For an affordable unit of decent size this place is great. This location specifically is not climate controlled, and there are a lot of people going in and out, but I havent encountered any problem with that for the year + that I stored my things.It is unfortunate that times are rough and we have had to move all things we need closer to home, but I feel like it is more than necessary to acknowledge Kim, the manager before I go.If I ever needed to get a hold of her she was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Kim is very honest and straight forward when it comes to renting out units, and really made me feel comfortable with every choice I was making. I honestly may have chosen a different facility if it was not for her friendliness and sense of comfort.Even when it came to me having to move out, she was so understanding and helpful, I had to hop on and write this right away.Thank you Kim!! I hope whoever is above you can recognize how well you handle your facility and interactions with your customers.I would be more than happy to ever write you any letter of recommendation/ be a call of reference.

From the 1st call Nicolas was extremely warm and thoughtful he confirmed my reservation made sure I had options and then mr Frantz came in and showed the same level of care.. Amazing customer service

Went in to make a payment on my out of state storage unit. Kimberly took my payment, she was very helpful and friendly. If I need a storage unit in Orlando, I will definitely be going to this location.

Under new management and now one of the worst experiences I have had. New manager is rude and unhelpful, I had to call a different store manager to pay my bill. Moving my things immediately.

France and Kimberly Gave me excellent service took the time to show me different units and break down the prices very much appreciated.. I will recommend all my friends and family to come here and work with these two. I had a great experience, Tara was extremely helpful. She greeted me from the door politely and made sure that I was satisfied with the size of the unit. She also provided packing instruction in terms of how to take advantage of the height of the storage units. I loved my experience with extra storage.

I’ve never stored in my life, it was my first time and to be honest I was kind of nervous! (But to tell you the truth) I had such an amazing experience! The management team is great they made sure I got what I needed and all for a really good price. I kind of felt at home, I have to really give it to the managers they really know what they’re doing. Keep up the good work !!!!!!

Great customer service. A month ago I would’ve recommended this place to anyone. The employees are so prompt and good at their jobs. However I just emptied out the storage to fit everything into our new apartment and all of our things had been covered with rat droppings. And the rats were running around the storage unit. Wouldn’t have been a problem but they peed on our television since they chewed through the box and our sofa became their little home. Wouldn’t recommend anyone leave there things there until they get rid of their rat problem.
