Bought a “hooded cape” just to find out there was no hood, had to go to target last minute to get a new one because this location was already closed. Had to argue with the employee to get a refund because the item was not what it said it was. They have cool costumes and items but way overpriced and absolutely no return or exchange policy. Save yourself the headache and go to target or party city.

Good selection and well organized but, dear God, the prices are so high! If you are buying for more than one person, go somewhere me where else! Prices averaged around 60ish for a costume.

The managers is sketchy AF! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASE!!! They falsely advertised an item we purchased and gave us a hard time to return our money. Also extremely overpriced items. Better off going to Party City or Spirit Halloween!

The man who runs the store as very kind and helpful. An amazing store with everything you could possibly need. Some stuff is pricey some not. They have sizes from babies thru extremely big people....tall and wide. Decorations accessories galore. I suggest stopping by because there is no way you wont find what you need...ALL YEAR ROUND and there are 2 locations

I loved the selection at the store, even though it is overpriced due to Halloween demand. The staff is helpful even when busy, giving advice on which products to use to make a halloween outfit look the way you want to. Would definitely go back again

Prices were incredibly high. Signs everywhere saying Do not touch. Packaging on many of the items is battered and abused. And much of the merchandise is 10+ years old.

Extremely over priced!!! Im not paying $65 for an infant costume or even $40 for an Ariel outfit that literally is just like a night gown with no accessories. They do have a great inventory with tons to choose from. Its just over priced.

I called the location at 8200 Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, FL to find out if they sold Nefertitis crown/ head piece but before I could even ask the full question I was cut off mid sentence. I asked, Can you tell me if, and then cut of by this guy saying NO I CANT, I have a line full of customers. He could have easily asked that I called back or suggested that I come in. Then I said, I just wanted to know, then I was cut off again by him saying, WHAT IS IT? I finally got to ask for what I was looking for then he HUNG UP on me. I called back & asked to speak with the manager & as usual he said he was the manager. I asked his name, he said his name was Larry Smith (not sure how true that is). Be aware, do not call to ask any questions. All I needed was a Yes, No or Im not sure answer but instead I got straight rudeness & attitude. Unfortunately I had to put 1 star in order to write this post :(

My boss went here and told me how rude the staff was. An employee, older man, followed her around and treated her as if she was going to steal something. She eventually left. I tried going to the store myself, twice, and the staff was rude each time. The first time the guy ignored me, refused to talk to me directly and kept talking to another employee. I ended up walking out. The second time I went, the same guy (from my last visit) told me sarcastically that everything was 50% off. I said thank you with a smile. He sarcastically said your welcome and proceeded to laugh at me with another employee. It was uncomfortable.. and I wasnt sure why they found my response funny but I dealt with it because the sale was pretty good. I go to check out trying to make friendly small talk and the guy was rude, short with his answers and generally not nice. Honestly, Spirit Halloween has a better variety ranging from different movies, TV Shows, and anime. Its more expensive here for cheaply put together, generic costumes.

It is supposedly open until 9pm but I got there tonight at 8:20pm and the store was already closed yet the neon open sign was still on in the front? I feel kind of silly about rushing over after work just for the store to be closed.

This is the worst custom shop that I had ever been to. Bad quality, high prices and always low inventory. I bought a broom that got broken and dispatched within 4 hours ! The dress got ripped from the first time.

This store deserves zero stars. My daughter and I went to the store on orange blossom trail in Orlando Florida. I will never step foot in this store again. When we walked into the store we were not greeted like the other customers, but I was ok with that because I was looking for a costume. So, I went to start looking at costumes, for the first moment we started looking at costume one of the employees started walking back and forth watching us. I dont steal ok lets get that straight. There was a second employee an older guy took up where the first guy left. Every isle we went through he followed us. It was ridiculous. We were the only blacks in the store also. I am so tired of all of these unnecessary racism. My daughter is only 8 years old and she didnt understand why this man was just following us in the store. I did explained to her about racism and how ignorant people can be even if they are minorities also. Oh did I mention that they were hispanic.

Worthless. Website says it closes at 11, store has said 11 on the phone multiple times. Arrive at 9:27 and the cashier says they closed at 9pm with a dozen customers inside. At least 6 cars all arriving to attempt to shop. Store is garbage.
