I spoke to John and he was very friendly and knew his stuff on guns. Was honest about the questions I asked and definitely a good range. I came here to shoot my glock and end it up buying another gun and the best thing about this, you can put half down on any gun in there and have 60 days to pay it off. The place was clean and it got busy in matter of minutes. Definitely coming back to this range.

Well this place just lost a few possible customers just based on how unprofessional they are. Seems like a bunch of uneducated delinquents sitting in the office all day on TikTok. Wouldnt even waste my time going here.

This place is awesome! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean ranges and plenty of target selections. The most important thing however are the great prices... Wow! Only $15 for first shooter and $12 per additional shooter. One price for UNLIMITED range time! Only range Ive found like that near me. I did bring my own firearm which will save you some money. If you are wanting to buy a firearm they have a large selection to choose from and offer a 60 day layaway program. I recommend going early or around 5.

Called in advance and spoke to Colin. Confirmed the store had a revolver I was looking for and Colin told me the price was 300 for the firearm. I drove almost an hour to the store and when I arrived Colin left for the day so of course when the associate rang up the order it rang as 359. I explained to the associate what Colin told me but at that moment another gentlemen came out of the back and told me that was the price and Colin must have made a mistake. When I explained my interaction with Colin on the phone he said it didnt matter what Colin told me as Colin wasnt a manager. I walked out the door as I wasnt falling for that nonsense. Seemed like I was lured in purposely for a bait and switch pricing thing. Very unprofessional business practice. Will never go there again!

The guys who work here are very nice! My girlfriend and i went here and they explained everything so good! They have allot of rental guns you can use. The ammunition is a fair price ! And we just had a blast! I recommend this range for everyone!

This place is the best hands down. I went today to try out my new firearm and was guided respectfully with the do and don’ts. The owner was super attentive to my questions and actually went through step by step for using the pulley system. Super clean, organized, and cool gear to check out in your own time. Making this my go to range from now on :)

Not only are there prices BEYOND fair, they also take the time to guide and help you with ANY QUESTIONS you have EVEN when they are busy. They are always busy. And that’s GREAT. I’ve had INSTRUCTORS at other locations charge me almost a kidney for a 1on 1 not including $150 for an ammo box “ HUGE RIP OFF “. This place OAKRIDGE Is not ONLY very TRUSTWORTHY, PASSIONATE about helping others succeed in there career but also UNDERSTANDING ON PRICES because of our pandemic. I want to thank JADA for helping me get a better understanding with firearms . She is great and professional. My biggest concern with this place is that the employees at the counter come off as routinely rude. I thought this would be a great location that I could frequently visit because it is located very close to me. However, that is not the case and now I drive all the way to Shooter’s World on the regular where my family and I enjoy our range experience so much!

Visited from the UK after great reviews on TripAdvisor. Our first time shooting and was quickly put at ease. We chose three guns (2 hand guns and a semi auto rifle) one of the hand guns was a 44 magnum which is a must if you visit here. There was 5 of us shooting for around 90 mins and it cost us $170 which I thought was very reasonable in fact we enjoyed it so much we went back the week later.

Filled out paperwork and paid for multiple firearms on Thursday, came back the following Wednesday to pick them up, and without an apology or offer of discount or something, they lost my paperwork that had already been submitted and passed. Bad service and gouged ammo prices. Manufacturers aren’t raising ammo prices, but oak ridge gun range sure is. Poor business practices. Do not recommend

Worst place in orlando i went there to experience my first time at the range the guy behind the counter was so rude didnt explain everything correctly. I went and got 4 targets a box of 50 rounds nd two pairs of safety glasses and finished up the box in like 5 mins then the same guy said i couldnt get another box when he never told me that he said one box per lane not one box for the day. Oh and to top it off i left to go to the best range i found nd oakridge range forgot to give me my id back so i had to return to oakridge range nd when i did arrive the same guy who attended me the first time I was there took his sweet time to return my id so yea to all my orlando people dont go to this range ever oh i forgot to mention that I paid $72 for this experience nd i was only there for i say 10 mins top so yea worst range ever

Brought my thirteen year old son to fire for his first time. Staff was very friendly, and helpful on the operations of the 9mm we rented. Prices are reasonable, (least expensive activity weve done in Orlando)!

Ive been coming here for years. The team is so nice to work with. Recently Collin and Daniel helped me. Collin really knew his weapons and Daniel did a great job of making sure all my paperwork was correct.

