Its a shame the people this store hires! Ive been coming here for years and Ive been helped by lovey employee, but its gone down from the last time Ive been there. The guy with the pink hair and black nail polish doesnt do anything but goof around on his phone. Ive been there twice and the two girls there were the only ones that greet me but they had customers. Its a shame because Ive always work with Roz and she was never on her phone and if she was she would leave it alone and at least greet me or other customers. This guy didnt say anything to me and when I walked over to ask him something he quickly ran to the back as if he was avoiding me. Later on that day I sent my son to come in the store and ask the question, I wanted to return an online order and he told my son he couldnt do anything about it because it was an online sale. Ive had Roz help me many times with exchanges and returns and I know as long as I had my online receipt I could return or at least exchange. My son said he was very rude and didnt look at him tried to pass him alone to the young lady but she had a customer. And he said lets switch. Very rude! Wont be coming in if hes in there.

First time at this store and it will not be my last... Amazing customer service! Ray was wonderful! They were sold out of the shoe size I needed but that did not stop Ray. He went above and beyond to locate the shoes and I will have them in 2 days. Even if he wouldnt have found the shoes I would have bought another pair because he was great to work with!

Five star service from Ray and his staff. Could not find my favorite pair of ECCO dress shoes until I got help from Ray and his team. They found me three pairs and had them shipped right away! Excellent customer all the way.

What a terrific shoe store! The merchandise is outstanding, the sales staff is even better. Ray, the manager, and all the salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. They really want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Go to Ecco at the Mall at Millenia, you will not be disappointed.

There just isnt enough kind words I can say about the store manager Ray and my experience shopping there. Every time I go there I ask for him because he knows more about shoes than anyone else Ive ever met.He wants you to leave happy with your shoes, and will bend over backwards to help you find a pair that will fit you just right. On top of this, hes the nicest and kindest salesman Ive ever met, has a wonderful sense of humor (he will have you laughing the whole time youre trying on shoes) and gives you zero pressure to buy.I will spend more (in fact, I bought the most expensive boots of my life there yesterday) at this store just to support the fabulous staff who work there. If you go, ask for Ray. Hes been in the shoe business over a decade and knows his stuff. Its well worth the drive and price - no matter how far away you are.
