Disappointing. I brought my phone in only for a change in battery. Battery dies in in an hour otherwise perfectly functional. i use my phone for work. i got a bas feeling when young man looked at my phone aggressively. I thought he was going to break the case and covering.I thought Im not getting a good feeling.He broke the phone......Now he has to order another replacement. problem scheduled telecons and zoom.ahis attitude was unprofessional. and patronizing As if he was doing me a favor another phone. I wanted a batTery that he claimed would take 2 hours to replace..my antennas went up.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTHORIZED DEALER STORE. INCOMPETENT STAFF WITH NO RESPECT FOR THE GRAVITY OF THE DISRUPTION. INSULTED AND REGRET I DIDNT GO TO APPLE STORE.

They had the only appointment for same-day after my iPhone broke. Based on the reviews and this being too good to be true, I should have known better. I had an appointment through apple and was told right when I got there that there were 2 phones in front of mine and they might not be able to get to it. Then after pressing them, they said theyd try to get it done. Granted, it was 6:30 and they closed at 8, but if they couldnt make it happen, the appt shouldnt have been available. I got a call 20 min later that they only had 1 screen (for the newest iPhone btw) and it was defective. Btw, how they an authorized servicer with ONE SCREEN? I got my phone, left and went to Apple Millenia. Should have followed my gut on this and waisted a drive. Apple had me in on time and out in 1 hr the next day. No reason to go here with all the bad reviews and an Apple store 8 minutes away.

The name of this place is misleading, as it is now called Simply Mac (or so I was told when I made my appt through Apple). Maybe if it were named properly I would have seen all the terrible reviews ahead of time...I made an appointment through Apple to repair the cracked screen of my iPhone 12 pro. I researched pricing ahead of time, and it looked like the materials cost was going to be the same here and at an Apple store, so I went in for my appt. Nope! They want to charge an arm and a leg as a labor fee when I can just go through Apple and get it for nearly $100 less! Why would a 3rd party charge MORE than the name brand?? What a terrible business model. I will be forwarding my complaints on to Apple so they know that their consumers are being taken advantage of from this authorized repair shop.

Bottom line upfront; Apple Corporate Customer Service is # 1; One-Click is the complete opposite. Do not take your computer to this shop, even if Apple Customer Service tells you they are an authorized dealer!!! If you doubt my review, read all the other “One-Star” reviews; they are true!!!My Apple Mac Pro powered down and didn’t power up again. After going through all the steps with an Apple Customer Service Rep over the phone, she determined that my computer needed a battery replacement, which to my luck there was a recall on it. She assured me that the replacement would be at no charge. She offered me the option to mail in my laptop or take it to one of three authorized service stores in my area, Orlando, FL. I chose to take it to the closest store, One-Click, at the Outlet Mall.As soon as I entered, I was told that I had to pay a $79 diagnostic fee. They also suggested that I pay $600+ to back up my hard drive. I refused, as I had all backed up on the cloud. I didn’t complain because I figured once they replace the batter (free) they would check my computer, so why not pay the $79.Days went on, weeks later I could not get anyone on the phone so I drives over and I was told the battery was replaced and the computer should arrive that afternoon. I was assured they would call me once it arrived. Days went by and I finally received an email that explained That the technician that showed me in their computer That my computer was expected to arrive, did not have the facts right. The “lead technician” explained that although the computer battery had been replaced my laptop’s “logic board” was bad, and they had to ship it to their Computer Depot. Days later I received a call where the lead tech explained to me that the logic board was bad and it would cost $700+ to fix it. He also offered me some refurbished and new computers should I would just rather by one of their computers. I immediately went to pick up my computer, which I had not been told it had arrived, and they gave me the computer back. I left to NEVER return.I got home, called Apple and explained to them what had just happened and they were baffled. The Apple Customer Service Rep immediately opened a work order, assured me they would fix the problem, got my information, and will be sending me a box to shipped Apple my computer. They promised to fix it and send it back to me at no charge. They apologized for my experience and are doing the right thing.Thank you Apple for restoring my faith in Apple. I’m now at peace. One-Click Is only Interested in “Up-Sale” and getting into your wallet. Goodby One-Click!

