Great place to buy and sell second hand kids clothing. This location is huge and carries maternity clothing as well. Great prices on clothing. Also a nice selection of strollers and bassinets. Some toys too. Tons of shoes in all sizes. Will definitely be back for more bargains. I purchased 10 sleepers, 5 outfits, 1 overalls, 2 shorts, and 3 pairs of shoes for $70. See photo.

If youre looking for a place to get quality lightly used kids clothes and toys, this is the place! We got a good condition jolly jumper for under $20, a sit-in play center that doubles as a walker for ~$35, and a nice set of mega blocks for only $10! Cant really beat these prices especially since kids grow so fast!

Love the new location! This store runs great specials and offers the best deals for kids clothes, considering kiddos grow so quickly! Great deals on shoes and toys too. Love that you are continuing to keep your customers safety in mind. One of the only places I feel comfortable shopping in-person.

Very nice staff. I didnt try selling anything so I cant speak to that aspect of the business but they had a very large selection of clothes to look through. The prices were very reasonable and I got surprised by an extra 22% of the clothes I bought because its Earth Day! I will definitely be doing clothes shopping for my child here from now on.

First time coming to this location last week. I called in the morning to make sure they would take a mini crib and a regular size crib for sale. That afternoon when I get there I came in to make sure it was still OK for me to bring it in. Once I already started bringing in the parts another employee, younger teen female that seemed to barely be able to keep her eyes open and speak tells me they cant take it in. I let her know I called in advanced and was told it was fine. She proceeded to give me attitude and points to an area an says dont you see we have no space for it? Mind you im 34 weeks pregnant and this is why I called in advance so I wouldnt load up my car for no reason. Very unprofessional from this employees part. Sadly I didnt get a name.

Ive shopped here only a few times in the last year, for friends with little ones.Good selection and customer service.I also appreciate and applaud their stand on masks being mandatory. I have been a mom for six years and have three boys. This is basically the only place I shop for their clothes. It’s clean, organized and you can’t beat the price especially for their sales. Every holiday I go to their holiday section and get shirts for my kids and being able to resell back our too small clothes for the next size up is awesome for our family. I love that I’m also helping the planet by recycling clothes and reusing kids items they grow out of so quickly. This store is a must for all parents!

They are very serious on selecting what they are buying from you it means that they just buy good stuff almost new and fancy. If I had kids younger than 14 this would be my preferred place to buy.

When this location was on the other side of the road it was wonderful. Since the move the stuff you sell is given WAY less money from the already yard sale pricing you are given (which I am usually fine with because I get this is the business). And what you have for buying option is now slim pickings. Im disappointed in a current sell when the employee only showed me one of the two full bins, and didnt mention the second bin of stuff they were buying. When she went to place the first bin back behind the counter I saw another bin of my stuff that I didnt know was being sold as well. I felt very deceived this time when selling . The bins I brought in have a cover and are colored totes. Usually they show you everything they are buying. I felt cheated this time around with the amount given for the quality and sum of stuff I brought in. I will be using the other location from now on in Waterford for buying and selling. I have been too disappointed the last few times Ive been in to buy or sell and this ordeal placed the nail in the coffin.

We brought in boxes of clothing and they did not even look through them they just said they didnt want them because they were outdated. When my daughter asked them how did they figure this they said they could tell by the date. my daughter worked in retail and theres no date on clothes also there was one little outfit she had just bought for the baby or Halloween all the clothes were still folded they didnt even look through them so we just took them to the Goodwill and donated them. Also, about half of them were newly bought. Some he only got to wear once because he grew so fast.

This store is incredibly filthy and unorganized. There are clothes on the floor, shoes, accessories and toys piled up making it difficult to shop; not to mention the poor state of the product when stored this way. A lot of the clothes are out of style or very worn out looking. And the manager/owner also has the audacity to tell you to pull up your mask if she thinks it’s down too low. Insane. Will not be back.

Great store with a huge selection of childrens clothing for a great price. Staff are pleasant and I appreciate them for looking out for the health and welfare of their customers.

Its a working experience but well worth it. Grateful for OUAC, most clothes are in great condition, its so organized, it helps with shopping. Staff is super great also. You just have to be patient with setting appointments to sell things, keep in mind the appointment slots fill and you need to be gracious to the staff, they are working hard.

