A great addition to the Lee Vista area. Lots of natural and local items available here. Salad and juice bar, fresh meat, seafood, amongst more this place offers. Establishment is new so the place is very clean and organized. Prices are competitive on some things and higher on others compared to competitors but that is pretty common for natural food stores. Will return!
I was very excited when Earth Fare opened near my home. When they first opened everything was fresh. The meat department sold beautiful cuts of meats and the fish was the was fresh and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, quality has been going downhill. On my last visit to the meat department, the meats looked old and brown. I was completely turned off and ended up going to Publix to purchase the cuts of meat I needed. The hot food was completely dried out and looked like it had been sitting there for days. The staff is also less than courteous. They always seem upset and like they truly don’t care. It’s a real shame that the quality is going down. I really would like to see this store succeed since they do carry items I purchase and not able to find in other local stores. I hope management takes a real hard look at the quality and staff issues and make the necessary changes to improve this store.
I’ve called and written to the store before and they said if I called a head of time for bread or baked goods they would bake something as simple as their bread. The store doesn’t close for another 5 hours and they have let me down again and won’t even bake the bread. You have to go there to find something and don’t expect to ever get it again. It’s also never very busy so they won’t last long and maybe a Trader Joe’s or a Fresh Market will take its place.
Hours are late til 11pm. Fruit prices are reasonable for such a place. Fresh bread is made daily and very delicious. Lots of herbal medicine, body, hair and skin products. Earth Fare brand items are top of the line and better priced compared to name brands.
I love seeing more retailers of organic and healthy groceries opening up in this area. Whole Foods in Orlando are still far away trips from St Cloud. However, this Earth Fare location consistently has issues with keeping fresh produce in stock. The produce selection is often lacking in quality. Also, recently I purchased sliced cheese that was over six months old!QA and consistently is my main concern for this retailer.
Fresh quality meats, cheese, and produce! Bulk dry goods. Olive bar; amazing salad bar. JUICE bar! Great wine selection. Their prepared foods are excellent and not too pricey. You’ll find what you’re looking for, no matter what health journey you are on. This store is well laid out. You’ll love it.
This is hands down the best location in all of lake Nona to buy your meats the beef quality is great the service from the butchers there is amazing, and the prices are even better than Sams club which is down the street. If you are in the area or even in winter park this is better than anything you have there because I’ve tried sprouts and they’re horrible in their meats dept.and they never have anything in stock that’s in their weekly ads plus the butchers are incompetent.
Great salad bar, juice/smoothie bar, nice cooked food/pizza. Prices are high for some items but reasonable for others. First time buying their Earth Fare brand whole milk and cream cheese and they were out of stock. Earth Fare brand items that are cheaper tend to run out quickly. Please improve stock for your items. My rating would have been higher if supply was better..
This is one of my favorites. We used to go to Whole foods. But Earth fare is way better. They have organic stuff without antibiotics. Meat is grass-fed without hormones and antibiotics. There is small foodbar similar to Whole foods with high quality food.
This was my first time bidding visiting this store since it opened a few months ago.I needed a few supplements and herbal ingredients, so I thought Id give this store a shot. I did find what I was looking for and then some. I also found items that I usually purchase on Amazon as well. It was very clean and it wasnt crowded. Customer service was good and the cashier was nice and friendly.I will be visiting this store in the near future.
They have a wide variety of fresh produce and other healthy food items. The salad bar is really great with a wide assortment of dishes. Its a great place to shop for health conscious consumers. The prices are not that competitive compared to other grocery stores in the area.
I hope that the Lake Nona Community continue to support this Business establishment. I agree that produce, deli, & prices could improve - I hope management is listening. I want to see our community’s Organic store succeed & “a little bit” of business from all of us will definitely help them keep their doors open.
Good place with fresh food and good ingredients. Its like whole foods but better, price is fair enough.Bought some beef and the butcher was very nice and when paying the cashier was also nice. He offered me a membership card that gave me some discount. I will definitely return.
Really nice store. Love the deals/sales. Love the variety of honeys. Friendly employees. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of 5 stars is because the price for the same vitamins I get elsewhere was alot more expensive there. Otherwise, a five star establishment.
The over all shopping experience was good. A little disappointed with the size (lack there of) of the produce section. And some things are significantly more expensive than the same exact product as other grocers. But they have a fresh press juice bar and hot meals which is nice to have that option.
