I am a regular customer at the location in Orlando I hardly ever write reviews and Ive decided to take the time to write one now. They give wonderful customer service and are very professional about their job and Id like to add very knowledgeable. If there is ever a moment there is something they dont know they will find out and get it done. Both Monica and Annette are very good. I think they make a great team in working to ensure a customer always leaves satisfied. P.S.- once there was a customer very rude about not wanting to put his mask on.

Very Very BAD customer service. There were 2 very slow female workers behind the counter and I complained about how much time they were wasting chitchating and they gave me a bad attitude and told me to leave. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this store

All you need for your next drywall project, the girls are beyond example of excellent service. Their rental program is perfect, allowing us contractors to continue to produce work without the huge cost of tool investment.

Always friendly even if they dont have what you need they give you an ETA time of when it will be in and with a friendly smile. If you need taping tool go to Ames they will get you started.

Rude staff. Husband and I arrived 30 minutes before they closed. We were looking to purchase dry wall stiltz. @ 3:20 the worker stated the following: We close in ten minutes and I dont get paid overtime. After the rude remark we simply walked out.
