Working with Eastside kitchen was a 10 out of 10 experience! Excellent communication, on time, everyone involved was very friendly. I wanted to be involved every step of the way and I was. I knew exactly what was happening each day, got pic updates, and best of all my condo was left sooo clean! I moved out for 3 weeks during the renovations and coming home to a clean condo and new kitchen was everything. I’m thrilled my result and would absolutely use and recommend eastside kitchen and bath.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with my shower. I had ugly 2inch square white tiles on the floor and 4inch white squares on the wall. I also had the fixture changes from an old 2 knob shower to a single knob. I wish I had remembered to take a before picture. Austin was very helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted. He communicated with me before during and after the project. I will definitely use Eastside for future projects.

Austin was able to suggest workable ideas and options. They showed us a wide variety of cabinet and countertop options. We were able to see the design before the project started and we’re contacted when charges were needed. The price was reasonable. The before and after pictures speak louder than words. Remodeling is almost as stressful as buying a home, we spent months deciding what we wanted then we started our search for the right company and got a few quotes together back in March. Then corona hit hard and we put everything on hold, I had followed eastside services on Facebook when Austin came out and got my quote together and was very impressed with not only the work he was posting, but how he posted and how professional his social media presence was. So after 6 months when all the corona craziness died down we gave him a call and drew up a contract. Austin was so helpful with my questions instead of telling me what I wanted to hear. Whether discussing granite vs quartz, taking out a wall vs working around it, or LVP vs Tile. He always gave the facts and first hand experience. Our remodel was a huge job and we actually moved out of our house for a month to get the whole house done at once. Eastside completely remodeled both bathrooms, wood look tile throughout the entire house, new counter tops, moved outlets, backsplash, baseboards, turned single sinks into double, and even removed a couple walls. When it was time to move back in, we surprisingly walked back into a clean house. Our biggest complaint with some of the other companies we got quotes from was communication. I can honestly say that Austin never went more than 5 minutes with out responding to me, he would send photos almost every day of progress and would verify exactly what our vision was and he executed them and beyond. I would recommend Eastside Services to anyone looking for a professional job at a reasonable cost, with out fear of quality of work, communication, or experience.

Eastside Kitchen and Bath is by far the best and most professional company I’ve worked with. Everything went as planned, even minor hiccups were handled with ease and the answer to every question or change was, “Yes, we can!”. Im a punctual person and you could set a clock to them…they take being on time very seriously and it was always appreciated. Our bathroom remodel is stunning and we couldn’t be happier. Austin and his team are amazing to work with and we couldn’t recommend them more. Although we are thrilled that our bathroom is complete (on time as promised, by the way), we will miss seeing them each day. Austin, along with his crew did a wonderful job on our guest bath. This involved removing the current tub and installing a shower, all new floor and wall tile, new electrical and installation of vanity mirror and pendants. My questions were addressed immediately,, and both Brett and Allen were very patient throughout the process. We used a specialty Moroccan tile, and Allen installed it beautifully. We will definitely use them on our next project.

It included a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, fixtures, floors, fans, crown molding, cabinets, odds/ends, and 2.5 bath remodels. I have known him for about 25 years and I knew he was the best person I knew to fit those qualities. We found Eastside Kitchen & Bath on our NextDoor website and it is a good thing we did as they do not advertise. Their business is highly recommended on the NextDoor website and that is all the advertising that they need. We compared their estimate with another business that does advertise heavily and Eastside was the best deal to have our kitchen counter replaced, a new sink put in, and a backsplash installed. Austin Horne was our primary contact and he insured that each job was done well and on time by company specialists in each area. Coincidentally we had a wall outlet in the kitchen go out as the install was finished (but had nothing to do with their work) and Austin made a special trip back to us to ensure that a new outlet was in and working. They did such a great job that the wife will surely use them when she decides to redo our baths. Five star recommended. Thanks Eastside!

We just cannot say enough good things about Eastside Services (Austin Horne and his team). They recently remodeled two bathrooms in our home that required a complete gutting of both. Austin was super responsive during the quotation process and then throughout the entire execution of the remodel. Since we were home during the remodel due to COVID, we were able to witness his team’s dedication and quality workmanship. His folks were here every day at the same time, prepared with all the proper tools/equipment, and dedicated to our project. They completed the project as scheduled even after all the obstacles presented along the way due the age of our home (1946). Each employee took pride in their work and strived to achieve complete customer satisfaction. As a result, both bathrooms came out beautiful! We truly go in them to just admire them. We have not had any issues since the completion of the project. However, I know if we did, then Austin and his team would take care of us.

Bathroom door installation: Another quote did not include sheet rock or paint. Why would we hire someone and then have to hire someone else to finish. Austin beat his price, did the whole entire job, did a custom job in the arch of the door, did not have to use any sheet rock and painted the whole thing. Was very professional, did it in a timely manner. Very very satisfied, we are going to hire him again for more projects. 10 stars!!!!! Definitely recommend him.
