCK! The Electronic Department is just about the only place to find a knowledgeable associate. There’s literally maybe about 4-6 actual Cashiers. Literally within the whole store.. Walmart IS NOT your store for FRESH FRUIT .. don’t waste your time! For my couponers they’re NOT COUPON FRIENDLY.. for my Clearance Finders . Just tell me how .3 cents off is clearance?! Help me understand. Not but Seriously.. Happy Shopping!

I only shop here when I have a need to charge our new all electric Volkswagen ID.4 a lot of the Electrify America charging stations seem to be located at Walmart Supercenters.Its your standard Walmart. Friendly employees was a bonus. Decent produce selection as well.

Food was not flavorable... The mash potatoes was watery. The service was good... The price was way too high for the quality of the food. It just was not good.

We had a problem with our product. There was about 3 different employees that tried to help us but no one was really helpful. Then comes a lady her name was Carol. Great lady. She was the most helpful, not only that but she took her time when she was off the clock to solve our problem. She maintained professional energy the entire time. Therefore this review is the result of her great customer service.

I placed a grocery delivery order on our way out of town. They notified me via email after it was supposed to be delivered that they can’t deliver my order. Then I tried to have it delivered again for the next possible delivery and I can’t reorder the same order until the next day. Then I attempted to call customer service for 30 mins with no answer!! It’s frustrating that a company this big has no customer service and is unreliable.

Its like every other Walmart. I did find what I wanted and went through the self checkout only waited a couple of minutes and I was out of there.

Found food items at great price. I wish the would employee more human cashier to assist with check out. Keep americans working.

Made a fast stop for a new laundry basket. Not a lot to pick from but found a good study one..Picked up pkg of sirloin ground beef also.One way out bought some Auntie Anne cinnamon pretzels. Always a favorite!

This store would get so much more of my business if I didnt have to spend so much time in line to check out. There is never enough registers open to take care of the customers. Every single time I go into this store the lines are very long. I love the store otherwise.

Great Location for a SuperWalmart!This is a large, well-stocked, clean store that is open 24 hours a day. Not all departments are open 24 hours though, operating hours are listed on the front door, you can also call. The store is easily accessible and there’s plenty of parking.

Walmart to Walmart was down on Tuesday? Inconvenience! But I was able to get it Saturday. There is always a long line for customer service they need to have more people working there. 25 minutes is too long to wait. They had 2 people working there with a line of 14 customers

Saturday night around 8. One cash register open. We had quite a bit so didn’t use the self check. Stood in line forever. Cashier never addressed us. The only time she spoke to us is to say that she was underage and couldn’t check the beer. She had to go round up someone else for that. Never said thank you or anything. It was a joke. I’m sure the extremely long line of shoppers would agree.

Convenient location, checkout has improved. Still not consistent with being able to find someone to help (sometimes great, other times lacking). Four stars ultimately because I almost always get delivery with W+ but they have consistent delivery issues, especially with not being able to get express or with canceling orders for being too busy. This has GOT to improve.

Need more cashiers, I shouldnt have to work ar Walmart to shop here.

I have been in a lot of Walmarts my friends and let me tell you, I understand Florida is the vacation state and all...but when theres more sand than actual floor...you might have a problem 😳😅! Walmart has completely gone downhill. Workers standing around complaining how long the lines were at the self checkouts. Just an idea, but why not open a few of the closed lines and actually do your jobs. There are several to choose from.

Walmart Super Center in Ormond beach is the best Walmart I think because all there staff Ive ever dealt with were extremely helpful, speedy, well learned on what is where n just over all a pleasant place to do all my multi shopping. Thank you!

When visiting the beach(Ormand Beach) get off 95s Ormand Beach left to Walmark on Rt.40 for sunnlock,treats and a Beach chair! Then 3.5 miles over the bridge to the beach...

The Ormond beach Walmart is poorly stocked sadly, youd think they have no employees due to how under stocked all items are and for it being a Walmart that has many people shopping at daily they really need to keep up with it, and as youre walking back out to your car you have some 18-19 year old dark skinned guys unsolicitedly walking upto you in the parking lot asking you to donate to their made up church basketball team well thats what it was called a few weeks ago when they baggered people walking to their cars at the new Smyrna beach Walmart location,. It looks like they got a shirt made and are now asking for money for some different fake team. Ive never once been to a church with a basketball team.

Im not a big fan of Walmart. If they have 16 to 20 cash registers and have one open and 12 people in line thats pretty shoddy customer service. Id much rather buy my stuff at Ace hardware and Publix and pay more money then to shop at Walmart. I only go there when I cant get the items somewhere else. Theyve run mom and pop shops out of business all over the United States probably all over the world. Its like a Monopoly that in the financial world it would probably be illegal except they dont manufacture the stuff. The store is way too big to shop in the last thing I want to do when I get off work tired is to walk through a store thats two blocks long.

The self checkout runs smoothly. Im sad that its not open 24 hours anymore. It would be awesome if they were open a little later than 11 pm. They have great products in grocery that I cant find elsewhere.

Horrible Walmart. One cashier at 8pm on a friday who got stuck with a customer and needed someone to come help him without help waiting 20 plus minutes with only one cashier working. Come on Walmart! You cant be that cheap and have only one cashier. This is RIDICULOUS!

This Walmart store is one of my favorites. I can always find exactly what I am looking for.

Not enough scooters at this location on a busy day. My husband is paralyzed and can t walk. So when we get to the store ( before looking all over the parking lot first) I go in and get him a scooter so he and Rolex( thats our service Dog) can shop . Sometimes its not that easy., such as a busy sunday afternoon. This last trip I rushed through the store because I had to leave the two of them behind for lack of a scooter. Throughout my shopping I continue to look for scooters, and appears that there really arent many of them at this location. I would like to add to Walmart the community and there children, these scooters are extremely important to those of us who need them. If you can walk thank God every day and do just that... Walk. Thank you.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I am tired of the horrible customer service and the inability of management to effectively run their order pickup system. This was the third time that they did not have the order ready. No answer when calling the store numbers. It is very frustrating when you have to call the corporate number just to get someone to answer the phone. Dont over book the pick up slots. Cut off the times and quit wasting customers time trying to figure out what happened to their order only to end up going home with no groceries for their family. At the very least they should deliver the groceries after all of the time they wasted! I would love to hear what managements solution to their very obvious problem is. Time to shop somewhere else.
