Our first visit, but we are already planning a trip back to bring their other dolls to the Salon. Every crew member we encountered was amazingly kind and helpful. The young ladies at the salon did an outstanding job of getting “Maddie” freshened up and as beautiful as ever. My oldest daughter was so happy, she was nearly in tears. Thanks for an awesome experience! Purchased two dolls, outfits, accessories, and a crib for Bitty Baby!

Wow!Gorgeous layout.I was SO impressed!I thought the whole product was a racket. I was wrong. The line of books is amazing! They talk about inclusion, gossip, cooking skills, surviving middle school...Awesome!

Room my wife and daughters. They seemed very happy to get what they wanted as my wallet didnt. 😆🤣🤣 But no. Nice stuff in there. Security is outside the door. And instead of just doing his job to secure the place he stands there like a gentleman and open and close the door for absolutely everyone. Great service there!

Other than the fact that they force you to wear a mask it was a great experience... They treated my daughters favorite doll like she was as important to them as her.. . ill update this review when we get the doll back in a few weeks

Good stock on the front side. Very minimal on truly you and matching items. Cafe shut down. Hair prices a little steep. Pretty cool though.

Everyone was extremely friendly to us and the girl who did our new dolls hair was excellent.

The managers at this store are horribly rude and can’t explain properly why they can’t process refunds. American girl customer support is no help either.

This place is amazing I had a lot of fun looking at all the dolls and accessories. the staff were super nice and friendly I have to give this place 5 stars. for adults reading this you have to take your kids here they would love it if they are in to dolls. also the hair salon was awesome the sweet heart braid was beautiful on Joss definitely recommend it. also the cafe was super cool 😎 the store is a nice size and the staff were super nice .when you walk in they greet you and say hello . BEST DAY EVER!!!I am 12 and I always bought my dolls online. Well, I got some points on AG rewards while I was at Disney World so i popped in here and just being in there made this one of the best days of my life! So many dolls! I bought a cute outfit for my doll, Lea! The doll i’m saving up for now is Truly Me Doll #22! I felt her hair while i was there and it is definitely softer than the others! The staff was SO friendly and helpful! I mean, they didn’t like follow you around like a personal shopper, like some other people thought (I’d find it kinda creepy if people were following me around 🙃) but if you asked them questions about the AG rewards and stuff they were very helpful and friendly!

This is a very nice and customer service is a 10/10. I went in with my 2 year old to buy her 1st doll and they were wonderful.

We usually have a big birthday party every year, but because of Covid we had to come up with a Plan B. When my daughter realized the Plan B involved American Girl she was elated. She was able to design her Truly Me doll to look like her online. Shipping was delayed but I ordered in plenty of time for her birthday. It was a great weekend. We took the doll with us and stayed overnight at the Florida Hotel, where we visited the American Girl doll store and had lunch in the bistro. Everything was so cute and fun!

What a fun time at any age. Surrounded by all this cuteness. The tea party is a memory maker for anyone. The best part is you can get dolls on loan for your party. Reservations are a must. Best time is during the week but always make room for a little wait due to the popularity. Each experience is worth the $.

A beautiful little store that takes me back to when I was little and collected American Girl dolls. The selection is immense and the displays are beautifully crafted and cared for, and the staff definitely knows all things American Girl. A cute cafe off to the the side of the store adds an extra dimension of fun, as do assorted photo op spots and play areas around the store itself. Nothing but nostalgia as soon as I set foot inside, and staff were eagerly waiting to help. Makes me miss my American Girl dolls--but Im thrilled to know more young girls will have the opportunity to grow up alongside them with stores just like this!

Brought our daughters there for the twins birthday and it was fun. Pretty pricey though, 145 for five people (before tip), but we did get a small cake and the girls got to eat with their dolls. They all had pasta and cheese, I had the hanger and fries, wife had salmon. Menu is a bit limited, staff was about average. Good experience overall, but maybe every other year event.

My daughter loved her experience.She started off with good lunch at the bistro.She then had a personal shopping experience with a staff member. The staff member was very friendly amd spent a lot of time helping my daughter and us find the right doll and accessories.At the end she got to take her doll to the salon and got the hair and nails done with an ear piercing. Overall was very satisfied.