Had basically an out of box failure when setting up a new MacBook Air.Called Apple support they finally decided that it might be time to take it into an Apple store. The next appointment would have been a reasonable next day afternoon - but then offered to get a same time appointment with One Click. Appointment was scheduled for 7:20 PM - rather nice.I showed up probably close to an hour earlier. The store was close and convenient and they checked me in rather painlessly. I was quoted 2 business days for repair. Received a call the next early afternoon and was told the laptop would be ready in three hours.In 2 hours I went by and it was ready and worked exactly like expected. The service was ahead of schedule . The service was free - well covered under warranty. The people were nice . Unbeatable combination of talent and knowledge and customer service. I was impressed. Hats off to this team of champions.

They took over a month to fix my laptop and gave it back to me with water damage on the screen, it still wouldn’t charge, and still did not work unless plugged in. So annoying and they NEVER EVER answer the phone and did not start working on my device until I called to see if it was done on the 14th business day. They then took two more weeks to service me and returned my laptop the exact same way it was given to them, I have Applecare and I was still charged over $300

When I arrived for my “Genius Bar” appointment, there was no one to actually look at my computer. They charged me a $74.50 diagnostic fee, of which I was skeptical. She informed me Apple would charge the same thing. And not to worry because it would roll into my repair. To replace my screen (which was obvious it would be needed) they are charging me another $575 ON TOP of the diagnostic fee. This repair at Apple would cost a flat $475. They refused to come down and match Apple’s price, like I was told they did, and refused to refund me the $74.50. I felt very mislead. It is bogus. Do NOT bring your Apple products here for repair. HOW does Apple authorize this place??

Took my MacBook Pro to this particular location due to having a short battery life and hot keyboard to touch. After performing very superficial and not thorough diagnostic testing, I was told by an employee that a 2 hour battery life, and a hot keyboard are expected circumstances of normal laptop use. Understanding the product I invested in, I informed the employee that MacBooks, especially MacBook Pros typically offer a 10 hour battery life with normal use. He continued to deny this fact which is broadly advertised on the Apple website. After having him send my device to Apple for further investigation, I received my laptop 2 weeks later with a very deep, and significant scratch on the laptops’s surface. I would avoid this Simply Mac/One Click Orlando location for the aforementioned events, and mainly due to inconsiderate staff/no pride in protecting other valuables. This location also never answers the phone nor responds to emails. I was forced to physically revisit the the store to obtain information on the status of my device. The staff member stated that they receive over 30 calls a minute and my phone call wouldn’t go through. It is a privilege for a customer to trust an employee/business with their device which they value very much. This Simply Mac/One Click Orlando franchise obviously does not care about your devices.Unless you prefer for your device to arrive in a worse condition than you sent it, I would advise you to avoid this location/store in entirety.

Had an issue with my MacBook Pro it wasnt turning on and I called Apple they recommended me to this service provider to bring it in, I was having trouble finding the store because they are in the outlet, and helped guide me directly to the store there is a diagnostic fee. Which was no problem since it was credited to my total repair cost the whole experience was efficient and friendly got a call the same day with repair options and when I picked up my computer was wiped down and cleaned best part it was working great! would recommend to anyone not wanting to wait for the long appointment delay at apple and would like a more personal touch to their service.

There was information that was never delivered to the tech support team & I never had any intention of that service to be performed. They couldnt undo it, yet I wasnt charged for it. Im extremely grateful for this customer service action that was executed with me and my original intentions for their service. Warren is the f-ing man! Highly recommend them, especially with the integrity they have in their backbone! Which lacks in a myriad of businesses today. Thank you, again, Warren!

Took my iPhone 7 to get the screen repaired, it was totally destroyed. Within 2 hours I had my phone back with a brand new apple screen on it, not some Chinese screen! HIGHLY SATISFIED !! Will definitely be return in the future to service my devices here! Thank you guys.

