Came to the store today after 10am. Walked in, wasn’t busy. Workers behind the cash register so I walked right up. I know pretty much nothing about cars but I had a headlight out. The cashier I chose was SUPER friendly and helpful. Nick figured out exactly what I needed and offered to put the headlight in my car. He was super fast and efficient. Made sure it worked and was adjusted properly. If you are as anxious about car stuff as I am.. make sure you go in and ask for Nick! I will be back!

So had car serviced at Toyota. Left there within a few miles had a flat tire. Thank God I was right next to AutoZone and the young man there, and it was raining I asked if somebody would please change my tire and he went above and beyond to help me and change my tire for me. I didnt remember his name but he was tall,slim, blond. He should get a raise. He is what good customer service person is.

I find Autozone to be the best auto parts store. You dont need a receipt for your warranty to be good. They either have your part or can get it quickly. Not all of their clerks are particularly knowledgeable, but they will help with basic repairs like windshield wipers and batteries.

Got too say hats off to my man shamar he took care of an issue for my yesterday... honest place and integrity... definitely will continue bringing my business there...

Helpful staff and good parts

They sold me a new $160 battery that I did not need. It was an alternator problem. I had to wait a month to get the $160 for the alternator that I am Never going to buy at an AutoZone. Avoid these dishonest commission based sales snakes.

Took my daughter there are in her car to get the battery checked out turned out it was a bad cell. They tested it for her and then they replaced it for her and put in the new battery and gave her some solid advice about corrosive terminals. They were terrific and even gave her a discount cuz she works at a car dealership.

I had a great customer service experience at Autozone in Ormond Beach this morning - the staff was professional and well versed in car batteries issues which the gentleman at Autozone fixed the loose negative terminal by replacing it with a new one, all done Free of Charge and with impressive courtesy!

Friendly helpful staff here too. If you cant get at other place, try here. I also notice customers here more talkative with sharing advice.

Absolutely terrible. I came to the store and spent over $130.00 only to wait longer than someone else walking up to a counter to have a battery installed. Of course, the staff caters to all the senior citizens in this town regardless of who was first come first service. Will not be back.

Great experience. Family and I were driving down to South FL when battery light came on. We fortunately found our way to nearest auto parts store where they checked battery and alternator. It was unfortunately the latter. I was able to borrow tools to do the job, manager pulled a couple bottles of water for myself and the family. Stinks a road trip cost me $236, but great customer service.

The Ormond beach staff is absolutely amazing! I had to go in for a battery late in the evening and they replaced it for me. It was hard for them to do and they did a wonderful job and could not have been nicer! I would recommend the store and their employees to anyone! Made me feel like a valued customer. Two thumbs up!!!!

I rarely leave reviews but I couldn’t help myself. This team was so helpful today. I went in to get brake pads because they were grinding. I was just going to replace pads in the parking lot. Come to find out the caliper was stuck as well. I was 3 hours away from my house. The manager helped me replace the caliper because it was a safety hazard and he didn’t want me driving down to Miami like that. Super impressed. There are still good hearted people in this world. Thank you guys for making my day so much better than it started.

My battery was toast! Not only did they have a replacement with a 3 year warranty, they have an Angel of an employee in Jose! I was dealing with odd lug nuts and bolts that other places wouldnt give me the time of day but store manager Mr. Barrett took the time to find the right parts. When I broke off the lug studs, he helped me again to find the right size to fit. With this detail for a small job, him and his crew have the right stuff for bigger and harder jobs. Great job Steven.

Friendly, helpful staff, but he didnt install back wipers correctly. Please take a little more time when installing equipment. Easy parking in front of store and store is noticable from street.

Had a bad experience at this specific autozone. Went in looking for a battery and was rudely confronted by an employee named Alan K. He mocked me for a miswording in what I was looking for throughout my visit to the store. Instead of assisting me in finding exactly what type I needed, he persisted to tell me what I have to get without asking any questions about the product I was searching for. He continued interrupting me and did not give me time to look at all the products.I decided to find someone else to check my item out, and Steven was there to help. He even tried to notify me of a possible discount if I returned my old battery, which Alan K. failed to mention.

It was a -5 out of a five-star system I had to drive a half hour out of my way to meet my wife so that they could give her exactly the same thing that she asked for that they couldnt find. And as always not enough people working. Or should I say that they didnt know what it was going to work in an auto parts store know a car and know your supplies.

Great customer service they had the exact part for my car that the garage said would be hard to find. It was way cheaper than what the garage offered me. I dont know if it was that the garage was trying to rip me off or if autozone was giving me a good deal either way it worked for me lol.

Very good auto supply store. I know very little about vehicles when it comes to fixing, but I can always get help with what I need and minor things, sometimes assistance. Great workers and very nice to deal with.

Chevked battery it was bad than replaced it out of there in like 10min. Nice staff!

So the only complaint I have, is they help everyone, its hard to get a quick in and out, especially when you have to find the item on your own, then wait for them to stop helping others, so you can pay for it.

I love this Autozone. Steve is awesome. He is always ready to help you with anything when you walk in the door but isnt pushy like some places and pounce on you when you walk in. He will let you look around and try to accomplish things yourself but if you need help is always there to help you. He also has a great staff too that will help you out with all your parts needs.

The store itself is fine, but the location is a bit of a hassle. If youre coming from south of it, theres no good way to turn around and return home. Its too close to the intersection with Granada to be able to get into the left turn lane unless traffic is really light.

I ordered a part. The girl told me TWICE she would call me if it came in at 6 pm.NO CALL went in next day, man told me it was in night before..THEN IT DIDNT FIT !!!