It was my first time ever and it was huge. There was so many things. They have the back in the day dalls. They have at least 1,000 dalls there.

My daughter and I had our first visit today. We were celebrating her birthday and had the wellie wishers tea party. We had an incredible time. The service, the food, the ambiance, everything was 5 star. I couldn’t believe what all we received for $13.50 per person! We each received doll cup and plate for our American girl doll to eat on as well! I was expecting a small tea sandwich and cup of tea each, and it far exceeded all of my expectations. The staff are so helpful and friendly- they know each dolls story and can answer any question your little one has. I also loved how interactive the store was- the items are out for display and play. Even the bathrooms have little doll holders :). I can’t wait to go back. Literally felt like a kid again.

What a great store. This was my first time visiting an American girl store. I was really impressed by the variety of folks there are. I was also very impressed by the staff there. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. The store is immaculate and everything was neat and clean.

Took my little sis for her 7th birthday. It was a phenomenal experience for her. She took her doll, got her dolls ears pierced and we ate at the bistro where we got the birthday package which was really worth the price. They have designated areas where she got to play with her doll, we spent approximately 3 hours there and they went by really fast.

Don’t come for the food. Everything else about the store was good.Bistro food was terrible (for regular menu at least). Worst soggy cold fries, dried over cooked bacon and meat, past ripe avocados. Brought it up with our very good waiter who honestly admitted that probably wouldn’t really get fixed if we did it again but offered to bring out something else instead. Ended up paying $12 for the worst burger I’ve eaten in my life. Kids didn’t notice their food was bleh.

Regarding cafe- waited over 40 minutes for salad, cheese sticks, and spinach dip. Two other families in the cafe. When we finally received our food, dip was clabbered. I called staff over and she told me the dip always has this appearance.

Wonderful place to visit with a young daughter. She had SO much fun!!! We even spend time in the bistro eating some good food with Mary Ellen sitting next to my daughter the whole time.

Took my daughter here for her birthday to get a doll. She absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly and helped us search for exactly what we were looking for. There is a huge selection of both dolls and accessories for them. They have a salon there that you can take the doll to get her hair done at. Someone was getting one done when we were there and it was looking really good. Once we got what we needed we went to the Cafe there. The Cafe was really good. I got the turkey club and it wasnt overpriced I didnt think and it was super good. My daughter and niece got to high chairs for their dolls and little plates. They were living that. I would recommend both three store and cafe to anyone.

So much to look at ! I had no idea how much was involved in American girl dolls. We easily spent 40 minutes here.lots of dolls/accessory displays you can play with.hair salon for dolls available along with ear piercing. A restaurant you can dine at with your doll too. Bathrooms even included a seat for you doll to rest on in the stalls. Would imagine it is a great place to treat a special one for a celebration,although it can get very expensive.we were never approached by staff to see if we needed help,and left without buying anything but did enjoy exploring the store.

Great place for collectors and girls gifts

Its a Toys R Us for little girls. It is on the pricey side. If you go their dont go with your little girl. My 17 year old was wanting a doll with accessories. Over all they have everything for the American Girl Doll. Only with it was more affortable

We came during a weekday which I think was really smart. There was no crowd and my daughter was able to really enjoy her first AG experience. The employees were really helpful!

Maybe I got spoiled at the Atlanta AG store, but this store seemed just OK. We have gone to the Atlanta location each year for my daughters birthday for 4 years. This year we visited Orlando location since my mom lives in Florida and the Atlanta location is closed.This store was out of stock of ALOT of items. There were so many empty spaces on the shelves. We actually left to go get the Target alternatives to what my daughter wanted bc they were out of most items she had wanted to get with her birthday money.The bistro was ok. We waited about 10-15 minutes for a hostess to even appear. She didn’t offer a happy birthday at all and it seemed that we were a hassle to her more than anything. Our sever Austin was amazing and honestly was the one redeeming quality of our visit. The food was really good as well.I’m so bummed with this experience as I was hoping this would be a good alternative to the Atlanta location 😞

Maybe I should have put the whole story before they replied back to me. Here is it!!!!Not so happy :( I promise daughter I would take her to Amarican Doll cafe with her doll. We get there at 3:10pm along with another lady and her daughter. They walk up at the same time as we do and but we let them ahead of us.The host ask them how many?Lady replys - two!Host seats then returns back to us and saysIm sorry we close at 3pm please return on another date.I was in shock!! And did not want to start asking questions on why she let the other lady with her daughter if that was the case.It was bothering me since my daughter started asking questions on why we couldnt go in. I was upset that the host would accept one child and not another child especially during a time when race is playing a big factor and my daughter is starting to see and understand why thing happen because of her race. It just looked wrong that the majority of the customer were Caucasian including the lady who walked up with us. And my Hispanic family was turned away.

