This is the worst store to order from! I’ve place my order since July 26 and I still haven’t received anything as yet and we’re in September now. I go to get a refund from the order I haven’t received as yet and the lady told me I can’t get an order for special order. I said how is a plain white shirt and blue pants special orders??? They don’t have any emblems or writing for that particular school on there how can it be special order? She said once she has to order it it’s a special order. I said that’s not a special order it’s just you ordering something that you sold out in your store. She was very nasty and I wish I hadn’t gone there to purchase anything cause everything there is overpriced. Those same pants and shirts I got them off of Amazon and in other store for cheaper. I want a refund so I’m about to call BBB to report her cause this is too much. I would rate her negative star but it doesn’t have that option to do so.

This has to be worst store ever. Their customer service sucks. I visited this store 4 times in one week. All 4 times I was told to leave my number and theyll call back in 15 mins. They dont call back until 3 hrs after. The customers at the store seemed very frustrated. Even the employee. In my opinion they should either hire more employees or shut down the store. Please dont waste your time.

I should have read the reviews first before going here. What is the point in having business hours when you aren’t open during them. No one picks up the phone, no sign of the door. I waited an hour after opening for someone to show up and nothing. I won’t be wasting my time here as others have stated.

You put a sign it says Be back in 35min; but you never put the time when you leave that sign and I waited for 40min and never appear...

No customer service skills. She was talking with someone, I politely asked her about other similar pants because the ones she gave us was way way over our budget. Gave us a look, didnt even answer about the other pants we asked and said this is the one, this is the price. Didnt want to help, dint want to look and just continued talking to the person next to her. I just gave the pants back and left.

I love this uniform store its a little crowded but the scrubs are good quality and Angel is an Angel. I will continue to shop here.

I’m truly impressed with this Establishment, the staff is friendly, the scrubs and other uniform wear are very high quality, and the prices are economically feasible. The Owner Angel is a very hardworking, professional, and courteous service provider. I just want to say thank you for having such a welcoming and loving energy in this place. Even when I witnessed Angel dealing with impatient, rude, disrespectful, and borderline aggressive customers; she remained very professional, polite but yet stern. Best store ever,very nice and clean. A super nice lady greeted me at the door and helped me from the moment I stepped in the store until I left. A variety of scrubs for a good price. The lady didnt just point in a specific direction she actually went and started looking for what I actually wanted as she was informing me about the difference between each item. Two thumbs up!

Horrible service. The prices the school tell you and the prices the owner actually says are different. Even if you bring the paperwork she doesn’t have the courtesy to honor it. When you place an order it takes forever and then she gets an attitude when your on her about what you paid for. Never have anything available. I will ensure next school year I will make sure my kids will go to a school that is not affiliated with this place.

OWNER TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH!!LOCKED customers OUT during business hours on Sunday AfternoonAug 11. Actually forced customers to wait OUTSIDE in 100 degree heat with a guard at the door, ignoring peoples pleas to just come in and even ask a question, or check on an order, or even to get their child!!!!! HORRIBLE !!The store is run by an individual owner who obviously has contracts with MANY different schools to provide uniforms for. However, she does not provide adequate staffing within the store to accommodate all of the parents needing school uniforms. So, she closes the store EARLY and doesnt open many days so she can work on the orders for embroidery.VERY unorganized. Shouldnt even be in business.It is interesting that ALL the good reviews are from ppl that seem to know the owner by name- and are on a first name basis with !! suspicious.!

Uniforms are nice. But expensive. Not enough staff when back to school is the busiest weekend. No one answers the phone and the store hours online are wrong! It can run much smoother when there is more staff and organization during peek seasons. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, a good business.

Great customer service!!! They have everything you need from scrubs to kids uniforms to the accessories to the shoes just everything. If something isnt in stock she orders it and have it ready for you in a decent time. Very professional and satisfy your needs. . Definitely a MUST to shop here 😆😆😆🎯

Excellent service every time we go! She goes above and beyond to help you find what you need and for the best price! If its a special request she handles it immediately and has it there within a couple of days, she even ordered extra - just in case we need it.

This is a horrible example of a black owned business. I really think someone needs to buy her out because she has NO idea on how to run a business. I have taken time out of my day to go there during business hours and the door was locked. This place is a waste of my time.