My daughters iPhone wouldn’t work. She had to pay $15 only for them to tell her exactly what she told them was wrong. Kept the phone for over 24 hours, never emailed her that they couldn’t repair it. We had to go into the store to talk to them. It happens to be a known issue with iPhone 7’s that Apple acknowledged and tells us that they will fix. But these guys never checked with Apple. They are NOT Apple technicians and apparently don’t work with Apple. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Call other locations to repair anything before coming here. I brought my MacBook Air here for a diagnostic. they charge you $79 and tell you it’s a 24 hour wait just for the results. So they upsell you $50 more to pay so you can get it within 45 minutes instead. As I was in desperate need for my laptop to be repaired because I use it for work I paid the full $79 plus the $50 plus tax. As I was walking away one of the employees congratulated the clerk sarcastically that upsold me. Right at that moment I knew I was taken advantage of. As I was away waiting for the results I get a call only 10 minutes later, them telling me that my logic board needs to be replaced and it would be a total of $786 to replace it. I called around before settling with this unbelievable price. There are many places offering free diagnostics with a 70% difference price for a replacement for a logic board. These people are money hungry, run somewhere else before coming here!!

Biggest waste of time. The back of my iPhone is broken so Apple schedules me an appointment with these goons to get it fixed. Parking and finding the store is a nightmare. By the time I finally walk in the door she takes one look at my phone and says oh sorry this will take 4-5 business days. We don’t carry phones so you have to go to Apple. Unless you can go without a phone for a week 🤷‍♂️. So. Irritated.

I don’t know how this place is listed by Apple and calls itself Apple certified store! This is a scam exploiting the unassuming Overseas tourists flocking this outlet mall.I went there because I got appointment right away. Parking is a nightmare there - even paid parking is hard to get. Then you have to find your way to walk to the store.For anyone stepping in the store - they will charge you $21 for diagnostic. I went there for a broken iPhone screen and AirPods not working. They will ask to drop the phone as they claim the appointment was for dropping the phone - not fixing!My AirPod has static followed by sound loss. The guy didn’t have a clue what was happening and like every other of his customer - he blamed debris and tried to sell a new AirPod!

It is a good place to shop, the sales associates really helped me to get my Apple Watch, and They had a problem with an screen protector, but the manager was very cool and replace it for me for free. I recommend this place to shop apple products since there are not too much people around there as in the Apple Store.

They dont take Apple customer appointments. I called Apple and they made an appointment through them for this store, I then drove 45 minutes to this location and had to carry my heavy iMac all the way from the distant parking lot under 100 degrees hear just to be turned down by the reps because they dont deal with Apple appointments. I reported this location to Apple as a non-apple vendor. Try them at your own risk.

I came here last week to get my apple phone screen replaced as it was cracked. I made an appointment online with apple and within an hour my phone was looking brand new. My technicians namewas Jahniel and he was very friendly and helpful at assisting me! I would return here again if I needed to have anything done to my iphone.

All of the employees here are great and the tech person in the back diagnosed the problem with my phone in under 5 minutes. I received especially good service from Yamiley, who made me feel at home while I waited for the repair tech to return to the store. She offered me a seat, charged my phone, encouraged me to eat my lunch that I had with me, greeted customers, rang up sales - I never saw her sit a second. She really knows the products in the store too and has a good sense of who needs help and who just wants to look a little on their own.If you make an appointment, make sure to arrive early at the mall. The parking is just about impossible unless you want to pay to park and its hard to find the store because there are very few maps. Fortunately, Yamiley did a great job with that too and helped me find the store.

I wouldnt recommend Oneclick Orlando to my worst enemy. I had a nightmare experience and will never go back. It started with terrible customer service, but ended in fake repair and actually damaging my MacBook Pro. Since they are authorized by Apple to repair I thought it would be safe but they are NOT. Not only do they lack product knowledge or any expertise but when they damaged my device, then they blamed me and lied. Immediately upon telling them I had a problem with the repair, before he knew what was wrong, the tech started speaking over me interrupting, telling me its not covered and its my fault. He refused to even try and resolve the problem. Afterwards I went to Apple and they apologized profusely, expedited my complaint to get my computer repaired next day. They REPLACED the same $600 part OneClick supposedly replaced, AND they repaired the damage keyboard that OneClick caused. If it werent for the amazing effort by Apple to fix this OneClick Orlando would be paying me in court. That is a fact.BEWARE of this place- go to Apple instead.

