Ive been trying to get in contact with boots for weeks and this isnt the first time either. Its frustrating because he is one of few if not the only mobile mechanic in orlando. But damn, guess he don’t want to make money.

I prefer to do my own work but I have no problem bringing my bikes here. The tech Bootz knows what hes doing. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS A+ SERVICE.

Terrible service, didnt answer text, never showed up after claiming he was. Wasnt courteous enough to let me know. just simply ignored. would never recommend this guy. awful.

Every bike i own is taken here. I wont go any where else. Fast reliable service and they stand behind their work. Best prices in the state. If your bike isnt safe and reliable you wont get it back until it is.Ive had my entire electrical redone in one bike, the motor replaced in another, and general maintenance on the rest. I refer everyone to them and everyone leave happy with a safe bike and a new friend

If I could give them zero stars I would. Called the guy the day before and he said come on by and I told him I would call him before I came just in case. Called multiple times throughout the morning and then showed up when I said I would. No one ever answered the phone and no one was in the office. Which looked like a closet filled with trash and parts all over the floor. Continued waiting and calling multiple times while I waited for about another half hour and no one showed up. Took my bike elsewhere to get it fixed and continued to try to call and never got an answer the entire day. It wouldn’t even allow me to leave a message.

Called and spoke to Bootz about working on two of my bikes, Coordinated with him to bring my bike to his shop. Showed up at his shop as arranged And waited three hours for him not to show up. Every time I call “I’m 15 minutes away.” Guess he has too much work, Not a reliable place to do business

I want to share with you. Im picky who works on my bike thats my only mode of transportation. I have had the fork seal done, oil change and tires replaced here and was very happy with the service. Good prices. Owner works with you. Thumbs up and thanks.I ride an 04 honda VTX1300C.But he work on all types.I say call him and you wont regret it.

Been seeing Bootz for all my bike work for nearly a year now. On my 3rd bike as Ive been trading up to what I truly wanted. He has helped make sure my bike has always left being in far better shape than when I came in. Great prices and excellent quality work! Will continue to bring my bike to Bootz in the future as well. Great people work here! They all have a specialty that has helped with the kinks in my some what unreliable cars!! Very honest group, if they havent worked on a particular vehicle or dont have the equipment to diagnose properly they will tell you up front! They dont waste Your time. Which is a godsend when you are female with mechanical issues!!! Would highly recommend if you need work or are stuck on the road they answer 24/7. As I have needed the tow and fix service at some pretty strange hours!
