This company is not interested in any new business contacts. We have reached out to have them come set up a new propane service they said that can’t do that until we fill out paperwork which they have said that they will email. 3 request later and a phone call they have not even sent the paperwork. Poor customer service where they have potential new customers having to beg for an email to get service.

Excellent service in Saint Cloud. Quick email replies, they managed all aspect of tank installation including permits. 2 yrs later - STILL next-day service and excellent communication. Very pleased with Ferrell.

Always courteous and make me feel like my business is appreciated. Most awesome customer service. The drivers are always very polite and respectful.

Why do I always seem to go through something with them putting gas in my tanks my tanks are owned outright I find out that I been paying a rental fee on one gas tank then what is the point of asking percentage in tank and explaining how you are going to fill tanks if my bill and receipt are always incorrect I always try and have faith that things will be better but Nah now I have to call and get in writing what is said to me cause it always changes and I get billed Crazy......

Ferrell set a tank and ran a line for me. One of the best contracting experiences ever. WORTH the $49 estimate fee.

We recently bought a large home with propane-supplied ovens and a commercial grade stove. The gas company who had supplied this home was rude on the phone, assuming we would be obliged to continue propane service with them (... maybe because their name is on most of the expensive small propane tanks at CVS and Publix?). I calmly told her to come remove their tank. She offered an appointment at that point, with a slightly less-haughty tone, but I told her that I would not use their company BECAUSE she was rude.I called Ferrell gas and had a COMPLETELY wonderful exchange with the receptionist. She wasn’t sugar sweet— just kind, direct, and understood my request easily enough. She explained the steps to establish service by Ferrell Gas and set the appointment for the site check. Christopher and his associate arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, learning our needs and preferences for the propane use, and said they understood how urgent our needs for installation were, given that we cannot cook and bake until the propane is installed. The FerrellGas site check representatives, like the receptionist on the phone, were professional and kind. Hopefully, FerrellGas will be able to install the tank soon and have us up and running.

Dont go during lunch. They will not pump residential customer propane. I went elsewhere.

I changed from Amerigas to Ferrell gas because Amerigas was charging too much money for their gas. Ferrell gas gave me a proposal for installing their system which said that it would take 3 hours and x amout of supplies. They completed the work within one hour and I was told by a company employee that I would be getting the difference refunded to me. A month later I still did not hear anything and so I called and was told by one employee that the technicians were there for 3 hours and then another person said they were there for two hours according to the technicians gps notes. Ferrell gas said that they gave me a discount on the installation in the first place so I wont be getting a refund. Very poor management, credibility and honesty.
