I drove all the way from Tampa to specifically go to this Apple store despite 2 being in Tampa. Laura was my advisor and she is the epitome and the best of Apple. So much needed to be done, it was not an uncomplicated situation and it was done smoothly with a smile and assurance and empathy to the situation. Laura handled my sale and was the best. Despite being a 4 hour round trip, this is where I will go with any service, purchase or problem.UPDATE: The sales team is fantastic. Steve was fantastic. However, my experience at the Genius Bar is condescension, throwing up obstacles and outright and direct hostility. Seems pervasive. The greeter was the same.

Tried to enter the store. Was stopped and told I need an appointment to look at their products. Thats laughable to me. I said, well then I dont need to spend my money here. Im from out of town. There’s a lot of sales person on the floor and nobody entertained us. I 4 guys and they were all ignoring me. I thought I got lucky when finally I got 1 to notice me, but nope, he just pointed where I can get help. Help?! Really?! Nope! I just got upset because the help he’s talking about were the 4 guys that were ignoring me. Yes! I was buying an Apple Watch. I just need them to give it to me and I won’t even ask questions. They are so bad with assistance and salesmanship. If there’s a zero, I’ll give them a zero.

Whoever manages this store is incompetent. Why do Apple employees get such an ego and arrogance on new product launch days? What retail business gets a kick out of a long line? When you order an iPad and go to collect on a new phone launch day (unknowingly) why not have a separate line for non new iPhone customers? I guess it’s because it makes your ego bigger with a longer line. When we asked the simple question why not have two lines one for new phones and one for all others it was met with a look like we were asking to build a community on Mars!Apple staff need a reality check, you are a retailer and that warrants some level of customer experience. The title manager means to manage- so manage!

I set up my appointment for Mac issue then replace my phone screen. That was my purpose. The tech set he has 15 minutes for me, so he can’t help me at all time. He run around to help other people. His time for me not even 5 minutes while I’m waiting the system running and waiting for him an hour and half. I came twice for the simple service but they act very big deal. The employees there didn’t care the customer upset or not. It means the apple company care for what they sale not means get the job done. 15 mins mean the problem is hr so the client have to come 4 to 5 times a week. Big company don’t care the customer satisfaction, but what they are purchase. On my case, I just need to drop off my phone to replace my screen, and come back in a few hours. But they said NO because they said that I didn’t mention on the appointment. After this none sense. I don’t believe I am gonna have a new iPhone but another brand. I think they wouldn’t care to lose a customer, but all about taking of a client. I wasted 2 days but nothing done.

The new appointment-only system is bad. The security people treated me unfairly because they were allowing other people to go into the line but I had to make an appointment to get any service. They didn’t help at all and we stayed 20 minutes with no help from them. Went to Best Buy in front of the mall and got my iPad Pro as fast as 5 minutes. Good customer service and helpful people.

Went to purchase a phone for Christmas, knew exactly what I wanted, just needed to go in, pay and leave. I had to wait an hour just to get into the store and then another 20 minutes in the store... This transaction would have taken 10 minutes in any other store. Very pretentious store, complete waste of time. Just get your phone in a different store or order it online and have it shipped, or better yet, get yourself an Android.

What to say about the Apple Store at the Mall at Millennia?I love this store. The associated are the best and are always willing to help.Its best to make an appointment, if not, go and sign up while you walk around at the mall or have a meal. They will help you as much as they can. I had to get my whole MacBook reset and they helped me, no questions asked.I hope COVID-19 times pass so we can enjoy Apple products together again.

