I called and scheduled an appointment to have a tire mounted and balanced on Ducati 1199S rear wheel and I was told to come in anytime that day. I arrived and had my when and new tire handed back to me within 25 minutes. I attempted to get appointments at numerous other shops but I was given the run around. Thank You Euro Cycles for you assistance. You have earned my future business and Ill mention you to all my fellow riders.

Cant say enough about a great experience with Euro Cycles of Orlando. Spoke with Daryl on the phone about available Aprilias, He went above and beyond, answered all my questions about maintenance, additional packages available. I was unable to get down to pick the bike up and they detailed it and delivered it to my house after hours which was amazing. Great dealer highly recommended.

Good experience shopping here, and I got a reasonable deal. 3 stars because my purchase was an out of state registration and they totally jacked up the paperwork. They mailed it late and to the wrong address (after I told them specifically my mailing address is different than my registration address). So now my paperwork is sitting 1000 miles away that I have to sign, notarize, mail-in, and then wait for DMV processing, which I thought they were taking care of for me in the first place. I could have done it all myself and had my permanent plate already, and also would have saved this dealers $299 fee.

This is one of the most professional run motorcycle shops I have ever been to all the Personnel were amazing I even brought them sweet and sour ribs and peanut brittle and fudge I would recommend this place do anybody but you better bring your wallet

Went there to show a few bikes to my gf as shes interested in riding on her own. Daryl was super knowledgeable, answered questions and was not pushy in any way which is a huge thing for me. My bike had a lose battery cable and one of the techs came out to help as they were closing. If we get a Tiger, this is where we are getting it.

Everyone there was great and efficient, I walked in at 1:30 and left with an s1000rr by 2:45. Shaun was terrific, the finance guy Michael Schulz was also fantastic to work with. Super professional experience without feeling sterile. Even tho Im in ocala, I will go there for my bike needs. Have to mention that the shop was well curated, not cramped at all, bikes all standing able to show their beauty to patrons. The only complaint I have is that I nearly missed the shop due to the trees obscuring the building but thats it

I purchased a 2019 BMW F850GS. Daryl was my sales rep and he was great. He handled the negotiations professionally and, from my perspective, did everything he could to see I was satisfied. The service department was prompt in returning calls/scheduling for my 600 mile service. I was in the process of moving and needed some special care and again, Daryl continued to be helpful and treated me like a valued customer. I would strongly recommend Eurocycles of Orlando.

I’ve been looking to get my first bike and was looking at the Triumph Bonneville bobber black. I schedule a test ride and after driving a little over 30 minutes I get there. I am told by Daryl the sale manager that I am not allowed to test ride because I am not 24. Makes no sense because you need to fill out a form before you test ride a bike and it had all of my information so why wasn’t I told before I made the drive that I would not be able to test ride the bobber? would understand that with a Sport bike but I have to be 24 to test a cruiser? I was able to go to Harley and Indian no problem regarding my age and schedule a test ride. Daryl then tells me to go test ride the bike somewhere else and then basically was trying to convince me to come back to Euro Cycles and buy the bike from them because I Would get free delivery/discount on labor when installing parts. Sucks to see bad communication combined with bad insurance policy regarding the age in which one can test ride a bike.

Purchased a bike from them in Ohio. Pictures were certainly not descriptive. I let Daryl know to send me any pictures of imperfections, multiple times and he didn’t and said the bike was mint. Super wrong as there are scratches all over that are not in the pictures nor the inspection sheet from the shipping company. I sent them pictures and it took them a month to contact the shipping company. The agreed to pay for the damages and then backed out of it and had a “new GM”call me to tell me. They also notorized documents without me being present. Jason notarized my documents saying that i was in his presence and i was in fact not. I do have emails and pictures of the way the documents were sent. Still haven’t gotten title work almost 2 months later, turns out they “forgot” to have me sign a tax document and took them a month and a half to figure it out. Avoid at all cost unless you enjoy a headache.

Emailed about a bike listed online. Tyler, their sales manager, emailed back quickly and assured that a sales rep would help me out. Had to email again to get pictures of the bike- turns out it was not the model that was listed. Emailed sales back about it to make sure we were talking about the same stock number and never heard anything back. I was still interested in the bike... but not if I have to beg someone to take my money.

I just brought my 2014 Triumph Bonneville T100 in for a major service job. There were quite a few things wrong with it and Anthony in the service department really took care of me. They went through the bike with a fine tooth comb and made recommendations on needed repairs. Anthony seemed very knowledgeable and customer centric. When he told me my brake pads were worn and I hesitated he said well let me send you a photo which he did and it was obvious that they clearly needed to be replaced. When the repair was completed Vince delivered my bike right to my front door. He was also very customer oriented. Frankly speaking, my bike has never run so well than it does now. I am so pleased with this company. It has restored my faith in my decision to buy a triumph.

I recently purchased an 09 Aprilia Tuono from these guys. Daryl the sales chap was laid back, friendly and in no means pushy. I got the bike for a great price and the whole process was fast and efficient.Shortly after buying the bike the headlight bracket broke. Having looked at the bike, it has in the past been lightly dropped which looks like it cracked the bracket. I went back into the store, not to complain but to simply order a new bracket. The bike is 8 years old and second hand after all, and they could not possibly have foreseen the problem.I was told in no uncertain terms that We do not sell broken motorcycles and that they would order the part and fit it FREE OF CHARGE. The part arrived from Italy and I got a call, they picked the bike up in the late afternoon the same day and the following lunchtime I refused the kind offer of delivery and went to pick it up so I could thank them in person and go for a ride.From start to finish the process of dealing with these guys has been an absolute pleasure. They are the essence of what a great dealership is all about and I cant recommend them highly enough.

Looking to buy an R1200RS, they did not have on in stock but they are getting on for a test ride. Easiest test ride from any motorcycle dealership.
