Service quality unknown since I gave up and left once itd been more then an hour since they were scheduled to open and still no one was around. To be more accurate as to the times that I waited as I did receive a response from ABC indicating that they were not open at the time I made the post at 2:30 A M I was outside of their building between 9:55 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. theyre posted opening time is 10 a.m. and after 11:15 p.m. there is still nobody in the building. I have edited this post as I do not want it to reflect poorly upon ABC or imply that their service is bad I have come to learn that there were extenuating circumstances that prevented them from being there on time that day but otherwise heard only good things.

I had my laptop computer screen glass replaced by Alex a month or so ago and it still is not working properly. He didnt believe the replacement screen repair was bad and asked me to take it to GeekSquad for a second opinion, so I did and they confirmed it was. They charged me for the diagnosis. I tried emailing Alex and calling him and Im not getting any response! No voicemail! Horrible business! Beware! Follow-up 11/6/18. So you admit to promising me a warranty but I still have not received a call from you nor a response to my email. Only a reply to this review?? Please call me and honor the warranty Alex. The new screen you installed is obviously defective!Update on 11/28/18. Alex picked up the computer again and it looks like everything is working properly now. Thank you Alex for honoring your word and making good on the repair warranty. I was wrong to quickly judge your services when I didnt immediately hear back from you. Once again, Thank You!

They did a good job replacing broken glass on my kindle. I fixed it more for sentiment than for use,but it was affordable so I did it. Hard working people...

A cleaning with Alex fixed my computer temporarily but then it began crashing again. Took it back and he found pink/purple ink on the motherboard and GPU. He tried to clean it but it still didnt work.

I had a horrible... drive on my latest visit to ABC Computer Services, which goes to show the lengths I go to receive answers I can trust! Haha, got you on the opener didnt I. Now that I have your attention, let me tell you Alex at ABC Computer Services has exceptional experience and skill when dealing with computers. I have knowledge of tech repair myself but when I need a second opinion to figure out a strange problem, Alex is the one I trust to figure out the answer. A custom tower I had was not displaying video or beeping on boot. Despite living over 2 hours away, I drove over through the worst afternoon traffic today and was not disappointed. Within half an hour Alex figured the source of the problem in no time. Time to replace the PSU and install a Graphics card in place of the fried integrated graphics! Fast, reliable service you can trust, at a price less than any other tech repair Ive been to. ABC Computer Services, they handle the ABCs of your computer so you dont have to!

For over a year i had lost my password to my google accounts. i tried to change the passwords but google would not accept that it was me, as i had no date information after several years. ABC Computer Services has helped me fight my way thru every issue that the Google computers presented. for days, weeks, and even months this battle as been fought. only by their determination and skills was this finally resolved. I have used their excellent services for over a year including notebook, chromebook, and lap tops, even my ancient computer they have maintained and upgraded. i can not possibly express how much they have helped me with my many struggles with the world of technology. As an older man these can be very scary problems at times for me and their calm thorough skills have been a mental lifesaver for me.

Came in to buy a cheap monitor and got one hassle free $40 with a warranty. Cheaper than craigslist and no sketchy meetups where you have to bring a gun.They also had lots of inexpensive laptops and desktops that looked like a good option for someone on a budget.The store is a bit east to miss (i had been driving past it for years without noticing it) but the sign girl caught my attention.Definately worth a stop if you are buying a computer on a budget.