I was definitely not happy with todays experience. I felt the OUAC really low balled me with the transaction. For 8 itmes including 2 kids chairs, 3 brand new board games a lego set and 2 baby toys they gave me $16.45 (a little of $2per item). REALLY ??? When shopping thru the store 1 very similar model of 1 chair that I sold they were selling for $20 (more than what I got for my entire transaction) I thought you give customers HALF of what you sell the items for????

Used to be my favorite OUC Store, Now costumer service is rude and don’t even purchase mostly of the thinks you take to the store. First; I drive 45min to bring to this store a bunch of clothes, newborn things and toys, and they only take 3 things and offer me $10, I take the rest of the things they don’t want to another OUC store and they almost purchased everything, give me a check for $123.00 the rest of the things I give it to Goodwill. Don’t waste your time, any other OUC Store would take more of your stuff and also would have better clearance sale clothes as well too. *Costumer service just don’t enjoy work there.

This store is very rude and disrespectful to customers! I call to place an item on hold (which they said theyd do no problem), when I call to pick it up its nowhere to be found. Im happy I trusted my gut to call ahead of time instead of wasting my time going there. Then I was told to call the next day (today 9/6/2020) to see if someone else put it somewhere only to be greeted inpatiently and rudely and was cut off and told they dont place items on hold.. please make up your mind and have your employees on the same page to save people the headache. When I asked if they can see if the item sold then since they lied the first time I was rudely told they wouldnt do that. If youre going to tell someone something hold your word. Discount baby clothes, toys, strollers, and much more. I bought a orbit baby Helix stroller for $75 on clearance which originally went for much much more. it has worked amazingly and I have also purchased a bunch of clothing from them. They have high quality standards as to what theyll accept and they pay you a decent amount to bring in your stuff. Not a better store to go to for baby stuff.

The staff is great here. I usually go to Altamonte because it seems more organized to me however, I walked in to this place just before closing and was looking for something that I didnt want to waste the staffs time when they are getting ready to close. The staff had no objection and insisted I take the time to look if I needed to.

I had a great experience at Once Upon a Child. The customer service was very good. I found a pair of soccer cleats for my daughter and I was able to sell a few pair of pants of my sons. Therefore I really had to spend little out of pocket. I hadnt expected that. I do plan to return. I frequent this store often. I think its a great resource for kids shoes because their feet are always growing. In my opinion you get the most value out of purchasing shoes from here.

Great place to sell and buy gently used baby and childrens items. I have more success selling toddler clothes than infant or big kid clothes. They often sell items they do not repurchase. Overall, not a bad place to pickup a few items for someone who needs kids clothes on a budget.

First time to the new location, and it was very clean and well organized. The only thing is I didn’t really feel welcomed when entering. One lady that I observed seemed to have an annoyed look on her face, and was rolling her eyes at people as they had questions. Customer service is a very important part of having any business. Everyone should be treated with the same kindness no matter what the customer needs help with.

I give the store 5 stars very nice employees the only thing they dont have bags you have to bring your own

The associates (especially the older ladies are a bit on the rude side). It was as if my family and I walked into Harrods.. The lack of customer service (kindness) in a season in which businesses are failing is simply foolish.

This place is great for maternity clothes. who needs to pay a ton on maternity clothes, you are only going to wear them 7 months at best. This place really made my pregnancy a little more tolerable. Not bad for baby clothes either when it comes to price. we got a ton of stuff here and did not have to spend nearly as much as we would anywhere else. Most of the time it does not matter what a baby wears because they are just going to spit up on it anyway.

The store on the adult side & the store on the children side had literally one customer each.I brought a medium size box, & bc of O.C.D.-It contained clean & sanitized items. Even clothing separated by age & gender...Unfortunately, both sides of the store insisted i return with an appointment. (The appt. lets the employee decide if my items are good enough to purchase from me) ..........Overall, the store was super organized & super clean (but super empty) & refused to take 5 min with me. (I was unaware of the mandatory appointment issue) It was a really upsetting trip. The staff was (fake- friendly) you know, the fake enthusiastic greeting when youre a new customer. I wont be going back since (that was my one & only chance anyway) Between the ride money & having strength to go, omg. I even explained this to the staff but nothing. ☹️

This OUAC is amazing. First of all, it’s HUGE! One of the biggest I’ve ever been to. Plus, they’ve got amazing inventory. They had some really awesome baby carriers I’ve never even seen at a resale boutique (only on FB BSTs). I found tons of awesome pieces for my youngest (she’s three). Some of the prices were higher on brands that aren’t exactly HSA (Tea Collection, for example, but I think OUACs across the board price Tea too high), but I don’t mind paying more for small shop/boutique brands. I drove from Tampa to visit and I was thrilled with my finds. Employees were kind and helpful! The store is immaculately clean, well-organized, and there’s lots of room to browse. I’m sad I live so far away, I would be here once a week if I could!