Clean range with air conditioning and friendly staff. I had forgotten my box of ammo when I left the range. I called the location to see if they had found it and if I could pick it up and they had indeed found it. Came back, told them specifically which ammo it was and they gave it to me. Now this may seem like standard practice, but I have been to a few ranges where this situation has happened to someone else, and some of those ranges keep the ammo, or resell it. With ammo prices being as high as it is at the moment, kudos to their integrity.

The place and the guys are very Excellent

This range isn’t the flashiest or most high tech range around, but I can say every time I’ve gone, the staff has been respectful and nice. They are helpful and will answer any questions you have.The range is a bit smaller so you could have some wait time trying to get a lane but it’s a nice spot and definitely better experience than shoot straight.

I’ve gone to many shops and this is without a doubt the best gun range and shop I’ve ever been to! The customer service is great, prices are reasonable and the overall environment is wonderful. The only gun shop that’ll get my business.

This is such a nice range . The staff are friendly and very helpful had a great laugh with Rock who let my wife shoot a very powerful handgun under his great supervision she did it . Went there with a friend for the first time. Staff that we spoke with was friendly. The inside is smaller, but packed with guns and accessories that will make anyone from a newbie to seasoned veteran to shooting happy. The 7 shooting lanes were pretty nice, my only complaint is I wish the ventilation was a little bit better/stronger. Plenty of parking, and I never used it but my friend said their bathroom was nice and clean. Being local I would visit them again.

Its not the biggest range in town but for pistol work its just right. You can shoot shotguns and rifles as well, but I prefer outdoors for those.The lanes are pretty modern and its kept up well. Good ventilation and lighting. The staff has always been cool and helpful. Good gun selection for both purchase and rental.It gets pretty busy on the weekends and might be a wait for a lane to open up. Might want to get there early or call ahead.Wide range of ammo and accessories to choose from. I havent used them, but I believe they have some light armory services as well.If youre on in the SoDo/Conway/Pine Castle/Belle Isle area this is the closest range and also the nicest in the area.

Order pistol part online and picked up there, they collected 55$ for transfer fee, 10$ for background, after tax and everything went up 70$. Worst place in Orlando.

Friendly guys but they dont know what theyre doing. The good gunsmith (an older guy) they used to have no longer works there. New guys peened my castle nut attempting to properly stake an endplate to my AR buffer tube.They also had my AR lower for a few days saying they couldnt get around to it. When I got there it was done but they didnt have it in their system. I cant recommend their gunsmith services.Their range is OK if you want to shoot handguns.

We took classes and purchased our gun here. And got a concealed carry permit. EXCELLENT staff, very well informed and helpful. They trained us how to safely handle the weapon and trained us for target practice. EXCELLENT experience

The staff were helpful enough but seemed to want to give us the handgun with as little instruction as possible, and move on to the next customer. We had not shot a Glock before and needed some instructions however, which the staff did provide. The cost to fire two boxes of ammunition, as shown from the photo, is $91. This seems expensive, but appears to be the going rate to walk in without your own firearm for ranges in the area. In summary, we had a good time with a new experience. Molon labe.

Thats a great gun range. The employees are very kind, they have always been very proactive to help me with any question I got. They have plenty of guns to rent from and the building has a good ambiance.

These Guys and Girls(read Ladies) are knowledgeable and friendly. Ive used the range here 4 times. They do let you bring your own ammo, however I bought mine there. Its a little pricey and so are the firearms, however that didnt stop me from a handgun purchase. There is always like 6 or 8 people working here so you usually get immediate service. I would highly recommend this place for a beginner or novice. They have a wide variety of handguns, rifles and ammo. I bought my ear protection here and I love them. They also offer the Concealed Carry classes on site. One of the main reasons I purchased my handgun here, and I keep coming back, one of the guys came in and gave me some pointers while I was shooting, corrected something I was doing wrong and that type of customer service is almost unheard-of at a range. Last but not least they have the cleanest bathroom of any range Ive ever seen. The only thing I would change, and keeps me from a 5 stars rating is they need to offer a membership service to the range with some discounted ammo for members. I would be there every week if they did that.

As tourists and first time shooters we got a brief but helpful introduction into shooting without any additional fees. The whole process was very uncomplicated.The staff seemed to be knowledgeable, as far as I can tell. They were available and helpful, when we had questions. We always felt safe.The gun rental offers a nice selection and is quite cheap, so that you can try out a couple of different weapons.The range itself is not overly big, but has nice and wide enough booths.We definitely enjoyed the experience.

Great staff. Great place to shoot. Very organized. I felt safe and well informed about rules, use, and regulations. Took several friends there - yesterday was actually my third time there. It’s one of mine “go to places” whenever I’m in Orlando.

