Definitely a great place to get stitching done. This is like a 1 stop shop for any of your promotional needs. Swing by and talk with the owner hes a great guy. Why look any further when you can get business cards, pens, hats, shirts, cups, magnets, even your company vehicle wrapped.Pretty much anything you want done!

Poor customer service. the shirts i ordered was not the same size i tried on in the store they were too long and he refused to make it right so i took a loss.

Is the product good - yes (somewhat). Is the service good - absolutely not.Was in contact with the owner on coordination of an order. From the start I should have picked up on the red flags, where I had to reach out to him twice to confirm he received my emails and he sent a snarky email response to me following up on the status of my order.In an error on my part, the company sent over proofs and there was a typo on our slogan that I did not catch, not prior to nor when I picked up. I will own that error and paid for the product nonetheless but when I called it to the attention of the owner, he completely ignored my two emails bringing it to his attention. A simple, sorry would have been better than no response at all.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I placed an order for a long sleeve shirt. The order was paid for almost 43.00. I arrived to see a short sleeve shirt. I was beyond upset and wanted to speak to a manager. They wanted me to drive to the mall and buy a long sleeve shirt. Basically, I am stuck with something that I didnt order or wanted. Please dont waste your time or money!! I posted a video on yelp of my experience.

Everyone knows there is s difference in price for print-on and thread-embroidery. He is charging the same, for that reason I would not recommend.
