Nice store in the Orlando Outlet mall.There are many show case window displays in the room has many different kind of watches and serieWe purchased a beautiful carrera, better price than on the islands or online and best of all we bought directly from TAG owned store.Extremely well managed store to the highest professionalism. Sales person was very polite and pleasant and they showed us many beautiful watches taking their time explaining and presenting everything to us.We look forward to coming back next year and purchase again

Bought an Aquaracer in May and I now have to send it off because it’s running fast after only a couple of months. Although covered by international warranty it will still cost me £35 to send off to be serviced or repaired. Always wondered if the Tags sold in the outlets were seconds and now I think they are. Wouldn’t buy another watch from them.

Went into the store on 3/6 with my girlfriend to look around. I’ve been wanting to get my first Swiss watch for a while and felt this was the place. I worked with a gentleman (Justus) who informed me there was a sale on a Formula 1 for a really good price. Justus answered every question I had even if he wasn’t there to make sure I was taken care of. Fast forward to today, went to go pick it up, he helped me get everything set up. And even gave me and my girlfriend a bottle of cold water. Couldn’t have asked for a better rep from Tag Heuer to help me out. Will definitely refer people to the store for sure!

Best watch store ever! They take the time to service all your needs, and are passionate about their watches. Bottle water while you wait for me and Whiskey for my husband is also a nice touch. Was helped first day around with Vikmer and she was very helpful trying to find the watch my husband was looking for. We then came back two days later and she wasnt there so we were helped by the Manager Michael. My husbands english is very bad being we are from Germany but Michael was so patient with him and knowledgeable and got him exactly the watch he wanted from picture at €1300 less and from beginning to end both times this was amazing service. Visited shop whilst on holiday in Late October 2018, was interested in a specific watch known as carrea Bull head, to be told that it was the only genuine watch of its type being sold world wide by Tag Heuer, sales assistant very into pressure sellingArrived back in uk to visit Tag Heuer in Bicester to find the store had 3 examples, 2 better priced

I went to buy a watch, the Portuguese speaking employee was rude, I was a fat man, on January 27th, I gave up and went to another TAG league, never come back.I went there to buy a watch, the employee who said in Portuguese was a rude fat person in the day of January 27, at night. I gave up and went to another TAG store. Im never coming back.