They have a great collection and the people that worked are very helpful. The only reason I’m giving it one star is because one of the employees, Juan, we had some trouble with the paperwork and he gave me and my husband the worst attitude that I have ever experienced, the misplaced my husband’s paperwork and I was trying to explain to him that I don’t think is ok to loose sensible information like his social, and he told me that’s the way it is, we are not Walmart, take it or leave it.

1st time at a gun range whilst holidaying in Florida, from the UK. Never fired a gun before neither had my wife, son and daughter. People at the range explained everything in great detail and spent time with us in the range until we were comfortable and then left us to it. A great experience, very reasonably priced and above all, it felt very safe and the staff were fantastic. Cannot wait to visit again Chris

As a foreign tourist, last minute, decided to go to a gun range, because when in America, why not? So did a quick search on maps and found this one. It was our first time ever, but staff was super awesome. We were assisted by Cage (Gage?), he showed us the ropes and let us be once we were comfortable. Price is very reasonable, although I did miss it on the website. Would come here again!

The staff here is sooo great!! They really make you feel comfortable, i came with a first timeShooter and my little bro. The employee Torres was excellent he really made sure that you had the correct form and technique without making you feel stupid. My little brother loved him ! He helped him shoot as well. This is The only range i will be recommending any of my friends to come to because i felt really welcomed and very comfortable and the price was great ! $29 on ladies night!

They broke my Fathers Colt 38 Special DiamondBack, from 1978...was in pristine condition...they took it in a back room and had it for over 20 to 25 mins...returned it to me and said they could only offer me 500.00 because it had a chip in it, I firmly believe they took the grips off and broke it, plus tried to keep one of my hollow points, I think they are thieves!

Great staff, always helpful when there. Theyre always willing to help with your purchases, and critical on help you make your choice. Been here a few times for target practice on their small range. Seems like they need more space for range lanes.

Great range and staff are great. I wish that there was a shelf below the one head high in the range. No place to put your range bag and if you need something out of it - you have to put it on the floor.The brass sweeper is the worst! Never seen a less effective way to police your casings.

This is, overall, a good place to shoot indoors. The prices are on the high side for rental and ammunition, but if, like me, you bring your own weapon and ammo and just pay for range time and targets then its a pretty good deal. Staff have been mostly helpful and friendly.The bad - safety. Its a largely unsupervised range. Its a bit disconcerting when there are bullet holes in the range dividers. I was next to a group of young people who were obviously new to firearms, and who managed to shoot down their target-track cables. Pretty impressive.Lastly, range allows all pistol caliber rifles and shotguns. Theres nothing worse than being in an indoor lane next to a shotgunner. I have some of the best ear protection available and was still deafened. Not a fun experience!Overall though, if youve got your own weapon and ammo, good ear protection and the ability to keep an eye on your surroundings, Id recommend the place.

Nice Place

My wife and I visited ORGR while on vacation last week. We dealt with 3-4 different employees while renting/exchanging firearms, all were extremely helpful, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Great group of guys. We had a blast.

I came here without any experience of shooting before and the staff had given me and my partner a lot of help to get us up and running.We were walked through how to do it then left on our own which was good and they came and checked up on us to make sure we were doing okay.We enjoyed the shooting which was more fun than expected.It came to around $67 which I thought was a little expensive; as we used one gun with 100 rounds. Its cheaper of course if you bring your own gun.I would recommend going and trying it out.

Small but cozy gun range. Perfect for my needs (pistol caliber ammo) but they dont allow most rifle caliber ammo. I purchased my primary CC pistol from here and I love it. They have a small but well-stocked storefront with a wide array of holsters and rifles (interesting since most of the rifles they sell you cant shoot on their range). Nonetheless I still enjoy using their range.

Don’t waste your time. Not sure who’s posting that this place is reasonably priced, but that’s not true. They take advantage of tourists and the customer service is abysmal. In addition, it’s not safe. The lack of ventilation and CARPET IN THE RANGE almost guarantees you’ll get lead poisoning if you spend too much time there. Genuinely confused as to how this place is still open. Horrible management, horrible place. Be smart, be safe- go somewhere else.

I’m law enforcement but didn’t make the staff aware of it. I stood at the counter looking at firearms for 15 min and was never approached or greeted. I was there with my parents and my children and the staff didn’t inform me of any range procedures. When i addresses that with the staff at the time, the staff member became very aggressive with me. They were busy and i understand that but a standard of staff greeting customers at the counter should be practiced by any business....even more so informing customers of range procedures.

