Tim was very informative, responsive, and helpful which if you are in need of anything related to oxygen therapy, is incredibly helpful and so appreciated. He explained everything about supplies functionality, and availability. He was transparent and very honest. In fact, I feel like he was very empathetic to my situation. We had a non-covid immediate need, and he understood we were struggling with limited support, and proactively followed up. I honestly didnt see him as a sales person. He acted as a partner in care.
