Hello I Would like to let you know that I’m a frecuent customer and for the first time I had an uncomfortable situation. On October 25, 2021 I visited you (Versage Vineland Outlet Orlando) and made a purchase of some sunglasses. Alexandria attended me, very kind and friendly. Well, it turns out that I bought the sunglasses and very confident I did not assure myself that they were in the packaging, until I got to the airport from where I would go back home. I think it is in bad taste for a person to pay for an item that was not given to them. What displeases me the most is the lack of diligence they had with me and the lack of communication because they only kept me informed of the investigation when I called them. Today is November 3 and my article arrived at a different email than the address I provided. I appreciate they were able to resolve but not immediately given the circumstances.

Excellent staff and customer service. Always has options that are vibrant, fun yet classic and luxurious. Always kept clean and organized. They follow sanitizing safety guidelines. I highly recommend to check them out when in the mall.

I really like this store, but some people who work in it, always seems in a bad mood. They look at you like theyre doing you a favor. I believe that those responsible for this store, should choose better their employees here!

I have been in Versace stores all around the world. Its my favorite designer brand and let me tell you this store has the worst employees and customer service. This was my second time coming in to this store and I had the same experience. The moment I walked in the store the worker looked upset and bothered, I felt so uncomfortable trying to ask a simple question. I will not be back to this store thats for sure!

If you go there definitely look for Jay he will makes your experience unforgettable He will go above and beyond to makes you comfortable and happy. I recommend this store and him 300%

Jessica was very helpful when I went to make a purchase. This boutique setting allows for a more of a tête-à-tête experience as compared to larger and equally high-end stores.One definitely must go knowing what it is one is going to buy. All of the sizes aren’t available due to them selling out and it is a more exclusive shopping experience not geared for your regular window-shopper.I’ve been there twice already and have left very satisfied.

The staff were excellent, store is very clean, & a great selection with great prices. Worth stopping by if you are shopping at this outlet.

Due to covid there only allowing 2-3 people in at a time making wait times to enter long. Expect to wait up to an hour in line because of this. The customer service was top notch as usual

I can’t say enough positive words about this store! Not only is the merchandise fabulous, Naomi (Security/Earth Angel), Vanessa (Sales Associate) and Jerren (Manager) are so kind and considerate. The store is immaculate and well managed. Five stars are not enough for the exemplary people who work here. They are 100% Versace Rockstars!

Where store to come in to shop at in Orlando. You be in line for an hour and a half waiting for somebody to come out the store for you to get in they need to do better than that!!

I love Versace for their high quality clothing. I know they can be a little pricey but this store has some great deals. I have bought shirts and sweaters and have paid less than i do when i go to other name brand stores at the mall. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. This store is located in a mall so there is plenty to look at and plenty of parking.

Is it even possible to get someone to answer the phone here? My husband has purchased 3 pairs of shoes in the past month and I’m trying to see if one of them has arrived in store yet but no one answers. I live 30 min away so it’s not like I have the time to just drive over to risk them not being there. I’ve not been pleased with the level of customer service here. Louis Vuitton is 10x busier than this store yet I’ve only had great experiences shopping there.I was pleased when a sales associate at Versace gave me her cell phone number. I texted her once (when she told me to) regarding a pair of shoes but she didn’t text back so I called the store. Then, a few days later, I tried calling the store but their phones were off the hook so I texted the sales associate to inform her and ask if someone could call me back.I got no response. If this store doesn’t value customers, I am happy to take my business elsewhere!

Kori, is a sad cases, doesn’t understand customer service. I was told I would have to act like a customer that meets his needs for him to serve me with Respect.

The staff were very helpful, i went in to get a tshirt (sadly i did not like the new collection) but the staff really helped me when i saw a really nice shoe and even offered to order one for me due to my size not being available. 5/5