This store will charge you a high diagnostic fee even when it turns out to be an under warranty repair and even though they are an authorized Apple service center. They would not refund the diagnostic fee of 80 bucks even though my MacBook Air is 4 months old and the repair was covered under warranty.

Personally, I am unsure why these people are putting bad reviews. Are they named Apple or OneClick? They are not Apple but they get the parts from Apple. This place took care of my husbands MacBook Pro and my MacBook Air as well, they did an amazing job and communicated with me all along the process, took a little long but I prefer it be done with sometime rather than being done fast and things being overlooked. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE JOKERS PUTTING NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Take my word if you are going to get your device repaired here, these guys actually diagnose it all and are honest with the diagnosis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I went into this store because I had appointment for my MacBook that was turning on but nothing was coming up on the screen. After paying $63.50 for the diagnostic I was advised this may take a while and was advised to provide a phone number. Provided everything they asked for and paid the diagnostic fee which was advised non refundable. Now at this time the other person from the back was called to pick up my MacBook. Two minutes did not even pass when the person from the back advises me that my screen was blown and I need a new screen. I was also told the price to replace my screen was $500.00 but after the $63.50 I will be responsible for $436.50. I did advise that I will have to think this over before paying that type of money. Now keep in my my laptop fell off my car seat onto the floor of my car. To be honest if you asked me I don’t even think the person from the back checked my computer like he was supposed to during a diagnostic process. I was advised that I can sale my MacBook for part and still get a good price. Which I was not going to do after make a large purchase like this. So of course something told me to make an appointment for a second option with the Apple Store which the diagnostic is free of charge. So I was able to get into the Apple Store the same day. After getting to the Apple store and checking in, I waited for the Apple tech and after taking the MacBook to the back the gentleman that was assisting me came back and asked me to log in. My computer had turned on and I was able to see the graphics and everything. I was informed that the graphic cable was knocked out of place when the MacBook fell down on the floor of my car. I said all of that to say this if you go to the store this is a warning you will have to pay the $63.50 diagnostic fee which is free at Apple just make an appointment and go to Apple to get your MacBook, iPad, or iPhone serviced before going to the store. After calling the store back to inform them of the information that I received from the Apple Store, the manager or the person on duty at that time was lost and did not understand what I was explaining in regards to coming to the store to get service. All the person who was on duty could say is well what do you want me to do. Any person in their right mind who is a manager of a store or a lead on duty knows that great customer service comes from listening to the customers. I know I signed a waiver stating that the $63.50 are not refundable but take the constructive criticism and say thank you that is all I was looking for. I’m not gonna lie really great customer service would’ve been, hey let me refund you back your $63.50 due to the incorrect information was provided to you. Don’t waste your time at this store I beg of you please go to Apple first.

I went here April 6.2019 because my macbook air doesnt turned on. I gave them my macbook and charger. Came back Wednesday April 10.2019 my macbook was fixed but no charger. They told/explained to me their policies that they dont take charger. I spoke to manager mark and I asked him to give him employee a call and ask and he said that he will not do it. I told him to check the camera and he said it will take a while. I waited for more or less 1hr. until I told him Ill just come back. I left my macbook with them along with my phone number so they can call me once they done doing their investigation... few days manager mark the manager left voicemail and and apologized for what happened. They saw on their camera that his employee took my charger. I went back to their shop and the guy gave me my macbook and some used charger thats not mine... I asked for manager and the guy said that not available but just give him a call...I left voicemail but until now dont get call back....

Bad service, I left my Mac to recover the HD, and resolve because it was crashing, then called me saying they could not recover the HD! It happens that I was charged for a diagnosis that did not bring the solution that was promised, I had to talk to 3 people to get the money that was being charged unduly! I wasted my time and did not solve my problem! I do not recommend!!!