Very nice facility with lots of different samples of all sorts. Friendly and helpful staff that is willing to help. Parking lot is a bit tight and there is not much room to move around inside of the store also.
My new favorite grocery store with a great selection of healthy food. The seafood selection is one of the best in this area and the prices are reasonable all around. Theres also a juice bar and ready to eat food bar. Join the rewards program and start earning points when you bring your own shopping bag.
Great service! Fayda was very polite and professional. She makes the best juices!! :DI totally recommend I had a great experience thanks to Fayda!!
Not surprised that they are out of business. Gauging prices, horrible service. Wont miss them.
Hot bar & salad bar are left out for hours as is dried out pizza. Prices are very expensive although they do have some good products. I have tried every cut of beef and each one was nasty, super tough. Will NEVER buy beef there again. 5 separate employees said they were cutting hours for everybody. Are they losing money?
I love Earth Fare and have since day 1 however, today, they far surpassed my expectations and went above and beyond!! My coupon wasnt working for one reason or another, no big deal really, but Jade stepped in and was incredible! Her customer service is fantastic!! I will be a loyal customer from here out for sure!! Thank you Jade!!
It had good water, but its kinda sad to see it go
How in Gods name anyone rated this less than 5 stars is well beyond me. They serve real food, no growth Hormones, dyes, high fructose corn syrup, and lots of it is organic.Their Philosophy is basically eating healthy shouldnt mean expensive, so not only do they serve real food, but unlike whole foods it is not expensive.Everything I have had from there so far has been delicious from the cheeses, to the soups, the rotisserie chicken, even the Sushi was absolutely amazing. Definitely get their Discount card, it is a great way to get some pretty obvious discounts. This is my new favorite place to go shopping, whether Im picking up something to eat thats already pre-made or if Im looking to make dinner such as real Kobe beef or fresh Seafood, and straight from the farm vegetables. You must try this place out I highly recommend it.
Not worth it. Expensive prices and awful food presentation. Ended up driving to another location and got our fresh products with better prices. Sad. We really needed a place to get fresh food at Lake Nona. Looks like we are going to keep driving till we get a Whole Foods or Luckys Market🥴
A top class store! Always well organized and employees seem to bee eager to help the customer if need arises! Highly recommend this store!
Earth Fare is great! Its like a hybrid of Luckys and Fresh Market! Great selection and everything is priced within reason. I Highly recommend.
Never has service staff at bakery thru fresh food areas. Or if there’s only one person available for all three areas...poorest customer service I have ever seen...go to publix and they carry organic food with great service staff!!
Soo sad!! Could be a fantastic neighborhood fresh food grocery.Ive shopped there numerous times, when they opened, the deli selection was fresh etc etc.I have been in the last 3 days to look at deli variety.....looks like the same deli selection and warm selections have been out for hours.Employees seem unhappy. Sad.Maybe with time they will improve.
Google maps has the directions wrong. It is right by high school. For the store itself its small and just like Whole Foods and Luckys. Its good to have this type of store in the area. I only stopped because I was in the neighborhood but its not some thing I would go out of my way to visit.
Opening day experience was very crowded and exciting with many samples and the full selection of items for sale. The isles were very close together and the crowdedness made it more evident. Its exciting to have one place with healthier options but specific items that are on sale are known to be cheaper elsewhere. The place looks nice and new but if they they want to compete they will have to have better deals. I dont expect this to become our main source of grocery shopping unless the deals get better. I do recommend anyone to see for themselves.
Earth Fare is more about superb quality food, rather than price or deals. If you are looking for deals, although Earth Fare has many to offer, but it may not be your store - nearby Walmart or Publix might be your better option. But I wouldnt mind paying a 5-10% more for getting the best quality food and knowing the food source.I was there for the opening yesterday, and I loved what I saw; esp. enthralled by their meat and fish counters - fantastic! In a way, it seemed one notch up compared to Whole Foods. Thats great for me because I dont have to drive all the way to Winter Park or Dr. Philips every time I want to buy great quality meat or fish. I also loved their milk products, bread counter etc.I wish they could space out the aisles a little bit, it looked a little congested yesterday but that could be because of 500+ people in the store at 7 am! Although that wont stop me from going there. Plus, its right next to where we live, cant ask more in terms of convenience.Overall, a great store - better than Whole Foods in terms of price, selections, deals. options and quality. We so needed one, here in Lake Nona!
