Instead of answering my calls they just keep transferring me back to the options loop. Literally can’t even answer the phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Parking services is in the top 5 worst departments at UCF. First it’s an extremely expensive pass, the people they employ are probably the rudest people I’ve seen them make students literally cry. I’ve gotten tickets 2 min after parking and have gotten tickets after purchasing a daily pass.

Who puts handicap entrance on the opposite side of entrance to the football field. Took a real college grad to design this. Hope they did not graduate from UCF.

They love robbing broke students who already pay thousands of dollars for classes! you would think that during a global pandemic they would be a little bit more understanding but no !

We made it to the window at 4:05 pm. Carlos was closing ready to finish working. We explained we were headed home and wanted to resolve the parking decal. Carlos showed exemplary customer service by keeping the window open beyond his work hours to help us out. Customer service of this kind is rare and refreshing! Thank you so much to UCF Parking manager and Carlos!!!

One of the worst experiences Ive had having to deal with staff on campus. Extremely disrespectful and rude. They cant even write an email without sounding rude. Avoid having to interact with these people as much as possible.

Don’t expect them to be friendly, patient, understanding and last of all helpful. They have no idea that they are STILL the face of UCF regardless if they are a professor or ticket/parking booth assistant. they should not be able to treat people the way they do.

Honestly they just DO NOT care about the students no matter whats going on in the world. And i dont like how they prey on college students for their money. out of all the things theyve done wrong to me and others the last straw to make me write this is, they are quick to put a hold on your account then act tough when you ask them to remove it lol.

UCF has most certainly had more downs than ups since I have begun upper education. And parking services staff are the most disrespectful people I have ever met. I am sorry for anyone who has to spend more money to a University that is already reaping off the backs off college students during a global pandemic. Not only has tuition prices remained regular prices when only receiving a fraction of services that are supposed to be provided the University allows and promotes such behavior. The school states we are all in this together and this is the biggest scam I have ever heard.

Not enough parking spaces. Parking fees are high. Not enough Kiosks. Cant reverse park anymore. Parking Service supervisors are impatient. They do not have an adequate amount of passes for sport coaches. Block off parking spaces regularly. Make literal millions off citations every year.All in all poor.

Show up early and get a space, wish they enforced parking between the lines a bit more.

Not a big fan of their parking services. You pay thousands of dollars in tuition and still have to pay $70-$80 on a tag for your car. Might as well add that into the tuition and give all the students one. Not to mention that their aren’t enough parking spots for every student and their are specific parking spot you can park in depending on your tag....

Why should you have to pay $100 for a parking pass if you literally have to drive strangers to their car just to get their parking spot. Why pay $100 for a parking pass if you are using park and ride, which takes longer than just finding your own alarming spot anyway?This school is way too overcrowded and what do they build instead of a parking garage? A HOTEL! Which is being built faster than the library which has been h see construction for probably two years now?

Honestly okay. The people there can be rude at times, and they are slow. Just dont get a ticket and you wont have to show up. Then again theyll ticket you for anything... Have fun

Decals are ridiculously expensive and a single ticket cost almost as much as the decal as well. No warning, nothing! And theyll keep giving you tickets... $$$

I dont understand how you can justify banning back-in parking aside from making more money. All it does is making it more dangerous to park on campus where they have zero protection for your property, poor quality garage cameras with tons of hit and run cases.

I applied for master a year ago and i wanted deliver my documents by hand. I got the daily park permission which was $5. In the same day there was an event and bunch of people. I just parked my car front of grad school for 3 mins and this 0 IQ staffed gave me ticket even i said i ll be back in 3 mins. Two times I disputed the citation but no result when they brutally wanted to take students money.

There was a gentleman there I forgot his name, but he delivered quality customer service. There was a complication with me choosing the wrong parking decal. He explained everything to me and made it worth my time. Defenently one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had

The employees are helpful and there is a separate space in parking B for students who need to discuss some matters with the parking servises. However, in a daily basis, you have to arrive early to find a parking spot in all the garages.

