The sales folks were super nice and helpful. They welcomed me to the Tumi family, a little cult like, but I liked it. I was happy with the experience.

This is the only store I could find requiring a mask in the entire outlet complex on 6-27-21. This is ridiculous with no scientific evidence and does not follow the current CDC guidelines. MY OPINION IS NOT TO SHOP HERE

Top-quality luggage products in a small but inviting store in an Orlando outlet mall. Friendly service. Very clean store with space to walk around.A few of the retail/MSRP tickets might be a wee bit suspect, but no matter what you are still acquiring amazing luggage with expert product design. Easily recommended.

Great toiletry bag. I needed one that would store 2 weeks of items and it did the trick.

As always ... a beautiful store like the TUMI brand has us accustomed to those of us who are customers of the quality of said company ...Very good promotional products and excellent relation between prices and quality ...I only take one point away because the following happened to us: a Hindu salesman was attending a woman who made him take out all kinds of purses and bags, as if he was going to buy everything ...this Hindu lord did not even greet us, he only responded to my greeting when he entered but almost out of obligation ...While we were looking at suitcases, bags and backpacks a bilingual seller approached, we interpreted that it was a Latin seller ...This seller at all times was attentive, friendly and very cordial to us ...Ultimately, we ended up buying products and the Indian salesman who had attended the woman had to put away dozens of things since the woman left without buying anything ...Moral: not all that glitters is gold ...