I want to leave this review only because is better for your business ... Yesterday I took my wife to the gun range and she asked for some shooting gloves and the staff asked about the type of gun she had and when she answered some starting making like joking comments about her gun, instead of just answering her question and conduct professional business. Only one of the gentlemen came out and suggested some options because he saw the way her and my facial expressions.Very unfortunate because we both like the place very much....

The gun shop is small but it has all you need. Staff is very knowledgeable about the firearms they sell. The range was really good, nicely built. Prices for the range and classes were so reasonable families would show up. Loved seeing a grandpa with his grandkids teaching them to shoot. They offer a great family atmosphere and I cant wait to go back.

Max waited, for those other people to leave, to talk to the staff about an incident. The staff advised him to let the staff know when something happens, not after they leave. The staff cant correct the issue if the party that did wrong isnt there. All they can do is to block them from shooting there again. Max wasnt happy (it seemed) w/the outcome, & became hot-headed (made me & other customers nervous). The staff was calm & professional and followed all rules for the safety for all.

Took my 14 year old daughter here for her birthday (her pick). It had been many years since Id shot and my daughter only once before. We did have a small wait for range time.Once it was our turn, Rock was very patient and helpful. Id brought our own pistol and ammo, and he walked us both thru all the steps of safety, loading, clearing and range rules. Then he joined us on the range and stayed in our booth with us until my daughter was comfortable with using the gun.I found the range charges very reasonable. I cant say enough good things about this place. Overall, extremely pleased and we will definitely be back, plan on coming a couple of times a month when possible.Daughter told us it was the best birthday ever!

Stopped by right before closing to just browse around. The gun store portion had a great selection on new and used firearms. All the typical brands (Glocks, S&W, Beretta, etc.) and plenty of harder to find brands (Canik, CZ, etc.). All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.I did not use the range while there, but I wanted to comment on a situation that arose while I was there. The staff are very vigilant about range safety and were forced to ask some patrons to leave due to their continued unsafe handling of firearms. This spoke volumes to me as it showed that they really do take the safety of all of their patrons seriously. Even with a difficult situation of asking these individuals to leave they handled it with courtesy and professionalism.10/10 would recommend and I look forward to coming back again.

Went today with 3 friends, tried 3 different guns and shot around 130 rounds and was just $30 a person. We just didnt try more guns cause had to go back to work but its included in the price to try as many guns as youd like, just pay for the ammunition. Very good price and nice place, will definitely come back and recommend it

Went in to shoot with my local friends for the second time and the experience was great here just like my previous visit to the range!I highly recommend this to locals and tourists alike! We were helped out by Zach and a collegue who helped us out perfectly!

This is the reason why I dont go to ranges like this. Major power trip, just because you got a gun dont mean you have to act like that. Came in with my cousin and they pretty much made us wait 2 hours. Then told us at last minute were too late to go into the range. Wow, they could of told us that there is a chance we may not go in.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the workers. It was quite busy for a Sunday at 5 and we had to wait about 20 mins for it to be our turn. Its decently priced for the area and you can rent everything at this location as well, but I brought my own stuff. Friendly staff, temperature is kept cool and is ventilated. Overall pleasurable experience.

I came from Miami for an event here in Orlando and I showed up at the range to shoot some rounds at 8:15pm on a Saturday. They did not waste my time and they allowed me to use whatever ammo I had ( some ranges only allow you to shoot brass cased rounds ). A big plus is that they close at 9 pm when most local ranges close at 7 pm.Good variety of targets and very affordable ones, starting at $0.75. The store has several pistols at a very good price. I might go back there to buy a pistol or two.The only downside was the fact that I had someone with me and I had only one pistol, they do not rent firearms after 8 pm, since they close at 9 pm they reserve their right to not rent a firearm in the last hour of work.

Went for my birthday with a few friends, great staff showed us how to handled every gun we used, great experience.

My 10 year old son and myself had a couple of wonderful hours here. Welcoming and thorough staff led us through our first experience of a range and made it feel very safe and relaxed. Got to shoot a Glock 9mm, S+W 9mm revolver, AR1 9mm semi-auto, .22 sniper rifle and finished off with a Magnum .44. The two of use sharing a lane with a target each only came to about $110 - amazing value compared to everywhere else i had looked at. Thanks to all of the staff .. lets hope we can get back to Florida to do it again as we spotted the Uzi on the way out and never did get around to trying the 1911 :-) A well deserved 5 stars - thanks!
