I am a small town person and Bay Hill Eye Care feels like it should be in a small town. Just great customer service and pricing. The doctors and all the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. And I never have to wait more than a few minutes. My daughter recommended them to me. Said I would love them and she was right!

Dr. Wendy is so awesome and extremely patient. My eyes have change so much that Dr. Wendy has had to make three changes with my prescription and fitting of my lenses. Extremely pleased with the final outcome. The office staff gives such professional service but also very friendly. They are very helpful and thorough with patients accounts.

Beware of their front desk and appointment system. I had been booked for a month. Received confirmation text messages 3 times reminding of my appointment. Then I called today on the way to the appointment to say I was running a few minutes late and they tell me the doctor is not there today (!!!), that they called me on June 17 to reschedule but nobody answered the phone and they didn’t leave a message (nor tried to call me again after that, and there isn’t a missed call on my phone). I received an appointment confirmation from their system on June 23, then again on June 28 and again today June 30. The front desk person said “oh the system sends these automatically once you are in the calendar”. Guess what? If the doctor is not there, why didn’t you remove me from the calendar? Why didn’t you call me again to reschedule? Why didn’t you text me to reschedule? How am I supposed to know if nobody talked to me about it? What a waste of time.

Some staff are nice some are rude .Iam a disabled man in a wheelchair and was asked why i didnt tell them i would come in a wheelchair unbelievable...also because iam overweight the girl doing my exam was making comments about my weight. I went for eye exam not a review of my life..the eye doctor himself is great. But some of the staff are horrible. ..And still a month later and after i was told someone would contact me about this review. Bayhill eye care hasnt ..
