My experience at DriveHub was outstanding. Having been in car sales for a large dealership (and hated it but needed a job), I expected lots of haggling, back and forth, bait and switch, and the usual choreography dealerships drill their sales team for. I was first extremely pleased to find they listed on their website to be exactly as described with no attempt to hide anything. Second, by being forthright about my trade, deposit amount, and credit, they were able to match me with the right lender. Third, they didnt tell me they were going to remove fees, only to pack them in the backend with inflated interest points. This purchase was for my wife since our kids are grown and we didnt need a minivan any longer. I have told my two older kids if they are in the market for a car to go to DriveHub. It takes a lot for me to give my own kids a referral, but this was definitely a positive experience. The only negative is that it takes time to do a deal. That is not DriveHubs fault, that is just the nature of buying a car and waiting for the lenders to respond. Two thumbs up - and I would sell cars again for a company like theirs if I needed a job!

Based on the price for the vehicle I was interested in and reviews for this location, I thought I had hit the jackpot. I test drove a vehicle and thought it was nice, but I had asked for certain mechanical issues to be fixed, DriveHub told me would take 3-4 days to fix. I told them I would come back in 7 days. It was all downhill from there — there was NO communication on their part. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, I sent an email to ask for an update and that if I didn’t hear back I would assume everything was good to go. Heard nothing back so I drove over an hour and a half to pick up the vehicle and THEN was told it’s STILL not ready and that they need “2 more days” I had to call multiple times to check the status — 9 days later and I still don’t have an update, I call again and they are “still working” on the issues and needed just “one more” day. These were minor issues like the check engine light being on and the radio not working. I would not have been so upset had I not signed all the paperwork, put a small down payment, took out a loan, put this vehicle on my insurance (the dealership knew I was doing all of this and still did not care about me as a customer). HUGE waste of time especially since I live nearly 2 hours from this place. Luckily I was able to back out of the loan with no penalty and get the vehicle off my insurance. They only refunded my down payment after I mentioned bringing a lawyer into it. Car was great minus those issues I asked to be fixed - however I will not be giving my money to such a shady and lousy company. I am convinced all these 4-5 star reviews were part of a discount negotiation worked out on behalf of Drive Hub.

This place has some hot inventory, but they tend to vigorously thrust it upon you even if you didnt come for it.

Would recommend Trucks N Toyz over and over. Bill started off strong with very quick responses to my email inquiries about a truck on their lot. The offer was too good to not take the 90 minute drive to check it out. The men on the showroom floor were warm and welcoming from the start. Bill was very laid back and helpful. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Hubby and I took it for a quick test drive and fell in love. Bill got our paperwork filled out efficiently and recommended gap insurance and had a great warranty to offer. I passed on the gap and accepted the warranty. He didnt put anymore pressure on the gap insurance but gave us helpful information about the warranty company that is based out of Napa. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would buy from them again.

After finding out online that they had the truck I wanted and I read all of the positive reviews I figured it was a safe bet to contact them. I received a quick response email telling me that they truck was still available so I stopped in. It was the easiest, no pressure truck buying experience Ive ever had! After buying directly from a Chevy dealer on my last truck I was a little weary but this was way too easy. Paul happily opened up (in the pouring rain) several trucks for me to test drive. 2 days after the first email Im driving the Chevy diesel I had my heart set on. Paul is awesome. It was easy, laid back, and took all of the scariness of buying a truck away. He even pointed me in the right direction of a good local diesel shop for routine maintenance. I cant recommend these guys enough.

We had been looking for trucks in and out of state for a while… When I called them they gave me a lot of general information about truck buying over the phone through several calls showing a strong knowledge of trucks that you dont get at a general dealership. When we came to their store, it was a very personalized experience, no pressure...easy to do business with. We ended up buying a different truck than the one we came to look at because it was so nice! They added runningboards for us and several other special services to get it ready for us. What can I say about Trucks N Toyz? Honest and Integrity are something that the majority of car dealerships shy away from. Not Here!!! I have purchased 2 trucks from them in the past 3 years. Their prices are the best around and they have the absolute cleanest inventory of used trucks. 3 years ago I walked into the dealership looking for the Unicorn of Used Dodge Diesels. A 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab 4X4 with the Cummins 5.9L. Us Cummins Guys love our 07 and under 5.9s. They did not have one at the time. However, a few weeks later Pat called me and told me to check out the one that came in on their website. They had found the Unicorn with only 40,000 miles. Within 2 hours I was down there. I spoke with Pat and Paul. Paul, the owner asked me what I was going to do with my low mileage 2014 Ram that was lifted on 35 tires. I had planned on keeping it but he made me an offer that I could not refuse. There were a couple of things that I wanted changed in the 2006 and Paul told me no problem. Their Mechanic Chris did a fantastic job of removing the front bench seat and installing bucket seats for me. This was something that I was incredibly grateful for. The fact that Paul did it for me at no cost shows that he truly cares about his customers. The price on the Unicorn was well below wholesale and the financing was easy. Pat found me the best rate around and I was in and out in less than an hour. 2 days later, I picked up my Unicorn with a smile on my face.Fast forward to 2018. It is time to add another truck to my stable. I did not even bother shopping around because Trucks N Toyz had taken care of me before. I walked in and was greeted by Paul the owner and told him exactly what I wanted. He tossed me some keys and I test drove 2 trucks by myself. After returning from the test drives I spoke with Pat and I picked out a 2016 Ram 2500 4X4 Laramie. Yet again, I asked for some changes to the Truck and Chris their Mechanic made it happen at no cost to me. After having the truck for about a week I had some very repairable minor issues with it. I returned to the dealership and Chris handled the minor issues. 1 week later, the truck developed a weird wobble and I brought it back and spoke to Paul the owner. Paul asked me what I wanted to do. He offered to fix it free of charge. He also offered to swap the truck out for another one at no additional charge to me. Paul was sincerely apologetic and explained that he only buys and sells the cleanest trucks around. I already knew that and I also understand that sometimes pieces of machinery have minds of their own. Paul was more concerned about me being a happy customer than losing money on the deal. He gave me a 2017 Ram 2500 4X4 with lower miles than my 2016. Pat handled all of the paperwork and contacted my bank and explained the situation. There were a couple of dings on the body of this truck and Paul had it fixed at a body shop for me. I had accessories on the 2016 and Chris removed and reinstalled them on my 2017. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!In closing, Trucks N Toyz is a fantastic place to buy a vehicle. They have the best inventory and the lowest prices around. They are straight forward and honest. Their customer service is the best around. They stand behind their vehicles when most dealerships would not. Bought 2 Chevy Duramax 4x4 great deal great service

You Know how you always hear the jokes about used car salesman? Well a lot of times its true, a lot of them probably would sell their mom to make a couple bucks, that is not the case at TruckNToyz. I had been looking for weeks for a good used Ford truck with a diesel motor, as most diesel folks know this can be a touchy situation especially with the 03-07 model year trucks. I test drove and researched and saw so many GOOD DEALS, but it wasnt until I stepped foot into TrucksNToys that I actually felt like I was in the rite place looking at the rite truck. Patrick was very helpful from start to finish, and most importantly he was HONEST! He didnt try to sell me a peace of lead with gold paint he sold me a solid 06 F350 and the truck was everything he said and more, How do I know this you ask?? Because knowing that these guys dont have a crystal ball and cant always tell if a truck is about to have some kind of failure I took it down to a very reputable diesel shop and they said it was One of the cleanest and well running used 6.0 diesels they had ever seen... This truck was something I had wanted for YEARS and I am so glad that I found TrucksNToyz and made the decision to take their word and buy this truck from them
