Associate was very helpful, went in looking for a specific color they did not have it in stock. But was directed to a location that would. Love a store that values service over sales. Will definitely be back, Hope to have the same helpful sales associate.

First time at this outlet mall. From where we parked Converse was one of the first stores we went into. Selection pretty small but did find a sweater on the discount rack for $19.98. Gilbert served us he was pretty friendly but easily distracted. Before he checked us out he said its pretty early if you dont want to buy this sweater right away go shop around which I found extremely odd why would you want us to give our money to your competitors instead of your store. Anyways we purchase the sweater it came to $21.29 I gave him a $50.30 and he gave me $0.01change. I corrected him and told him I gave him a $50 bill and he gave me back a $20 bill. I had to correct him again that he owed me another $10 .. come on Gilbert.

They had a great deal for 50 percent off for almost half the store, and my sister got some shirts she was looking for. There werent many workers but stuff was easy to find. It is a good store and u really recommend going to the outlet.

This store is well organized and clean. There is a lot of variety but sizes are am issue, not all the model has at lease on size each. Also the store is hard to find if you use GPS, the GPS got lost and sent you to a different location. So make sure to look for the store inside the shopping center....

Came in for sneakers for my wifes bday. I hate shopping!!! I was helped by Joel, there was someone there before me and two more families came in during. This man was attentive, acknowledged each guest, knowledgable about products, pricing and deals. Long story short great customer service, great attitude, i left happy and with a pair of sneakers for my wife, 2 shirts and even a pair of sneakers for my neice. He turned what i thought was gonna be a painful 50$ purchase into the best 100$ i have ever spent. Great job buddy, im an Executive Chef for 15 years, high standards for customer service anywhere i go and little patience for incompetance. You rocked!!! Employee of the month Converse???