Got half a semesters worth of my parking decal due to COVID19 that I paid $50 for and they are not issuing any refunds or partial refunds because of this. Pathetic.

20-30mins to find parking. Having to park all the way out of the way (park and ride) to walk to class drenched in sweat or maybe the rain might get to you.Not to mention, if you take the shuttle and you live in Boardwalk or College station (route 2), good luck. Worst route ever. They always running super late. (You will probably be late to class one of these days). If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Expensive parking with limited spaces. Areas are not adequately labeled to prevent users from parking in the incorrect area. I expect better.

$100 for a parking pass and half the time I cant even find a spot within 45 minutes. The fact that they feel $100 is a fair price, on top of all the tuition and other associated costs, is abhorrent. Just another layer of the college cash grab scam.

Bought a new car, had to get another decal. It was a really quick process, and the customer service was excellent. The attendant was very nice, to the point that I let him know how good he was at customer service.

You can and do spend hundreds of dollars on parking passes every year, only to be ticketed again and again. I especially love getting pulled over by UCFPD on my way to take an exam, given a warning about expired registration, only to come out to my vehicle and find UCF Parking has decided they want in on this action and ticket me for $40 too. If you need to do anything with this part of UCF its entirely online. You get to go into their office and use their computer or more likely wait for it. Parking your car here Ive had my vehicle damaged several times (minor scratches and dings) and at any time after 8 good luck finding parking.0/10 Not recommended

I got a parking ticket during orientation, even when I had my printed orientation pass because “I parked in garage H instead of A.” This was before I was even a student at UCF. It’s about $120 for a year long parking pass which is crazy and you basically have to get to campus before 9 am if you don’t want to spend 30 minutes finding a spot. This year alone, they blocked off more parking spots for residential students so that’s even less parking spots for off campus students to find.

OK, so during finals the last day of the semester they decide to give me a parking ticket.I paid $5 for a parking pass that is good until 11:59pm on 8/3/17. The ticket was printed somewhere between 1pm and 7pm 8/3/17 saying the pass I got was only valid on D lot and garages.OK man, then why could I purchase it in garage C and why is garage D closed for renovations for two months. Ridiculous judgement by the parking attendant.Every other time Ive parked in the same garage and purchased a ticket from the same kiosk INSIDE garage C.UCF wont get a DIME of the $25 fine. I will appeal this and if it the appeal is denied, then I will take greater means of clearing this citation.Outrageous that they would do this. Are the attenders paid commission on how many they write? Complete BS.

Attempted to get decal early but were closed 30 minutes before its closing time. Had to cut it close to decal expiration as I only had one other time I could go by and it was the day before it expired.

2 Parking ticket for using mental health services. Now that I’m a reapplying I have a hold on my account for parking... would rate collect $70 then help me graduate - sounds like UCF.

Passes should be cheaper especially in these times where people need to make every penny count and go farther

They cut me some slack and waived my $40 ticket for an expired tag. That was a refreshing change in our greed driven, profit at all cost society.

I wish there was more free parking for visitors, I have a decal but when my family or friends come to visit and I want to show them the campus it’s next to impossible to find free visitor parking, garage F is usually full and the visitor center is way off in space away from the main campus. I’d imagine that this probably turns off prospective students who want to check out the campus as well.

Probably the worst system you could think of. Live off campus and commute via the shuttles. Dont even try and deal with this office.

I give the school all this money in tuition, but obviously thats not enough for UCF. I also have to pay $50 a semester to park on their campus. Why am I paying for a service that barely exists? Why do I pay money to have to wait 30 minutes to find a parking spot? Why does UCF collect all this money in parking revenue but cant create enough spots for students to park?

Decals arent cheap and finding a place to park can be a nightmare.

Horrible unfriendly staff! They will ticket you for almost anything and on top of that, the permit prices are ridiculously expensive! Considering the absurd lack of parking on campus its shameful that they rob the student body of their money by forcing us to buy a parking permit!

Pay over $100 to park by the softball field and have a bus with no A/C occasionally go back and forth from campus.
