I will continue to purchase from Prime, the staff was amazing, very diligent with customer service and getting our products to us.

I placed and order for an item. I was waiting and waiting. It never arrived because it never shipped. I called and the young woman was very polite but found out the item I ordered was not in stock. She stepped in and placed an order for a different item which I agreed to. On 5/20 was told I would have it in 2-3 days. Today is 5/29 and not expected till 6/1 per UPS. IF it arrives, will have been 18 days. This is ridiculous. NEVER again.

We have been buying products from here for 2 years. Ramses has the best products is very helpful with knowledge and how to use the products and just helps out any way he can. Great place for chemicals and equipment!

Since this disgusting and dispicable woman named Kathleen at the front desk cant listen to constructive criticism on her deceptive practices I AM POSTING TO CAUTION ALL CLEANING COMPANIES. She contacted me as if she was a regular client for an estimate of 2 small offices...via text only which honestly seemed suspicious bc I advertise on CL so I did not follow up or confirm the day prior as I usually would. Also never heard from the client which is a good indication its a spam bot. The client called me at our estimate time rudely asking why I wasnt already at the location and that she would be kind enough to give me another opportunity. I arrived in 45min, 30min drive. First time I ever heard her voice. When I arrived she began to immediately talk about their cleaning supplies that I would receive at a discount for working for them...turns out it was THE SAME COMPANY whose LOW BALL OFFERS I already rejected. Unlike most cleaning companies, including this shameful one, I pay my workers wages they can support their family off... therefore cannot afford subcontracted jobs from money hungry companies like these who only know how to market and take advantage of the little guy with no real skill behind their name. I have marketed for my own business 5yrs, been in sales 15yrs and cleaned professionally for 10. When I tried to decline and offer her a BETTER METHOD for marketing that would help her get the cleaning companies interested in this type of work (bc they exist) the arrogant ignorant little girl said you are an hr late for our (fake) appointment...if its not for you leave mind you....I already told them it wasnt for me THE FIRST 3 TIMES they text and called me but they decided they should then pretend to be a client to make me drive 30min for a fake estimate. No apology even lol WOW....disgusting and dispicable company. Then when tried to explain how she failed as a business woman by being deceptive, she threatened to call the cops so I waited...no cops were called bc THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! She just sent me a text 15min later saying Ive been banned (lie) and if I post this she will take action against me....basically threatening me so now Ill be including screenshots of the conversation as well haha :-) Please resist companies such as these and stand up too their bullying and manipulating tactics!!!