This food hot bar needs to improve by 125 percent. Awful chicken raw vegetables uncooked cold sprouts raw beef...Earthtfare Get you act together with the hot bar. But I say one things produce and restOf retails. Organic its Great...
Friendly and helpful staff. Great sale prices. Regular prices are a bit steep but I will continue to shop there for items I can be sure I will find here and not many other places.
Clean conveniently located, friendly staff and fully stocked with all you can require.
I loved this place when they first opened because they had Poland Springs water, but they stoped stocking it last summer. They pretty much have all the same stuff as Publix but with much fewer workers to help you (good luck at the empty deli counter). Wish we had trader joes instead.
Not sure what has happened in the last month but the store is horrible. Everything I went to get was out of stock. Who is running this place? Sad.
Beautiful, new, clean store with great selection. Especially love the produce, cheese, and seafood department. Some products are very overpriced compared to other stores but I think you kind of expect that in shopping here.
Very nice and clean place to shop. However my rating for them has went for 5 stars to 3 stars and now 2 stars because of service. I can’t tell you how many times I asked for something or asked for help and was told no or the employee had no idea what I was asking. There are not many friendly employees anymore and they are not very knowledgeable about there products or specials. We had a birthday party and needed a cake they were the only place open the cake we wanted was in the window but they told us they weren’t able to sell it, because the bakery is close. They had a great sale on seafood and meat waited in line for 10 minutes and was told they were to busy to get more product from the back. I asked if I could tell them what I wanted and come back later. They wouldn’t even take my request. Very upsetting that they don’t want sales.
Months after my initial review, the business is failing and closing all of its Orlando stores. Maybe they should have started listening to thier customers and hiring staff that actually do thier jobs. So obvious it was coming to this. This grocery store has consistently disappointed me time and time again to the point where I have to say something. They are always out of items...every time, out of king salmon, and celery. Im told that theres no more once its gone. The prices are actually expensive, like worse than whole foods. The place is consistently understaffed, and it is not unusual for there to be a huge line with only one cashier working. They do this to save on money Im guessing with payroll?I am saying these things so that maybe management will make some changes to improve the shopping experience. It could have so much promise if done right, but so far Ive actually been so frustrated I put back my items and simply left the store.
Excellent grocery store. Super great quality and in a clean and nice environment. The grocery manager, Mara, was especially helpful.
Since this store has been open my husband and I have been and still do come here after work for a quick bite. On 7/23 Tuesday around 6ish, we got some hot plates here and as we were eating we noticed that the food had been cooked with stickers and went to Inform a MOD of the situation. They were nice enough to give the refund back and told us that they will send a GC in the email for inconvenience ( still NO gift card) and also told us to get some food if we wanted and we got some wings. The employees we encounter some of them are friendly and some are quiet. As for the food that’s cooked, if the heat lamps weren’t so hot it would be good besides that the food is always dry all the time and it seems like they don’t care If it sits there. Hopefully something will change
So far so good! So many selections to choose from. I love to eat healthy and this store so far has what I need.
We have tried this Earthfare several times and today was our last. Absolutely the worst managed business Ive been to in a while. The staff is clueless, even for the simplest of questions. Its lunch hour on $5 chicken Monday and there are no chickens for sale at 12:45pm. Stood at the sandwich making area for 3 solid minutes with three people behind the counter and nobody even acknowledges me. Decided to check out the pizza instead. They put out samples of veggie pizza they dont have available for sale. When asked if they have any, oh, Im planning on putting one in the oven soon. There are no condiments for sandwiches and when staff in the deli is asked. The answer is, arent they around the corner, the corner I just came from in the cafe area. I said no, I couldnt find any and that was the end of the conversation. They walked away. The only Salad bar in a non-GMO health store with no Oil and Vinegar for dressing? The list goes on and on and this was just in one visit. I couldnt find one person that looked or carried themselves like a manager. Its sad because we like the concept but the execution is terrible. Time to hire qualified staff and train them properly.
Laurie in the wellness department is amazing. She is a wealth of knowledge. An amazing resource. Kudos to EarthFare
Super awesome store and its super friendly the minute you walk in the door! I recommend this place to anyone who is seeking to eat healthier without breaking the bank!!!