I have never in my life experience a business that is so unprofessional in my entire life.I attempted to get my children uniforms roughly around 3 1/2 weeks before the start of school and was told I dont have them yet but we ordered extra so there wont be a problem. Come back later in the week. I immediately asked, can I just go ahead and pay now? I was instructed that they are no longer taking prepayments/special orders at the time. No problem. I went back later in the week only to be told we have the uniforms, but the logos arent on them yet (then you dont have them)!I was instructed to come back Friday. I went to the store the Friday before school was to start and was then told: I have uniforms in your sons size, but I still dont have them in your daughters size.I was told that the uniforms for my daughter would be ready later that evening. I paid for my sons things and left.I returned to the store later that evening only to be told that the uniforms still werent available but I could write my contact info on a piece of paper, and they would call me when they were ready Saturday for sure.Saturday came, and I didnt receive a call. I went to the store Saturday afternoon and low and behold the uniforms still werent ready! I was then told, were going to be here all night, please come back later, and I will have your things ready.As it started to get late I decided to call before going to the store. I called and spoke with Angel (the owner) and was told: I dont have all of the shirts, but I have at least 2 so come now! I figured two would be better than nothing. I hurried to the store only to find that the shirts were still NOT READY and Angel had even left (and I still didnt get any shirts!). I was told to write my information down AGAIN and that my shirts would be first on the list. I was told that they would be open the next day (which was the Sunday before school) and that they would call me. I called on Sunday and now the embroidery machine was broken so again Im out of luck, and my child is still without uniforms!This happens EVERY year, and this is by far the WORST year ever! I dont understand whats so hard about getting the uniforms order and embroidered before the back to school frenzy. Its not like we can go anywhere else to purchase (believe me...Ive tried).Its common business sense; the schools are contracted with AMS, which means there isnt anywhere outside of AMS us parents can go to purchase these uniforms; therefore, you know the uniforms will sell! Dang! Just order enough merchandise!!!!S/N: When the school used to use the uniform place on East Colonial for their uniforms I NEVER had these type of issues. This AMS place ticks me off.

This started out as a bad experience but turned out to the best experience. Ms. Angel is the best and nicest person and know exactly what she is doing. If looking for school uniforms this is the place. Do not wait until the last minute to order....

The sign on door states they open at 930 waited 30 minutes no came to open . Waited in the heat. Some people do not have very much free time to waste. I will never shop here very unprofessional.

Angel is rude and continuously involves herself in her personal life when she is working and has shoppers that expect to be helped. I walked around the store for nearly an hour listening to her speak about her ill family member on speaker phone as she sat by the register watching my sift threw uniforms looking for a certain size and color. Once I finally found 1 uniform that fit ok and another that didnt fit great, but was manageable so I could at least start my job, she rudely tried to tell me how I should speak to my employer about a discount, actually saying a uniform discount is the first thing you should ask about in your interview..... Meanwhile she has no idea what it even takes to be considered for a medical employment interview. If she cant multi task her personal life with her job, the she shouldnt try, maybe she should try paying attention to what she is getting paid to do for a few hours each day!! She is rude! She is the reason I know so many people that would prefer to drive elsewhere to get what they need. She refuses to admit her mistakes (and she makes many!!) and continues to rudely blame the customer, I plan on talking to anyone a over her that I can about how she alone is chasing away customers with her loud, rude & aggressive behavior!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!! ANGEL IS TERRIBLE!!

Bad if you need to get uniforms I recommend somewhere else here you can’t get your money back even though you buy it and don’t even leave the store trying to return it “there is no fefunds mam leave the store before I call the police” she said when i asked for the money even for half of the 700$ nope

I bought uniforms from here and I can see what people are saying with the poor reviews. I haven’t had a problem per-se but the prices are ridiculous so I stopped going. I go to the one in Clermont instead. People who are commenting in all caps that it’s the best place ever in life is a bit much. I definitely, positively wouldn’t say all that...But, to each there own.

I’ve tried to visit this store twice within one week and both times the store is closed during store hours.. I even called the store before i left my job to make sure it was open.. someone answered and said yes we are open until 3pm.. i get there less than a hour later and the store is closed.. IT THIS JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!

I would love to leave a good review but i honestly cant. Despite the selction, becaus ei could have dropped a good 600 on scrubs i had picked out... how ever when i and my children receive a rude attitude and disrespect from the woman at counter i left my purchase and walked out.

This place is terrible. I placed an order for 1 polo, 1 tshirt and 1 pair of pants last week Saturday. One week later I was told it would be ready Tuesday 08/15, now one week and two days later nothing yet. No call no email no nothing. I would call and told all different things, all machines are down, The embroiderer would come in at 3:30 but I got you.... nope. I called today and asked to call back, I did and she kept me on the phone over ten minutes, meanwhile shes talking to others in store and ringing other people up. I hung up and showed up to be told nothing yet. Had to get my money back. Thank goodness I had a shirt at home. I know theyve been around about three years. How are you not ready for large orders. Poor customer service. I would rate a zero but no option. Dissatisfaction guaranteed.

Horrible horrible customer service. You only have 1 person running the whole store. I literally just waited 50mins to check out at the scrubs only check out. You kept sayinghere I come baby and then ignoring me bc the 2 people you have who are supposed to be filing school uniform orders are clueless and cant figure out to pull an order. Absolutely ridiculous. Sad thing is you just lost a couple hundred dollars in business today and probably hundreds of dollars more!!

Oh my goodness! I went in looking for some new scrubs for work as soon as I walked in I heard the owner yelling at a customer on the phone then gets off the phone and proceeds to yell at the employee who, didnt make a mistake, the owner just misunderstood the situation, I was in the store for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, I was browsing for styles and prices since Ive never been in this store before, as I was leaving, the manager says to me in an extremely unpleasant tone, what are you looking for? I said Im looking for prices and styles since Ive never been in here before, and she was very standoffish, although their styles are very nice and their prices are decent, I wont ever set foot in there again, the environment is very hostile and I feel bad for the employees, the seem to get verbally abused for every mistake they make and thats unfortunate. Ill stick to my usual route of buying online to save the hassle.

