Every year at Halloween I get my straw bale for less than $10. They also have hay bales.

It has been years since I have visited this business. They still have all you will need. Mike, my old friend is still there, to my surprise. I recommend this store for your farm needs, as well as smaller pets, and associated related needs.

Wish I could give a zero- spent on average $3000 a year at this store and was told to go somewhere else because they would not leave my seed outside under the trailer to be picked up as I could not make at 5:30pm from work- this they had done before for me - what a shame that you treat your customers like this- I will gladly drive the extra miles to Tractor Supply just to see a smiling face and be treated with respect - smiling face which I never saw in all the time I purchased here! Do not waste your time or well earned money at this store!

We come here on a fairly regular basis to get feed for our duck. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely 10/10 and 5 stars for all your animal needs

VERY helpful and courteous people there. I got to the store a few minutes before closing and they took their time to make sure I was selecting the correct medical supplies for my ailing pet. I will definitely stop here for future supplies as their prices are more than reasonable for what I typically buy. Im so happy I discovered this store.

I was very surprised by how well the places was kept and organized. Team members didnt mind stopping and help when ever a customer asked. All the product is fresh along with checking out being efficient and quick.

The folks at Farm City are always super helpful! Today they even helped ID this Common Quail for me!

Amazing and personable service. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful in providing advice on my chicken feed purchase, and even helped me carry the bag to my car which was such a kind gesture. COVID safe (masks were worn and social distancing guidelines) and great prices!Will definitely be coming back for all my future purchases!

I shop at this store, havent been in a while. The website only shows hours and not products. This is very disappointing, what if i was looking to order...i would have to go into the store to get what i need. I dont get off in enough time to go to the store. I love Farm City, Inc. Mike has wonderful customer service and always has the product that I need for my chickens on hand. I choose to go to Farm City over a department store because the department store is always out of 50 lbs of egg layer, where as, Farm City is always stocked. Thank you Mike! I always tell my family and friends where I shop for egg layer and chicken scratch!

I have to update my review. Not at all customer friendly, when I called with a genuine concern about excessive dust in the Timothy Hay. Basically told me that horse people dont have a problem with it. I am purchasing the hay for bunnies. Well...never again. Now I understand why the warehouse guy is so rude...so is his boss.

They have lots of dog leashes, collars, bowls, high quality food (reasonably priced) accessories, nutritional supplements, basic hygiene supplies and not for just dogs, also, cats, horses, etc.. I went to get hay for my rabbit, a huge barrel for like $6/$7.00...itll last him a lifetime, sure beats going to PetSmart spending $15 on 1/4 the size! Nice staff and clean store as well.

This is now the only place I go to purchase my farm duck feed (50lb cracked corn or layer feed pellets like what is used at Lk Eola). They always have the best price and dont charge tax for livestock food. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Someone will always load your car with any big bags.I also pick up my dogs glucosamine liquid supplement which actually taste good and work quite well for her. I also switched to some reasonable premium quality dog foods not carried in other stores, ProPac senior dry and various Evangers canned. Reading the labels ensures these are high quality, and easily enables you to pick ones with proper protein / fat levels. They even offer manufacturer coupons / instant rebates which are very good deals.There is also an assortment of collars and leads from which I have purchased when I adopted a new dog. It is in a very dusty, industrial area, so it can be tricky to locate. Note their fenced metal warehouse complex and small sign in front. Also take care driving alongside big construction trucks and trailers.

I purchased 2 bags of shavings(both bags ripped and tapped back together) for some of our smaller animals which didnt like it (made them break out in rashes)so we stopped using it immediately. I came in to buy my pellet bedding and asked the fellow whos always there Scott if I could return the bag I had purchased weeks back with no receipt for a store credit ... He said fine just bring it in no other questions asked. I didnt want to lug a large bag of shavings around so I told him Id put it in my car for the next time I drive out there for bedding in about a month. Well now Im here, he says theres no way he can return it because that was a temporary brand and now they will not honor the fact that he already told me he would😠 Now Ive driven out here for nothing because I refuse to pay more for my pellet bedding to someone who just tells people what he wants until it doesnt benefit him. Awful service and attitude... If looks could kill if be dead. He treated me so poorly. He must be having a bad day or is on his period. Ive never been so disrespected by anyone while shopping.. Maybe a drunk but not during the day at the feed store.Update: so I tried to suck it up and just buy my pellet bedding here from Scott D who was extremely rude told me one thing and now is telling me another. I purchased 4 bags of the pellet bedding...only After he rolled his eyes at me, gave me death looks I walked away saying its not good customer service to tell your customers youll do a refund and then not to.he then told me he would not give me the pellet bedding I had just paid for and demanded to give me a refund for the item I literally just paid for. I told him fine now I wont feel bad about the bad reviews Im going to post. I called the other store in apopka, told the very understanding kind manager Chris which showed excellent customer service from the start what happened from start to finish with the orlando store on Atlanta ave.... he said he has people who will buy the shavings and can give me a store credit or refund for the bag...and will sell me the pellet bedding that Scott refused to give me after I had purchased it with my cc. Ive never been so disrespected by such a sexist animal of a man. I will NEVER return to this location and I think I need a cup of lavender tea after the stress.. I will however be loyal to those who show loyalty like the apopka store. I would think the owners would want him to represent the store with more honor and integrity. It is just unacceptable to treat anyone the way Scott treated me. And I really hope he doesnt take out another bad day on another innocent person. Not acceptable behavior.