Today at Heirloom Juice bar I order a juice and the lady that attend me received a phone call, and for my surprise she got the Phone Call using the gloves and after she hang off the phone she continued doing my Juice with same dirty gloves.Someone needs to inspect and be alert with this, cellphone is the most dirty device after gas pump.Thank You
Looks like they didnt plan well the parking and store layout, everything looks piled up, shelves are too close to each other and store fills up with just a few people inside. Bread is good (baked in store) and fresh glass bottled milk sourced locally is great but the rest of the food is meh, seems like a cheaper version of wholefoods at pretty much the same price. Fresh grocery section is terribly small and expensive. I was truly looking forward for this place but at the end it was a disappointment
I love this place, grocery quality is the best of all this area. Their pizza is amazing also they have the option for refillable fountain for alkaline water. All earthfare products are GMO free and almost all the store is organic. This is my favorite place to go grocery shopping and for my supplements they have an amazing wellness department that blew my mind, definitely a place to go
Customer services is not a priority in this place. They are upset all the time. Celery is a demand product now a days. This is my 4th time stop in this place a and they run out. I talk to one of the employees to check if they can request more and his answer was sorry is the way it is, there is nothing I can do. It is incredible!!! This was my last visit to this place.
* As as update to my original review, the new manager contacted me directly around 6/7/2019 with a sincere email addressing my concerns. They stated changes have been made. I will give it a few weeks and see if there has been improvement. (Fingers crossed, because I really hope to see this business succeed.)Originally, I gave Earth Fare 5 stars. I was SO happy to have this kind of store in the neighborhood as I was having to drive 30+ minutes to go to something comparable. The grand opening was crazy, but everyone was so friendly and efficient. The produce selection was great and fresh. I have been a few times since, one being today, and I have been less than impressed. My favorite thing to buy here is their dried mango. It’s cheap, no sugar added, and delicious. But... the produce section is an absolute let down. Almost every time I go, the apples are bruised or even mushy and the packaged berries are moldy. A lot of their produce is fresh but it does tend to be a little pricey. My last complaint are the cashiers. They are PURELY MISERABLE. I generally go during the week and I’ve never had a friendly cashier. I’m not even sure I was greeted today. They appear to truly hate their job which is unfortunate. I will gladly pay higher prices to have excellent service and a nice product selection, but I’m going to give them a little more time to figure things out before I return.
Very nice place, but I thought it would have more Vegan options. Is like a fresh market.
Awesome selection of healthy foods without most of the distractions of the unhealthy stuff found in traditional grocery stores. Super friendly service, so shopping is a pleasure here too. Oh yeah, and the prices are solid too. This really can be everyones healthy supermarket.
This store has so much potential but sadly it has gone downhill since the grand opening. The cutsomer service is quite poor and the produce has become mediocre. I hope management turn this store back around.
Been there twice. The store is no Wegmans or Whole Foods, thats for sure. The place is small and the aisles are narrow; add the people, and you can hardly move. Except for a few items, the selection is nothing to brag about. A lot of over pricing for run of the mill stuff. The meat and seafood section is fair.
Great prices and clean location. This place was great when you are trying to live a healthy life style.
Great.. Dont have to drive all the way into Orlando to go to Whole Foods😉
The chocolate chip cookies are so delicious 😋😋
I love when they have bogo deals. Also great selection of wine!
I loved Earth Fare! The Bread $.98 is the best bread! Please dont change the price!😊💝😊 Thank you! GBY your Family and Company in Jesus name, Amen!💝
Sunday morning shopping for some produce and meat. At 9am, no cilantro, no leafy produces were fresh (so I had to now stop at Publix). Bought a pack of chicken breasts ($15) and chicken thighs ($8) but I was charged for 2 chicken breasts. I go back to counter, there was no apology, just a shrug and refund (not even close to Publixs Customer Service). I decided the drive to EarthFare is not worth it any more. I will just go back to Publix!!
They have a good selection of bulk items like local honey, maple syrup and other things you wouldnt normally expect to be able to buy in bulk.
I really love their selection of healthy and minimally processed foods. If I had any gripe its that they always seem to run out of meats that are on sale. So far I have tried to get tomahawk ribeyes and the pork roast and both have been sold out.
