Team is great. A little overwhelming at first because I’ve never been to a warehouse type store like this but they helped me get what I needed and even ordered in the items they didn’t have in stock. Highly recommend!

Just started ordering with this Company after a visit from Adam Elliott. So far they have been upfront and deliver promises. The prices are very competitive. Adam has helped a lot as my first order was a quick and we needed quick turnaround. He found the boxes we needed were custom order so he went above and found some boxes in the warehouse that would work for the shipping. Since they were not the exact size we needed (larger) he found a bit of bubble wrap we could use to prevent any damage to our customers order. Great Customer Service!! It makes my job so much easier when a you find a Vendor you can trust to have your back and help out when they can. Kudos, we will be doing business with Boxes ETC for a long long time!

If you have an odd shaped package, large or small, and cant find what you need to box it up, this is the place to go. They wont do the work for you, but theyve got what you need. Boxes of all sizes, cardboard sheet/flats, and corner boards. Ive wasted time and money trying to make standard size boxes fit ... like putting a square peg in a round hole. And the prices, ... the guys behind the counter laughed at me when I couldnt believe how little they were charging me. This place is great!!

I have been an independent sales person for this company since 2008. I am not an employee but I see what goes on behind scenes good and bad. There is not one company out there in the industry that is perfect.I see the only one negative review that left a one star. I do not know both sides but only the customers side. I am sure in all fairness that there was some truth to some of his comments in my opinion. But I must say that you have to look at the big picture. Look at all of the 5 stars and great ratings. What that tells me personally is that this company is totally awesome and gets a majority of all of the orders correct, their friendly, and great price but you have to leave room for occasional human error. If anyone finds a company out there with all 5 star ratings, I advise them to stay away because it is probably bogus. When I look at ratings I look at how many 5 stars and to see if they have a few negative ratings which are legit because of human error. So that being said, this is the perfect company in my opinion to deal with. I know every employee there and all of them are very nice and will do what ever they can to serve you. Great job Boxes Etc. Inc. Keep on rocking like you have for years.

This is my go to place for supplies for my ebay store. I havent found anywhere else yet that has prices this good. Not even walmart can compare.

Im not sure how the most recent one star review happened. Obviously 2 sides to every story. I called to see if they had what I needed for my wifes online business. They did, and so I showed up in person. Steve was very friendly, and asked all my questions about pricing and stock. Once I paid the warehouse worker was prompt, and delivered my order immediately. A 1000x better experience than victory. down the street. I highly recommend if you are a local small business. I cant comment on if you order online.

Im a local business in the Orlando area and thought this company would be great for local pickup options when I run out of materials and supplies. Their prices looked great and their selection also looked pretty good. This was my experience with trying to process my first order.Attempt #1: I went online and placed my order (about $1k worth of supplies). There was no option to complete the transaction using local pickup although they advertise as a local seller right on their website.Attempt #2: I called and spoke to a female. She was actually very courteous but advised all associates were too busy to take my order. She wasnt aware of the how the online order processing worked and said I should just go ahead and place my order with Joe. She provided me with Joes e-mail address. She could not process my order at that time.Attempt #3: I e-mailed Joe on January 4, 2017 at 10:39 a.m. I even copied and pasted my order information (from the failed online attempt) so that Joe would have all the item ID #s and totals. I never heard back from anybody. No confirmation e-mail, no response, nothing.Attempt #4: Baffled by my previous attempts I decided to actually go place an order in person. To be fair maybe I entered Joes e-mail address incorrectly or he was on vacation or something? The business looked legit, they were in a big industrial center. The person at the front desk was once again very courteous and helpful. I told him about my trouble placing my order and he confirmed what I had suspected about my first attempt; that is their online processing does not have an option for local pickup. He suggested I e-mail my order to a supervisor (Steve Miller) and provided me with Steves business card. Once again he was unable to process my order.Attempt #5 (Final Attempt): I e-mailed Steve Miller (service manager) on January 11, 2017. I included my entire order once again with matching order information and ID #s. NOTHING. No response, no instruction, no confirmation.Suffice to say I have given up on this company. Im quite surprised that they bill themselves as a family owned local homegrown business yet lack the logistical capacity to manage their local customers in any kind of organized assemblance.

The service was awful they won’t refund my money. They never send my order and charge for me for delivery. Worst company ever.