Had issues logging into my laptop, asked the first associate I saw for assistance, and when I explained what was going on he said, we dont do that here. Have you called apple care. Bought IPhone 12 in late March 2021. It malfunctioned since day one. Spent many hour on phone with AppleCare and returned to store 5 times to have fixed. 31 July 2021 the phone is still malfunctioning. I am over playing round and around the mulberry bush with Apple! And Apple watches in general... If you do not have apple care be advised, Apple is now TOO BIG TO CARE enough to consider a variance in any situation, if you did not agree or were able to afford to spend more money on Apple Care to cover you... So when purchasing these be sure to invest in additional protection for your glass. Neither the team at the stores, nor over the phone, or chats are empowered to be objective of situations that fall out of coverage of recall programs... Nor is leadership trainees to be objective and client focused when possibly dealing with something out of the norm.Ive had this anniversary gift for two years and 13 days from original purchase date. When I visited Apple at Millenia about this issue... The only option Provided was to pay over $360.00 dollars to haves this fixed or buy a brand new watch at no discount. My watch went from its original value of $800.00+ to $0.00... Although it still seems to work... Im still puzzled how such a perfect break could have happened. I wish I had been advised by the Apple Genius Bar at the store... Some of the precautions I could have taken... Outside of an additional expense for insurance.I may have to reconsider next time I feel like flocking back to apple for their popular products... Their Customer Care approach isnt always as great as it seems.

I placed an order and made an appointment for an express pick up online. On arrival in front of the store, I had to wait for a while until I could get my preordered stuff. The handling under these circumstances during Covid is not fully developed. Inside there were so many staff members standing around and chatting to each other. I simply had a question whilst waiting, but a security guy told me to call the Apple hotline, instead of asking anyone of the staff in the store, which is ridiculous, even during a pandemic! Although there is a lot of space in the store, they had not many counters inside and in my opinion these counters were too close together! Once it was my turn, the service was slow and unprofessionell! I won‘t shop in there again, but unfortunately it was the only store in Orlando, which had the iPad I bought in stock.

Absolutely horrible service. I went to the Florida mall location and they informed me that the MacBook was out of stock but Millenia mall has some. I called I’m Advance to place the item on hold they informed me they had it and even wanted to charge me over the phone. I stated that no it was fine to place on hold I will be there shortly. I arrived and had to wait in line for 20mins for them to tell me the product was not in stock and there was nothing they could do, mean while the 5 associates they had outside controlling the line could not inform me this. They had no concern or sense of urgency to help resolve my issue and were rude the entire time. Would NOT recommend shopping at this location. Had much better service at Florida mall.

Made an appointment on-line as directed. Got to the store 30 minutes before and they told I could not check-in for another 25 minutes. Came back with my appointment printed and then they told me my appointment was canceled and that had to wait 2 hours. Spoke to a manager offered absolutely no kind of sympathy or help. I then told him I would buy a phone and then return the new phone and he tells me GO AHEAD I DONT CARE ITS NOT MY MONEY. Bought a new phone used it for one day and returned it for a full refund. Extremely frustrating experience. I go to this store after my phone dies and Apple tells me my phone didn’t qualify for a current Verizon promo. Of course I trust the people working and accept that this is true. Two trade ins later, Verizon is telling me I should have received this promo (saving me $420) but there’s nothing they can do without the phone going to the Verizon warehouse. 2 hours later and 4 phone calls Apple tells me there’s nothing they can do about it. I requested a manager call me back and they didn’t. I am the second person I know to be fleeced by apple and not to receive full Verizon promo. Moral of the story - do not trade your phone it at Apple. Do not trust that they will understand the phone company promotions.

It has the usual pristine and sterile feel that this chain is known for. Everything is white or natural wood and its inviting to go in. The biggest issue is the crowds. Its forever busy, and I mean to the point theres a wait outside to get inside busy.I dont mind popping in here to see what they have and just look, but the crowded nature of it is off putting, and not for me. The staff is always caught up with customers so asking questions is pretty much a no go despite how many employees they have there.Overall: BBusy and crowded so o rarely go, but its nice and shiny like all the chain locations.

