Today I came in as a first time customer at the semoran location. And Ms. Heidi gave me excellent customer service. She took time out to answer my questions. And she also gave me a fair pricing, on my items. The store feels and looks pleasant and has lots of cool items and beautiful jewelry. I will defiantly be back. Thank you!!!

I havent used pawn shops much in the past but Ill give five stars to La Familia. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ill be going back to La Familia to do more. Stop by one of their shops just to browse; they have some really good deals. You can save money by shopping there. They have shops all over the central area.Thank you.

I had several items in pawn since 2015. Since then I moved several hours away. I was able to extend my loan every month (on those same items) for the last 5-6 years via phone and then eventually the app. In august of 2021 I was finally able to make it back toOrlando to pick up my items. After 5+ years in pawn I found that my items were in pristine condition, well preserved, and well cared for! My belongings were at the Curry Ford and South Semoran location. One of your employees in particular, Nestor (dont know his last name) was particularly helpful over the last several years insuring that I knew my payment due dates, which helped me to protect my items from default. The items were more of a sentimental value than a cash value to me! I have spent the last several years away from home on active duty with the Army, and Im happy to say that my belongings are finnaly back home, and, have been well cared for! Thank you to Nestor the Curry ford/Semoran staff, and the rest of the La Familia family!

They could have done a better job on the offer been going there since 2018. Also I encourage the manager to be more polite and learn management skills. No one is going there because they need to hear stupid jokes on the offers. Overall they solved part of the problem. Just that little feedback.

Heidi took great care of me I was very satisfied with her service with me. I will definitely be coming back if I need to because of her great customer service.

I have now been to two location here in Orlando and they have both been wonderful experiences. Everyone is so nice and their prices always fair and always with reason. They answer all your questions and are very helpful when buy and selling. I would never use another pawn shop in Orlando ever!!!

Today I walked In not even expecting to buy anything, but more so to look around at the chains. Last week, it’s unfortunate someone stole my 24 inch 18k 2 tone chain. It’s something that I thought I could never replace. I was greeted by Jasmine, who showed compassion to my situation and who was truly trying to help me get something similar to what I had. Jasmine had patience, and let me try severalChains until I was satisfied. I winded up putting something on lay away and I’m happy Jasmine was there today to help me. Now I only want to do my purchases with Jasmine and Jasmine only.

La familia has a number of locations. I like the convenience with their website that allows you to make payments which other pawn shops dont do. Also if you pay off your loan within 15 days you only pay 10% interest unlike other pawn shops. The staff at this location are polite,courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location or any of the other la Familia locations (Ive used a cpl of the stores as well)

Ive been to many pawn shops in central Florida. Always to buy never to pawn. Being a home owner and a sub- auto mechanic, I am always looking for deals on tools for both. There were times I had bad experiences at other pawn shops but I always try to save a buck. My visit to la familia was great. They treated me with respect and were very professional. I was able to get a deal on an item I needed. I was happy with that. But most important, I was treated very well.
