My husband and I bought a new 2021 Onward Club Car golf cart from Jeffrey Allen about a month and a half ago. The service was exceptional and everyone there was so great and professional to work with! Bracken Cox who sold me mine was absolutely fantastic to work with, but right after I bought mine he moved away. He assured me that everyone else there would be happy to help me with anything going forward. Lee who delivered my golf cart, was great with explaining everything to me about all that I needed to know. If you are thinking about buying one, I would highly recommend going into Jeffrey Allen and speaking with a sales associate.

Bracken Cox was professional, courteous and worked with us every step of the way. He answered every question we had, which ultimately, led us to purchase a new Onward. The service department was outstanding. They prepped the car, installed the bazooka and delivered the car the next day. After sale support is very important with a purchase like this. You can buy a vehicle from any dealer, but what if something goes wrong? Are they going to visit your house to repair the vehicle? Brian Paduano, the GM, was very helpful. He took the time to explain the service process. Its nice to know they can service the vehicle at our location, since we cannot transport the vehicle to their showroom. Thanks again Jeffrey Allen! Just took delivery of our lifted Onward Li ion cart today! The entire process was fantastic. I don’t write many reviews but in this case I wanted too... I was interested in a new golf cart and knew my club used J.A. So I sent to their showroom and looked at the different models. Over the course of about 1 hour I was showed several different styles and options that were available. Made my deal and 2 week later it cart was delivered. I’m very pleased with the product and the service. So much so that I had a older cart and asked them to do some work on it... and again, very good experience. I recommend J.A. with confidence.

Recently had my Club Car Onward serviced and upgraded to an LSV. The communication and service was excellent. Special shout out to Lee, who picked up and dropped off my LSV, as he went out of his way to hand deliver the new title documentation after hours due to it not being with the LSV when it was delivered earlier that day. That kind of ‘extra’ effort really separates Jeffrey Allen Inc. from the rest.
