Went there tonight. The place is nice! Obviously there are some issues that become apparent when you get there, but the lady working there tonight was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO rude. It was ridiculous. If not for the bad traffic I would have left and went somewhere else. If you don’t want to work somewhere then get another job. I would give this place 5 stars if not for the terrible service. Shaking her head, snide comments, no personality. I could go on and on, but needless to say I won’t go back.

I had days trying to find Casamigos Anejo, I went to various places, even the most famous stores, I stopped at this store and not only have Casamigos anejo, but also tequilas that I had never seen before, with a variety of mixers and sizes, definitely do you want to find something specific? I recommend this place, it has everything !!!!

I was looking for Crown whiskey salted caramel everywhere. I know it was seasonal and I had very little chances to find it. I called so many liquor stores in Orlando and it was sold out everywhere. But Grand liquor had 2 bottles left. I was so happy to find it ! Thank you and thank you again!

I am a lover of José Cuervos margaritas, I had time looking for a specific flavor, I looked for about 6 stores near where I was and none had my favorite flavor !!! Only when I got here, they not only had the one I was looking for but also had other flavors that I had not seen before !! Its just great how many options they have in all the liquors! I highly recommend it👌👌

I was in this liquor store for Thanksgiving day and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw my favorite rum Cachaca, which I drank in Brazil couple years ago. I was very happy then!!!) They have big selection of alcohol, especially the rum section! recommend!

Good news they have six different locations and all the locations close later than eleven pm. So usually when we’re having parties they are the only ones to help us out! Hahahaha no need go say nothing more

Horrible place. The cashier woman even worse. On top of the horrible experience i had buying a bottle she didnt even have change.

Im rating for craft beer selection. The prices were higher than normal, Blue Moon for example was $12.99 for a 6 pack, as opposed to $7-8.99 average price.Easy to walk to from lots of nearby hotels. Nice enough staff.However, craft beer selection limited. Seems like all the usual liquor brands can easily be found, as well as AB InBev/Miller Coors brands, but they had less than 10 kinds of local beers.

Good that they have either male and female people working on their staff so I feel more comfortable. Also very helpful everytime I needed! Honestly, the store is not as popular as walmart for example but it has basicaly the same and even more and the good thing is the service is fast and you don’t have to face long lines.

My go to home place! I work close by and I leave work around 12:20am and, believe me, they are open. Only place I can by make stuff late night. They do not close on Christmas neither New Years so its definitely a place that wont leave you with alone !!!

Came here three days ago and got great service. Came tonight and got denied because I “look too young” when I literally have 14 tattoos and 10 piercings and a real scannable id that I verified my birthday with. Never before has this happened to me. The lady working was a teenage looking hispanic girl.

Place looks really nice and clean. Prices are what you expect near a resort. My biggest concern was the foreign chick that wouldnt leave me alone to make sure I wasnt stealing anything even after I paid for drinks and told her I was just waiting for my Lyft. I dont think it was discrimination but I still felt uncomfortable

Last weekend I accidentally went to this liquor store. Except alcohol there you can find very funny souvenirs. So if you need some glasses, bottle opener, ashtray, magnets you can buy them here.

I’ve been to Plaza Liquor and now Grand Liquor. It’s the same management. It means that every corner they have a liquor store. Then I turn into a alcoholic! Lol never been so easy to buy liquor to my parties!

Two days ago I visited my friends from Orlando, and around 11pm I was looking for a open liquor store, and I was very happy to find this store open and more I found my favorite cognac Remy Martin VSOP. Thank you guys for working so late ( by the way the store is open until 1.00am every day). Was my pleasure to shop here, because is a very nice, clean si super organized and more the cashier - Tais was very nice and helfull 🤗 see you next time.

Its great place for shopping liquors. Moreover, they have a large choice of traditional beer as well as a Fruit/Vegetable Beer. One that I like most of all is Orange Blossom. They always have it. Store is tidy, full of space and make a good impression.

Very good liquor store. I have been visiting this location recently and I was impressed by large pre-mixed selection of margaritas. If you dont have time or you are as lazy as I am to mix your drink yourself, come to see that place.

Store has attracted my attention by its new and modern style and furniture. Also they have a great variety of all kind of beverage. I like IPA and found there some items which Ive never tried before. Love to be there.

Ive come to this store accidentally and was looking for beer for my colleagues. This store is absolutely new and has a great structure inside! I was impressed by selection of liquors and beer there. I found all stuff that I needed.

Had the chance to visit this liquor store during my vacation in Orlando and I like it). Nice customer service, cashiers are ready always to help you.I liked that they have a nice variety from where you can choose what you need for every event, also you can find rare bourbons and whiskey like Blantons, Eagle rare, EH Taylor etc. Definitely I will visit this store again.

A great one stop shop! Friendly staff, great selection of spirits and all the fixings to include limes and/or lime juice.

Disappointed with the customer service. I bought black box wine and opened it the next day to find chucks at bottom of the wine. I presented it to an employee and he was very incompetent and unable to assist us in an exchange and refused to call a manager to assist him and made me come back the next day saying the manager will be able to exchange the wine. Now that I’m back I’m getting no where and wasted $30 on wine that I couldn’t drink. No sorry’s for the inconvenience. Very frustrating. Do not recommend the wine.
