My experience in the Fossil store of Florida Mall was AMAZING, all thanks to one person... JAN! Jan helped me with my anniversary gift for my wife and I am thankful for his help and kindness! He engraved a watch for me and my wife loved it! Jan deserves some recognition and fat RAISE!! I will be coming back and spending more money at this store soley because of Jan!

I am really glad that I made a virtual order for the Gen 6 watch with Giovanni. He went above and beyond to correct a technical glitch in the order by contacting another Fossil location in Virginia near me so I can get my watch sooner. The store manager, Jessica at Tysons VA went out of her way as well to make sure I get the watch promptly. What excellent customer care and service Fossil provides through their employees! Thank you guys!!

This store is cute. Its smaller than some of the other Fossils but it is in the mall so I can understand. The ladies working today (Monday afternoon) were nice. I went in looking for a replacement pair of sunglasses and the selection was small but its more of a watch and bag place so no complaints. They luckily had an extra pair of the glasses I wanted so I didnt have to buy the display one. Thanks for your help ladies!

This store is an hour drive away, but we never hesitate to stop here. Gio is a store manager who is always willing to take care of us and we don’t take his services for granted. Highly recommend this location!

GIOVANNI IS MY NEW BEST FRIEND!!! Yall just dont know...I was ready to marry this man!So let me tell you a story: I was in the Mall of Louisiana in August and saw a watch in the Fossil store that literally called my name. But the watch wouldnt go over my hand. I asked the clerk if there was anyway to add links...he said no. So I left...disappointed. I got back to NYC went to the Fossil store because I really wanted this watch...same result. So here I am at The Florida Mall just showing my bestie the watch that I have resigned myself just isnt meant to be when GIOVANNI says there is a fix for that and begins to walk me through the process to get links added to the watch. SIR...ARE YOU TELLING ME I CAN GET MY WATCH CUZ I WILL MARRY YOU RIGHT NOW! Needless to say, Giovanni got the sale and I am so happy that his manager walked in just as we were finishing up so I could tell her as well. On a scale of 1-10 Gios customer service was 100!!!Shame on Louisiana and NYC!Now, unfortunately, we wont be getting married because Gio already has a bride...but he has a customer for life in me. See you for Christmas, Gio!

Very nice prices basically you can walk away with 2 watches for $100. Most of the other merchandise is 60% off and Smart Watches for $99.Lynette took very nice care of us, showed us items and answered questions. We had such nice experience shopping thanks to her.

Had an extraordinary experience at the Fossil store in the Florida Mall today. The staff was provided excellent customer-centric service and were very attentive. They were patient, kind and provided options to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I want to give this place 5 Stars but their selection of watches wasnt as various and numerous as I had hoped. However, the staff were friendly and I did select a watch that I liked (even had free engraving done) from the selection they had. Its a small unit within the mall, so not a lot of movement space once you get like 6 people in there (more of note with the current pandemic issues). I would definitely recommend trying there if shopping for a watch, just know you wont be overwhelmed with options.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save yourself money and time and dont purchase anything from this store. Was not told that I wouldnt be able to return the smartwatch I purchased, and it also doesnt state anything about it on their website either. If I had known about that ahead of time I definitely would not have purchased anything from here.. The gentlemen I spoke to was extremely rude and literally could not have cared less but of course was very friendly when I was in the store looking to actually buy something.if every other store can accept returns during this time, why cant you? I am now scammed out of $200.

Excellent experience tonight. Id received a Carlyle Gen5 Smartwatch as a gift, but after opening it, discovered some light scratches on the face. Called in to the store to see if maybe there was another protective layer that had been scratched (there wasnt), and the rep on the phone proactively offered to replace it despite it originally being an online order, and made sure to inform me to not try to do so at an Outlet location, as they would NOT be able to.When I arrived, I was first greeted by another rep, but once the one I spoke to on the phone realized who I was, he quickly jumped in and took ownership of the situation. He was very understanding of my issue, and the whole process was quick and painless.Given this is my first Fossil product, this was definitely an excellent first impression of their business, especially in regards to their level of customer service.

Went here on Valentines day, to grab a watch that I had ordered for my girlfriend. To my dismay the watch was not in stock and I did not receive that notification before arriving at the store. The customer service rep was immediately on task with how he could help fix the situation. He ended up finding me a very similar watch with the same specs as the one I had ordered, had it boxed for me and matched the same price as the original watch within about 20 minutes. All the while being quite friendly and engaging. I will be back for sure and thanks for making my valentines day THAT much smoother!

I bought a smart watch for my wife. Unfortunately it wasn’t fully compatible with iPhone no all features were available which I was not told about. 10 days after I went back to return it. The salesperson told me I couldn’t return it and walked away. It still in its original condition and it hasn’t been wear at all. Don’t spend your money here, poor customer service.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!my boyfriend and I both got watches from here and was well serviced and informed by the staff on how to use the watch and when we had issues they were able to fix our problems within minutes of walking in! They were also able to help with the technical support of our watches better then the actual fossil customer support call center. If you ever have any questions there staff is super helpful and knowledgable about it. Would 10/10 recommend this store for any questions and shopping experience!

Nice selection of watches. The staff though are very helpful. Gave us a nice product demo on one of their hybrid models and were friendly and detailed throughout. We didnt end up buying anything but they still maintained their excellent service as we left the store.

Had a terrible experience ordering from Fossil. Ordered a purse; it was defective. Sent to their warranty center, and I had to pay for shipping. They credited me the cost of the purse (w/o) shipping. The purse went up in price afterward, and they wouldnt replace. So lame. Now Im out more money than I was in the first place.

Great staff, sized my watch quickly. The only complaint watch was a gift and had been sized at purchased but we were not given the extra links. Products are awesome.

They had the wallet just right for me. Walked in and Bam, there it was. Great price for great quality.

Order my watch online and couldnt get it to work, went to the store the woman who helped me was wonderful she figured out what it was and I left with a new watch that worked. Will definitely be going to this store for future purchases.

Pretty store but they hound you the second you walk in. I touched a bag to look at it and the store associate quickly rushed to me and completed the pass of the bag from the rack to my hand as if I couldnt handle it myself. Personally, I hate that but Im sure others will love it!