I have not brought anything in for resale, but have purchased a LOT from this store for my daughter when she was pregnant. I have been extremely pleased with the merchandise Ive purchased, and was able to wardrobe my daughter almost entirely through her pregnancy from this store! I give it a Two Thumbs Up! In fact, I recommend all my friends and clients who are pregnant to check this great place out!

Went in to give away baby things that i do not need. I called a few day prior and no one explained the expectations on how the baby girl needed to be. I was told the couldnt give in the car seat which is fine because but the stroller set i couldnt give in because i didnt have the bar the goes across for the toys. Then looking at the toy mat i was told that it had a small not truly noticeable stain on it and there is no way i can wash it because its a play mat. Okay thats fine but as me and my husband are leaving there is a lady behind us that has a comforter bag full of clothes and was told she couldnt do that given the fact that it creates a smell and wrinkle the clothes which I think wasnt needed because if the clothes are clean and dry its fine i felt as though the associate was rude and could have handled both situations better

I like this store and would have given it 5 stars but they are so specific about what they buy back. Im sure they have a business model but Im just saying I go there and hope tinsel stuff, even a few small things and they barely ever take even one item. Aside from that, great selection, great prices, you will buy something. The toys are fantastic. I got a $250 toy for $25! They even work and have most of the parts. Its organized well. Great place for holiday shopping and shoes! I wont pay $70 for shoes for my 6 yo boy who is going to destroy them. $10 for nice Nikes.

I love the OUAC E Colonial location! They have a huge inventory for toddlers and older kids. It is my go-to place to buy books! It gets busy on the weekends and clearance sale days, but the management always has extra staff on hand to keep the lines moving quickly. If you are going to sell, dont bring damaged items... they wont take them (thank you for that)!

Should have read the reviews first!! I cleaned my sons clothes yesterday, brought them in later in the evening(2 hours before they closed), they sat in my laundry room where my cat isn’t, told me to pick up tomorrow, came in for pick up and whala, nothing! The very sweet lady I spoke with said they wrote on the note it smelt of storage, and full of animal hair..... I guess being that it was the last intake of the night made it so they didn’t go through all the clothes and just plain out didn’t want to do it.... friendly staff at least... 🙄

First I would like to say I have never had the rude/inattentive experience that others are speaking of. However after yesterdays visit I do have one suggestion. Teach everyone how to use the tag machine and where to put the tags so they do not put holes in the clothes. Now I bought a bunch on clothes yesterday during the 90% off sale which was amazing. With that being said I have 4 shirts with holes in them now. Granted they are small, in the armpit and I paid $.35 for each shirt but if I had paid their full price I would not be a happy customer. Just a suggestion. Other than that I truly love this place. I walked out yesterday with a huge overflowing Aldis bag for about $20. All 3 of my children have at least 1.5 weeks of new clothes a piece. Thanks for all you guys do.

Overwhelmingly packed to the brim. Staff is not very friendly. Clothes are always stained and in poor condition. You really have to dig to find something decent. But somehow when I bring my very nice, clean and carefully selected clothing in to sell, they don’t accept it. 90% of the items on their racks are soiled.

Some of the stuff I took in to trade was 10x better than what they had shelved. A lot of faded out of date clothes on the racks. But they wouldn’t accept mine. I believe it’s because when I went in; no one tried to ask what I needed until I stood there looking at them continue a personal conversation.

I have sold and purchased at several OUAC locations in Florida and New Jersey. This past week was the WORST, rude and dismissive experience at the location on E. Colonial drive in Orlando. When I dropped off 2 bags of clothes the woman behind the counter made a snark remark about the clothes being dropped off in a plastic bag how it “slows them down” I offered to take the clothes out and she said not to worry this time but for future reference.I forgot to come and pick up my money and/or returns the same day and obviously failed to read the receipt stating that it had to be done same day. When I returned my items had been “donated” and I was issued a store credit of $2.84.Courtney was so rude and dismissive and her tone was condescending and somewhat racist as if she couldn’t be bothered. I will NEVER shop/sell at this location again.This is an amazing franchise and an affordable way to shop for your children but with this lack of customer service this location may be in trouble.