Upon my arrival store associate was rude and ill tempered, seemed to be rushing due to store closing soon. Needed assistance verifying if phone had been hacked, why iClouds would not work and if I could reset iCloud today while present in store. No one would assist me. Literally had a 45 minute phone conversation with phone provider regarding sensitive information and was not once offered assistance. Not all associates were busy either. Definitely not what I expected.Was told no one, not even the ceo could unlock my iCloud I would have to wait the 23 days for both accounts. I don’t understand why. Also, I explained online my iCloud was hacked and photos as well as contacts (business & personal) were harassed and stolen.

I came here to get the battery in my iPhone 6S replaced. First time coming in to the store was great, felt safe, nice staff- I didnt end up getting the repair done that day because I needed to back up my phone first (my bad for not doing it beforehand) but the guy helping me was really nice and put a sticker on the new battery with my name on it, to reserve it- I saw him do it, it was stuck on there well- and he gave me the other sticker to bring in the next day to prove the battery was being held for me, and go ahead with the repair.Fast forward to the next day, I get to Milennia, get served promptly again by the staff (once again, very nice people) and the lady assisting me goes to the back of the store to locate the battery that was put aside for me. A couple of minutes later, she returns and informs me that the battery is gone- it was used for another customer last night, and there are no more in store.I dont blame the lady helping me at all, she was very nice and helpful and at the end of the day its not her fault. Unfortunately at this point Im given two options- wait around 5 days for another battery to come in, which I couldnt do because my current battery really was screwed. Or, go to Florida Mall to have it replaced instead, so I drove there, and they replaced my battery which took about an hour. Thankfully its not super far from Milennia, but still inconvenient.Im not sure Ill be visiting this particular store again for anything repair-related. I just dont understand how theres clearly a system in place to ensure that items are reserved for certain customers, and yet my new battery was used that same day for someone else. Whats the point putting a huge sticker with someones name on it if its just going to get overlooked?Overall- nice front of house staff, but not very well organised repair service.

Workers there are beyond mean. They feel entitled to interpret what you want and treat you like a lower class people. Very bad experience. We wanted to buy a newer phone and went there just to see them and have a feeling of the devices but they would not let you in the store if you dont have an appointment, they wont show you the phones and they wont even try to help you. I’ve had Extreme issues with my MacBook Pro, and members of management legitimately would ignore my complaints and logs of overheating. I had to go to different Apple Store to have my issues resolved. it’s sad that there’s so much variance amongst Apple stores and the services they provide. I guess if you go to luxury mall you should not expect to have common place issues resolved unless you intend to spend a whole lot of money for entire new computer for no reason.

Be prepared for a staff that could care less about you as a consumer and more about getting you out of the store. Days after the release of the iPhone 10 I was not allowed into the store to buy a laptop for over 2 1/2 thousand dollars because there were loads of Deadheads inside the store. Why dont Apple employees tell these people who are clogging up the store. Couldnt schedule appointment online so we walked in. We got there at 12pm made a reservation for 2pm. All employees were standing around and walking in and out of the store, bored out of their minds. We checked back with them 2 times to check on our reservation and the reservation kept getting pushed out until 3 oclock and then 3 fifteen. At that point we left. We already waited 2 hours. They werent even busy, at all. Not sure but this system they have is not a good one.

Being an apple customer for about 10 years now, I have grown accustomed a level of service from Apple stores and their employees in the US and Canada. Not once have I had a reason to complain as my reason for visiting a store has been address in its entireety each and every single time.However, on my most recent visit to the apple store in the Millenia mall, I was confronted with a complete oaf of a Genius Bar technician who was literally forcing my girlfriend to pay for a new device despite her being covered under apple care. It was only after having multiple conversations with his supervisors that he reluctantly agreed to do a full device swap. Upon receiving her new device, the supervisor came up to me and acknowledged that I was right and this should have been a simple device swap.What I have extrapolated from this experience is that the apple care warranty is at the mercy and/or discretion of the mood of the genius helping you. You may get lucky and face absolutely no issues, or you may, unfortunately, have to deal with the type of personality we had to endure.Management from the store reached out to us once via voice mail, and never called back when I replied to their voice mail. I give this store a solid F.
