If you like Michael Kors this is a true outlet location offering substantial discounts of retail price for very high quality handbags and ladies clothing. They also had quite a big selection of watches at very reasonable prices.

Today I went in to look at wallets. Of course you will find a purse that you just love too. A wonderful sales associate named Sarah saw me walking with a wallet and told me about a super promotion that they were running. This promotion allowed me to get that purse and wallet for under 220 dollars!!

This review is for Sarah. You’re an amazing saleswoman and very kind! But girl you were about to make us spend over $500 in this store. We had to make a run for it. We’re sorry 😂😂

I loved the lady who helped me get my purse I think her name was Caitlin. I remember her telling me she has a 2 year old child. She was very helpful. She help me with my green purse that I love so much. She held my daughters hand and walked around the store and helped me with her as I was trying to find a wallet to match my green purse. I love getting watches for gifts here. No additional fee to get links adjustment. Wide selection of merchandise from bags to accessories for both women and men. The employees are very nice and helpful. I always find someone that can answer my questions.

I hate to be one of these people to write a bad review but this one is one that I need to. I went to Michael Kors because at a different location there was a jacket that I loved and decided I was going to get it when I came down to Orlando for work. I work in events so I was wearing leggings and a tshirt and was done early so stopped by the outlet on the way to my hotel. I went into Michael Kors and no one gave me the discount paper. I walked around to find the jacket and not one person asked to help me. I was also looking for a new purse and no one would assist me then. They helped every single person next to me, but never spoke one word to me. I even walked around the store a few times to see if anyone would assist me but they would just look at me and walk away. Should not judge someone by what they wear. When I walked into Coach and Kate Spade, I did not have a problem being assisted.

Full price even tho its an outlet. When they have sales they really do drop the price of merchandise tremendously. Great products to display. Really nice staff as well

I have always been an assiduous customer at MK, but today I had a big disappointment. I went with my friend.I went to the store and bought a purse worth $ 228.00, and at the time of paying they wanted to charge me $ 268.00.I questioned the value, the clerk very stupid said it was correct, $ 268.00.I said it was not, and I went back to check and saw that the attendants were changing the price well at that time.gyTotally unethical.They charged me a higher value even had purse having the tag on the old value.Total disappointment and heavy servers.and I still have photos of the officials changing the prices last time

Crowded with customers. Clothing and shoes strewn around the store (by careless customers). We did find 2 pair of womens shoes in the right size and color and our sales associate went out of her way to make the shopping experience as good as it could be, despite the chaos.

I have purchased a Michael Kors bag, sandals, purse and a watch for my wife as a gift from this store and I have received a 5 star service and advice from Daniel (sales advisor). Unfortunately, when I came back home in UK my wife tried it on and the sandals where two size big so I called the customer service who advised to take them to the local store in London Westfield for exchange/ refund but the declined to help since I havent had the original box and therefor they couldnt verify the model which doesnt make any sense since I had the receipt and my bank card number as well as the model number was showing on it...also I also havent received it with box when I purchased it back in Orlando! I have received a very poor customer service from the supervisor called Matt who is based in Westfield London. He also couldnt help us resize the watch so paid 20£ to H. Samuel to resize the watch. When I got home I called JENNIFER (Manager at the Orlando Premium outlet) who was my last hope and she was actually super helpful and explained all possible options in a very professional and friendly manner and also found a store near my friends house in Boston Nashua who had the sandals in the right size and could do the exchange. I just need now to send them over to my friend so he can exchange it and sent it back to Uk....Its all little more complicated than it should be but Im glad that there people like JENNIFER that are willing to walk the extra mile and keep customer satisfaction at the frontend of their business. Thank you again Jennifer for your efforts. I will be surely coming back to buy from you ;)

The cashier billed me incorrectly. She did not even feel she did any mistake. Then there computer froze and did not even accept samsung pay.

They had cool selectuon, awesome promotions, 50% off on handbags/purses. The only reason why Ive given 4 stars instead of 5 is coz the return process is somewhat inconvenient and more in the stores favor instead of the customer.
