Took MONTHS to get my gun. I understand the shortage happening and felt I was more than patient. Especially after my gun DID come in, and was then sold to someone ELSE, secondary to a down payment at time of ordering. I had to call for multiple updates. Once gun WAS in store, they forgot the Pearce grip. :(

There a blue line store for glocks, bought three firearms from them, the Orlando location has much friendlier customer service. Some at the Meritt island location makes you feel like your wasting their time if you have questions. Overlook it and just ask for another sales associate.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service!! Very well at communication as to when a firearm i order will be in. I am so happy that there is now an Orlando location as i have purchased several firearms from this location... Everyone at this location is 110% the best and i really appreciate that!!!!

Have bought several times from B&H so not a one trip review.Yes, sometimes they are busy, sometimes not. Always seem to make time once they get to me. Answering all my questions, and providing input I had not thought about.Prices are good, service good. I will return.

This gun shop is AWFUL. The staff at the Orlando location hate customers & sales. The B&H shop is located in a sketchy, ghetto area of Orlando. The small retail store has NO debit, credit card use. The staff claimed the website, inventory were screwed up & no one was available from the Meritt Island FL main store. Overall, do NOT 🚫 shop at B&H Orlando unless you need to get a LE sidearm, specific weapon. Id not suggest B&H Police Supply to a armed professional.

Absolutely thrilled to finally have an Orlando Location!!! Went in the store today and they took excellent care of me. I truly appreciate the Blue Label Pricing for Law Enforcement and First Resoonders. I will most definitely be back for next firearm as well as ammunition and anything else I might need!!! Terrible customer service. I called ahead of time to announce my arrival close to business closing. Hours of operation are until 530pm. I arrived at 518 and they had already locked the doors. Upon meeting with one of the employees, he stated they did not do background checks after 5pm.(Had they relayed this information when I spoke to them on the phone, I would’ve not continued on the 1.5 hour one way trip to purchase the firearm). I was told they had 1 of the firearms I was requesting in stock, that was later discovered they had sold it prior to my arrival. Understanding they had no guarantee to keep the firearm for me, it also would’ve impacted my decision to drive once again, 1.5 hours.I was excited to check out the new store, and was extremely displeased. I will not be returning, and will disclosing my terrible experience to my local Law Enforcement community.
