Very good customer service. Brought samples out for us instead of making us come in because a sales rep was going to be in our area and they coordinated the trip. Very thoughtful.

Im a retired veteran. With several options in every aspect of life.The option however for my pool however is for it to be affordable. Yet elegant. As the natural elegance collection suggests. Not only is the company misleading with their sales & marketing gimmicks- they do not have a care in the world for you as a customer. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They control the price, I saw a salesman attach a 15% discount to my quote and when they went to go pick it up the discount was then removed. God forbid I feel like being treated like a person. And pay a discounted price on my tile. God forbid.I suggest you dont waste your time walking into this sloppy, establishment. Snobs run the joint.

You would literally be crazy to go anywhere else. Juan and Eric provide amazing customer service. These guys worked hard, like they owned the place. Ive never had service like I received from them... anywhere.I needed travertine tile and I needed it fast. I checked the big box stores and was really not impressed with the quality. I found this store by doing a quick web search. When I walked in I was immediately impressed by the quantity and quality they had to choose from... And it was in stock. The prices shocked me because they were so reasonable. I bought 180sq feet of tile for my master and the guys hand carried it to my truck. Im doing my entire house over the next few months and will be back several times. I have friends who flip houses and they have been equally impressed.Juan and Eric, thank you for bailing me out on a Saturday. I hope the boss knows how hard you work.

Was originally dealing with Stone Mart Tampa facility and was turned over to the Orlando facility even before they officially opened. Was initially concerned about the switch since we were in the middle of a large job. The Orlando facility never skipped a beat!!! it was like they were handling the project for the very start. Everyone in the Orlando facility was very helpful and attentive. Everyone in the Orlando location is a pleasure to work with and would go above and beyond to meet my request. My sales rep Luke Ginn is amazing. He made sure that when i needed something it would happen even when I thought it was impossible. Thank you

I received crooked and broken stone corner pieces as well as broken ledger pieces. Even the replacement stone corners were crooked again. I was promised a refund of my items I returned a month ago and have it in writing. Now they changed their story suddenly that the employee I was working with is gone. Even other wholesalers stopped doing business with them due to their sleazy business practices. Like the gentleman said in another review they are not truthful with what they promise. Buyer Beware!

DO NOT BUY Bellisimo porcelain pavers 20 x 40!! Manufactured for and by Stone MartMonths later and this product does not comply with any of the claims. It chips, stains and impossible to clean. It says you can lay on grass, gravel, sand or cement. We had put it on sand and had a top rated installer (even stone mart admitted he is the best) and it is uneven and wobbly. Went thru many people at Stone Mart and helpful at first but then washed their hands of it. So I spent approx $4,000 on tile and another $4,000 to install and so unhappy. Now month later n chipping and impossible to clean. All of which it claims is the opposite. The installer was very sweet and came back several times to attempt to fix. He said he will not recommend this product and if someone asks him to install again he will say “No”. Started out so happy with Stone Mart but now forget it

We purchased approximately 1,300 square feet of travertine tile, and do not have one complaint. The staff, especially Juan, were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We did comparison shopping in and near our town (Titusville) and Stone Mart was by far the best in selection and price for natural stone tile. 3 crates were delivered within same week of purchase, and the quality of the travertine surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend.

Staff was tlrude and everything was over priced. Quality was terrible.