Its 9:50 am. Ive been here since before 9:30am which is the time that is posted on their door. Ive watched 4 people come to the door, wait, call the store as they peek inside, wait some more then finally leave. Before pulling off I only feel its right to do what I can do on my part to let other busy people know that if they have a busy schedule then its best you find a business that adheres to their posted store hours. After going to a few different stores in the plaza killing more time to allow more time for this store to open. Finally 10:02am I walked in to the cashier yelling at a customer, a gentleman jumped in and stated just give her the money back the cashier said Im not talking to you, you are not gonna just jump in like that. That is not going to happen she also read the the return policy aloud and told the customer that she must read. Its pretty cluttered dont bring small children if you dont want them getting lost in a sea of uniforms. Oh and dont expect to be greeted. One positive thing...the woman did assist with finding the right size for my daughters scrubs once she was done snapping at everyone and complaing about everyone elses negative energy.

If I could give Angel a below 0 I would. She is very rude and unprofessional. I went into her store since the end 27th of July wanting to find the size uniform for my child. Her daughter was in the store and explained the would not get a shipment until Monday. I went in on Thursday. (Still no shipment) I asked them to hold a 6x girls for me just in case. Angel said no problem just call her later on that evening to find out if they got a shipment and if not to tell her to go ahead and put the school logo on it. I called her and she said they got the shipment. I told her to go ahead. I called the Friday because I wanted a 7, I checked to see if they put the logo on as yet. They had not started. I asked her daughter to put the logo on 2 size 7 for me, she said they would be ready on Saturday by noon. I called Saturday they kept saying they were very busy. I called on Sunday I spoke to Angel, I asked her about the 2 size 7 and was it ready. She said they had been very busy. She also said that she only had one size 7 now. I told them yo go ahead a do that one. I called a 1 very busy and she would call me back. Called at 3 very busy she has yo call me back. I called at 5:15 Angel said they did not have the uniform ready. They were closed but would be working until 10pm. I went to the store at 1PM Monday thinking the uniform should be ready today since the worked on it Sunday evening. Angel was at the front. I asked for the uniform, she said it was in the back on the machine. I asked her how long will that take... Hmm, um mm, .well maybe a hour. I then turned to her I said I have been trying to get this done since Friday . I called you all weekend and you kept blowing me off, today Monday it is not done. That is when the real unprofessionalism I mean worst than normal for her came out. She told me she was doinh me a favor, took from some other persons order to help me out. she did not take a do.e from me. That is not how she did business. Mind you she told me to put the uniform on hold in the first place. She is rude, disgusting and very, very unprofessional. If you can help it take your money and your time somewhere else. Also of your childs school contracts with her let them know yo find some other store. I sure did right after this moment with her. I am your customer. Angel you are not going me any favors by selling me a uniform. You should be greatful I bout my childs uniform there last year. I am having someone hand make my childs uniform today and she will have it for school in the morning. I have my own business and would never treat my customers like this women treats people.

I would never tell my dog to go to this store angel collect my money from july 27 far my daughter uniform when i go there on August 11 no uniform come back on the 12 no uniform come back the 13 she say come back at 3 oclock i tell her i wait she say ok 4 oclock when i let my voice be heard she tell me get out before she call the police all i was doing telling a next customer i coming here 3 day straight now and pure run a run that all i was saying so i spend 340$ to here i call police on me wasnt stealing anything just want what mind but i report her in the morning to the BBB and go to Kingsway Christian academy they cant send you go deal with dishonest people

11am on a Tuesday morning and this place is closed, the hours say they are supposed to be open the open sign is lit yet the place is closed this is ridiculous.

I wish I could report on the quality of service, the prices, or the selection. Unfortunately I went to the store at 9:30am on a Thursday, which is when they are supposed to open, and the door was locked. I waited for 20 minutes and called the store twice with with no luck. I will now have to go to the other side of town for what I need as I refuse to waste my time on a store that may or may not be open during their advertised hours of operation.

The worst experience ever I really wish my child school will go through another company

I didnt even get in the door. I went at 12:15 on January 9th, 2017 and there was a sign on the door saying be right back in 45 minutes, at lunch. I went to the stores in the area to kill time, and went back and still no one. I called and called and no answer. I just tried one last time to see if the door was unlocked and its not, and its 2:30.

I attempted to get some scrubs from this business, but was unable to due to no one being at the store or answering the phone. Obviously their hours of business listed on here as well on their door are not accurate, as I was there at 3pm on a Thursday, lights on, door locked... No answer on the phone either, taking my business elsewhere. Poor business ethics.

This is happening right now . I was already inside the store purchasing some uniforms for my daughters . And a few minutes later the manager told everyone to leave the store . And said “I will reopen the store in 45 minutes” This is very unprofessional ! She has a horrible attitude towards her customers . She has bad customer service, Any school shouldn’t have a contract with her . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go buy there child’s uniform there . Period !