EVERYtime I visit this location for a sale, or just a random day, the staff is always so pleasant and the store is organized. I first came to the store when my little awesome was still in newborn clothes. She is now 7 months and I keep returning. Customer service matters! Be sure to stop in and check them out. They have everything from clothes and shoes, to toys and books. There is an assortment of things you may need for your nursery and even your growing littles room. Bring your own bag (planet friendly) and a smile )it goes a long way. They carry newborn (occasional premie) to size 14. Not looking to purchase something, you can come and sell your new and gently used item for another child/family to be able to use. We will continue to use OUAC and definitely visit this location. I dont usually post poor reviews but this experience needed to be share. Went into the store to sell a couple items. They took a bouncer and all the shoes. Then told me they werent interested in the clothing because of the sizes but yet they took the name brand clothing in the very sizes they said theyre not interested in.

Was greeted when we walked in. The workers did not smile much at guest nor each other. The building and the bathroom were both clean and smelled fresh. Found some cute newborn boys items on clearance.

I went on dollar clearance day and halloween stuff was 75 % off :)

I can honestly say this store well kept. Everything neat. I can find clothes the right size without getting mixed sizes. Keep up the good work. Great customer service

*Edited October 2019*** While the new store gives a lot more space to move around, and more selection, I am disappointed that I still cannot sell my items. Ive been turned away from selling 2t toddler boy clothes and shoes TWICE here because they dont need those sizes. I was also told the shoes werent in good enough condition, when the shoes currently in those bins are the same if not worse.***This used to be the best place to look for clothes and shoes for my toddler son.

What was sold missing parts they wont take back. Oddly they had no problem selling it.

I bought a used Mamaroo from here a few months before my twins were born. The lady plugged it in at the store and it worked. I took it home and it sat for two months until my children were born. Once they were born I put them in it and it work but always shut off after 5 minutes. I tried to take it back and they would not take it back. $100.00 down the drain and no resolution offered.

I have had great experience buying from this location. However tried to bring some stuff in to sell for the first time and was completely shocked at how rude the lady was . She just had such a stuckup attitude. I didnt even bother getting the rest of the stuff I had in the car. I guess they are only nice when you are shopping. Well I wont be doing neither anymore.

Drove to Orlando from out of town, left four bags for them to look through. Five hours later they still hadnt looked through them yet. Ive been waiting around for them for hours. Im just going to pick my stuff up because I cant wait any longer. Ill never bring stuff to them again.

This is such a great place to shop. I wished the book were more organized but over all amazing selection. Its becoming increasingly harder to sell at this location.

The store seemed to be very organized. But I would like to suggest that employees who are sick should not be working. Specially when you have to deal with kids and pregnant women. I went there and noticed two employees coughing a lot and then I went home and two days later found out I have contracted the flu. Even if you might feel a bit better it could be contagious.

The ladies running the place are all very nice and the store is pleasant, clean, and well laid out. This is a great place to get kids clothing in a pinch. I highly recommend this location for purchasingMy only complaint is about the quality of the clothing on the racks vs what they will buy from you as a seller. Obviously their purchase criteria changes, and that is their prerogative, however, often times they will not purchase quality items for one reason or another, although there are plenty of worn, faded, stretched, or otherwise low quality (carters, for example) items on the racks. It would not be an issue if they conformed to a specific standard of quality, but they clearly dont, which can make their buying process seem arbitrary (i.e. potentially frustrating for a seller, especially after a long wait).This is not uncommon for places like this, so its nothing to get worked up over, but if youre planning to sell here just keep expectations low going in.

Very rude service to my husband, I watched how they spoke to him and treated him- very rude and disrespectful. The boys shoe section is a wreck. Almost all the shoe bins were wrong sizes, mistagged with wrong brands, and as a result wrong prices. The girls seemed to be hiding behind the counter folding clothes and got annoyed when someone came to the counter to ask questions.

I visited this store while pregnant and found a handful of items that Ive enjoyed. Depending upon the item, some things are easy to buy new for the same price or less when there are sales. I just purchased a ton of pants from a major retailer for $3.50 this week...the same or less than used pants here.Today I ventured in with by baby. Even though Id fed and changed him prior to coming, he needed attention. However, the bathrooms are locked. Navigating the tiny store with a crying baby to find someone to unlock it is far too much hassle. It was better to just leave.Overall, friendly people. Occasional good prices. Not worth bothering if I have my baby.