It was very nice but I couldnt find a doll that looked like my little black daughter with thick collie black hair.

My daughters had to spend their Christmas gift cards immediately after the holiday. The in store experience is definitely better than just wrapping a doll as a gift. The staff is always so energetic.

We usually go to the AG store in NYC and werent sure what to expect here. Great service, clean and neat store and lots of room for the girls to explore and look at the accessories. Two of the items we were hoping to purchase were out of stock, but the girls managed to find a few other treasures!! Will definitely visit again!

We spent over an hour in this store and never once were acknowledged. There were less than a handful of other customers in that store. Was really slow, sat at restaurant for 5 minutes and never was even glanced at. Those dolls are pricey my daughter really wants one for her birthday, was thinking about getting her a doll and doing the diner with her new doll, but since no one would bother to give us the time of day to answer my questions, I guess Ill look for a different idea.

This place has great customer service. I had a list of things and gave it to a helper and they went and collected the items while I shopped for other things

Yesterday my daughter and I took my granddaughter there to celebrate her 9th birthday. What an amazing experience! I was so impressed with the store layout and the quality of the merchandise. She already had one doll but wanted another for her birthday. They also had other size dolls for younger children besides the traditional American Girl. Plus I was impressed that they had a doll for every girls need - from wheelchair to hearing aids, glasses and even cast for broken limbs - also therapy dogs! All the employees were great. We had lunch in the cafe and I have to say that was a wonderful experience! We were immediately welcomed by Mike (a young man wearing a full Pink apron) and he was so good at his job and made the whole experience one that was FUN and to remember! He went out of his way to make it a day she’ll never forget. I hope they know what an asset he is to their business! Thank you American Girl for offering a doll that gives our young girls a good roll model to aspire to.

Great place

We had a wonderful time just a few days before Christmas! Although it was busy everyone was very helpful and caring! My husband and I were looking for a particular outfit that had sold out and were checking out when a man at the other checkout heard us. He had the last outfit in the store and gave it to us to purchase for our daughter! Amazing people in the AG community and wonderful staff at the store! Thank you all for your kindness, my daughter was so happy with everything she received! Especially the winter sparkles outfit that she received through the kindest DAD that day! Tysm!

I went to the store and purchased some items through their Affirm option. 1 of the items I ended up needing to return. I live 1 hour and 45 mins away so I called 1st to ensure I would be able to return the item or at minimum receive a store credit because I couldnt locate my receipt. The salesperson told me I would be able to return the item and even gave me my transaction number and the register number to provide at the store. Today we drove all the way there and they would not let me return the item nor would they issue me a store credit. I explained what I was told over the phone and that I drove a long way just to be denied. They said it did not matter. That a corporate supervisor had just informed them over the phone that because I purchased the item through their Affirm system they do not allow returns or store credit. Now I am stuck with a $235 item that is of no use to me. She mentioned something about me shipping it to their corporate office or something of that nature but the shipping for this heavy item may end up being almost as much as the item itself. Of course the cost is on me to ship. I am highly disappointed with American Girl. I thought they had a good customer service experience because of my initial visit but all good nature towards them is gone now. I will never purchase from them again and will encourage others not to as well. They have no signage or policy displayed that says if you use Affirm there are no returns or store credit. They really need to let people know that in advance.

If you have a daughter this is a must visit! Cool wears for the doll and daughter. A bistro to sit and chill or sip and eat. A perfect place for an impromptu tea party or a full blown birthday party! Very neat and different toys for girls, for example there was a space ship pod with mres, meals ready to eat packets...for girls, what??? That made my day!
