First time here(flatbed drivers), was in and out once I had load ready to get unloaded.

The prices are really good but the customer service is garbage. I was told material would be delivered one day and it showed up 3 days later, not even my complete order. They had the material on the truck but said it wasn’t my material. Had issues with 2 of the 6 doors that I ordered so having them rebuilt. They were supposed to pick up the 2 that were wrong on Tuesday, it’s now Friday. They don’t give a time frame for drop off or pick up. I have wasted days waiting on material from this company after they have billed me. They tell me that they will be there sometime after lunch. No call to inform me they are on there way or a window of a time frame. Extremely dissatisfied with them. Even if the material is cheaper I have lost time and more money because of their inconsistency. Will Not use them again.

Wont let drivers use the bathroom had to use the bathroom out in the backyard
