I can’t say enough about this company. Took our truckmount to get serviced by them and they went above beyond to really do the make sure it left there looking and working the best. They offer from complete product line, to a variety of services from repairs to protective services such as professional spray in liners. They know the industry and there tech I would say is the best in the industry around here.

I’m giving this company a 5 star rating, but I wish I could add 5 more stars.I toke my truck mount unit to another company to fix a problem with a fuse that kept blowing and shutting down my pressure pump. They couldn’t find the problem after having my machine for 3 hours. They told me I needed to get a new machine.I was at my wits end and got on line and found Supply Service Group and called, Talk to Jeff and he said bring it over, we’ll find it. When I drove over it took them a whopping 10 minutes to find the problem and I got back to work. We have a 2008 Yamaha gas golf cart and were told it could not be repaired. by more than one local golf cart company. We ended up buying a new golf cart. I was not happy with being told it was beyond repair this did not make sense to us. We located Supply Service Group, LLC and they had agreed to look into the problem. Well I am writing today to inform anyone who wants to be treated with honest individuals that Supply Service Group has now doubled my golf cart inventory. I only wish I found them before I spent thousands on a new cart.

My husband and I own a carpet cleaning company and we have regular maintenance and repairs with our hydramaster truckmounted machine. We took our equipment to Supply Service Group for the first time this past week for regular maintenance and some repairs, ac issue, a heat issue and suction repair. We were blown away by the fantastic repair service that Luis provided and great customer service from Jeff. For the first time, we feel like we have found a trustworthy truckmount mechanic that does honest, quality work at a great price. Luis took extra measures to ensure that our equipment was cleaned and repaired properly. We have never had a company be so detail oriented in their work! The ac is blowing cold air, the heat issue is fixed, as well as the suction, and the maintenance was all completed and everything was left clean in better condition than we left it! Luis took the time to show us exactly what was done so that we knew the detailed work that was completed and we weren’t left wondering if the work was done or not like we have with other mechanics. We have been to 2 other carpet truckmount service shops in Orlando FL several other times and we have always been disappointed in the service and repairs at the other shops-they always take way too long, they aren’t thorough, they don’t take the time to explain what was done, and they have dishonest pricing for little work that is done. We actually paid one of these companies last time to fix our heat issue and the issue wasn’t fixed-Supply Service Group said that the last company used the wrong part and they actually fixed this heat issue this week, which we are thrilled about!! It’s so nice to pay for work to be done, and it’s actually done correctly for once!! Thank you Supply Service Group! We will be a loyal customer anytime we need service, and we plan on expanding so you will have our loyal business for years to come!
