Came in the store with very little expectations, had been rejected from a few other wireless providers, Jose helped me through obtaining not only the phone i always wanted at a reasonable price with no questions, no hassle, no down payment. 5 stars because Naomi gave me that 10 inch he’ll in the cell tomb slayer like uncle Ron. Other than that Geoff was extremely rude, asked me “can I help you sir?” Honestly unprofessional, I’d only go there again for my second date with Naomi. Anyone have good recommendations for bowel relievers?

Robert - Store Manager is awesome! Hes helped me 2 times with an issue that he couldve easily said he couldnt fix, and sold me a new phone. Even 611 tech service couldnt help me. He even followed up to ensure my phone was still working the next day. I will travel across Orlando to purchase phones from him going forward. Hes an asset to AT&T.

Amazing staff! After going into the apple store to try to fix my charging port I went into the store to look at my options for buying another phone. The 2 ladies in there where fantastic. After laying out my options and giving great advice they actually FIXED my phone!! Saved me a bunch of money. Apple said it wouldn’t be fixed and was just a paper weight now. Highly recommend going here!!

I went to the AT&T lake noma store and was ‘greeted‘ by the DM Nayome. When I entered the store she was rolling around in what I can only describe as a thick layer of brown sludge with a group of wild raccoons and hissed at me when I made eye contact. She then unveiled what I can only assume were her ‘clothes’ and began speaking Gaelic, asking for any food scraps I had (she could feed her ‘brethren’). Overall I’m rating three stars, because at the end of the day it was rather satisfying seeing Nayome in her natural habitat, learned a lot.

Unbelievable service from Andy and the other guys who work here. We came three days in a row trying to get our transaction sorted out and juggling options back and forth and being extremely indecisive. The staff was incredibly patient with us and took extra time to help us with our new phones and answer all of our questions. They stayed two hours after closing just to be sure we got set up properly and had no issues. Great place to come if you know what you want, youll be in and out. Also great if you need to come for an hour or two and just ask questions and take some time to make a decision. I have no doubt youll receive the same amazing service we did. Were really happy with our purchases and its all thanks to the dedication of the staff at this store.