After the Grand opening was over the store is going Gheto Fabuloso. The help is dumb at the deli and ignores the customers unless you yell. Management is not the brightest bulb on the tree either. This Earth Fare location is not going to make it. Always out of Cuban bread for subs. Brought it to store managers attention 2 times. Still no Cuban bread. Management makes or breaks a store. The Earth Fare in Boynton Beach is a store with class. Perhaps Boynton Beach should have a bus trip to Orlando to train the dumpy personnel at the Orlando location. The employees at Orlando Health are fed up with this location too. The hot & cold salad bar could use a little sprucing up too. They should have just put a WaWa in there. And lets not discuss the mens room. Gag me with a spoon.
Great place to do your grocery shopping wide selection of awesome food
We really enjoyed shopping there. I like the call ahead and pick it up option.
Great european options you wont find at whole foods, good amount of gluten free, and great amount of organic options. Fantastic service and happy employees.
Excellent I love It, organic foods, nuts, herbs, spices, gluten-free foods to cosmetics. There is an area to eat and natural juices!
Fresh vegetables, wonderful meats, delicious cheeses, tough pizza slices.
Terrible customer service called in asking if they sold a certain item before driving over and got transfered twice before the last guy said idk we dont deal with that product in my department your going to have to call back and speak to someone else! . Sucks that no one I talked to had the time to walk over and check oh well looks like I will stick to driving all the way to whole foods were the service is much better !!
In their first weeks of opening it was fantastis. Everyone seemed pleasant and the store was beautiful. Butcher and fish departments, produce, hot foods, bakery looked awesome. After a a month or so it started going downhill. The hot food bar looked terrible. You had kids throwing on toppings on a pizza like it was a speed race. Fresh baked bread was never the same. Specifically the challah bread. I would go every Friday for it then stopped after about a month. My 3 year son could have done a better job. Recently I went and saw quite a few expired products. I hope they turn it around(So I tried again today on a Friday morning upon opening and I think I will never be back.. I went for the Challah bread hoping that I could make some good French toast for my wife on our 20th anniversary. Low and behold none was made at 7:15. If your open for business your bakery should be fully stocked upon opening. Not oh it “may” be done by 9 from one person and 8 from another. This is sad. I was a little concerned when I saw their prepared foods case. Everything was out and and a layer of film wrap was placed over the product all at once like a curtain on each level. At the very least each item in its vessel should be individually wrapped. The preferred method would be to to move everything to a walk in or reach in cooler. But I’m assuming that there isn’t any space because the salad bar even had stuff in it wrapped and looked as if from yesterday. Not good Earthfare. This place could be so much better if only they followed the Wegmans model. Your number one priority is your customer base and second is the employees. It looks like their turn around is very high.)
Lets place will be awesome once we get rid of the newness
Stores open till 9:00 but you can’t buy from behind bakery at 7:00 (cashier says) cause the dept is cleaning? That bites. I came for an item that’s only behind glass at 8:00 and was told it wasn’t gonna happen. Not good
Awesome little supermarkets with some amazing deals.
Great organic choices. A bit busy as its a new store, but Ill return!
My favorite of all the healthy stores. Well priced and plenty of options.
A little crowded and the cashiers move a little slow but great to have a place offering high quality food in the area
New place in lake nona that we have seen being built. Just opened so wanted to try. Nice place but TOO EXPENSIVE. Yes they have a lot of options but we saw many of the same products in other stores for MUCH less. Nice bakery and prepared food counter. Picked up a rotisserie chicken that was made less than an hour before (or so it said on the package) and it was very dry. Has a large bulk section but again very expensive. Can get the same or even more of a selection at Bulk Nation for less. I dont think I will go again.
Bought this on the 8th of October. Sell by date of the 30th of November. Everyone kept saying they were running into these issues but this is a first for me.
Prices are considerably more than publix for the exact same items.
Love this store! Prices competitive with Walmart.
Service is slow, layout of the store is horrible, and prices are significantly higher than local competitors. Better off driving further to go to Luckys.
Excellent food, good selection, less expensive than Whole Paycheck.
Nobody at the juice bar. supposedly person went on break without letting anyone know.6/7 4.40pm. Other associates couldnt help.
2 out of the 3 things I bought were expired. Just found out I ate 2 month old pretzels. A lot of people I know have this problem. Seriously, I couldnt imagine ever shopping here again, and I advise others to do the same.
No baguettes and one register open on Saturday. Is kind of a shame really.
Welcome to the neighborhood. Our new favorite place to shop.
Awesome place to shop and friendly service. Great food!!!!
