The Owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and really took great care of my bike. I purchased originally at a different location that I won’t mention. This location took weeks for simple repairs, overcharged, and the bike almost felt worse after each visit. I went to the Orange Blossom location recently and for a fraction of the usual price, my bike had a valve adjustment, oil change, and some aesthetic issues fixed in 24 hours. The bike is running better than it did when it was brand new. I will continue to have all my work done at this location! Great service.

Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be not so pleasant on the second visit. However, the 1st visit was amazing I went in to provide a cash deposit on a bike of interest and expired tag with registration only to be told they could not use it when after Ive spoken to the tag office as when instructed that I could use it. I then was trying to have a conversation with the shop manager when a another customer walked in and then the attention was directed to the customer walking in with no comment to myself excuse me, one moment, hold on a minute Nothing! Next the shop manager then proceeded to assist the customer leaving me standing there like Im getting ready to put up deposit on a bike and retrieving a hose part is more important for the customer that came in after me. I then left the store called the tag office again explained in full detail of what was transpiring and they said that the location should be able to transfer an expired tag with the registration providing the title is still in the owners name. I was told it could not be done customer service was none to be desired after an hour drive to get to that location for 5 minutes had to turn around go home. I then went to another store provided my name and number for the owner to contact me, 3 days later no phone call. I followed up with the store to find out the message was provided the owner & talk to the shop manager at the Orange blossom trail location and yet no call from the owner of the company. Thats OK No thank you. Illbe bringing my business elsewhere .

This is a good place to buy cheap affordable scooters. I got a 300cc bike from them, and it has been running great for nearly three years now. It did have some problems at first, like I had to get the fuel pump fixed. But I honestly dont understand why others seem to have a problem with this place. I take my scooter to this place many times for repairs as well as replacing tires and they do just fine! The only reason i took off a star is that sometimes the guy doesnt call you back when he says he will, so you will need to call him back to check and make sure things are okay. Otherwise, it is a great place to buy a scooter.

I find it funny that JJ Rupp posted to his benefit on his own company, seeing as how all the real reviews are one star. I paid around $4,000 for a scooter there. It couldnt go a single day without breaking down. They cant fix anything. I finally contacted Genuine scooters who made them give me a different Genuine scooter of my choosing. I got a completely different Genuine. Worked great a couple months, now it is constantly in the shop and constantly costing me money. My sister has had a Genuine scooter for years in another state with no problem. She goes all winter without riding it and it starts right up. These guys always want to blame the customer and claim I need to ride it every single day or else I should expect it to break down. I cant tell you how many times this has broken down....probably about 15-20 in the year Ive had it. Im tired of getting stranded with such an expensive bike. Please dont buy from this dealer, or take anything to be fixed there. There have been more problems than I care to list. But I agree with the other reviews, they send a bike out to ride with flat tires, missing parts, parts not connected correctly.

I buy a scooter there a couple of months ago and already broke the driving belt when i call the place the person on charge told me the belt was 40 dollar and installed 40 dollars more and he told me they can pick the scooter at my house 60 dollars more right, he told me i call u back so me i can give him the adress to pick up the scooter and i am still waiting for that phone call.worst place ever to buy a scooter i dont recommend anybody to this place, they sell u the scooter yea good ooo look nice, but how a brand new motorcicle can broke a belt so fast ? Cheap stuff and when was open inside the variatior the weight war in terrible conditions the i have to buy new roller weight😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ok read it, I saw the review before I took my Tao Tao over there and a lot people say bad things and I just give them I chance,but I was so wrong dont go over there the old man started to guess what my bike have and I have enough and I have to go back to pick it up the same day, so he charge me 50$ for doing nothing and telling me he have to change the carburetor but he wasnt sure that was the problem, save your money and time and dont go over there believe me!!!!!! Dont go, dont goooo
